The remaining eight teams have one more round to negotiate and they'll learn their fate this morning as the draw for the preliminary quarter-finals take place. All-Ireland second placed teams: Dublin, Donegal, Down, third placed teams: Cavan, Cork, Galway, Louth. This morning's draw will take place live on RTÉ Radio 1's Morning Ireland after the 8.30am news. The draws will be presided over by CCCC Chairperson Brian Carroll and Feargal McGill, GAA Director Player, Club and Games Administration. In the Sam Maguire competition, the four second-placed teams from the group stages will be drawn to play at home against the four third-placed teams, subject in the first instance to the avoidance of repeat provincial final pairings and, where possible, repeat pairings from the group stage. The following pairings won't be permitted in the All-Ireland preliminary quarter-finals: Dublin v Galway, Donegal v Cavan, Down v Louth, Kerry v Cork.
