Norway international Ingrid Engen joins Lyon from Barcelona
OL Lyonnes have completed the signing of Ingrid Engen following her Barcelona departure. Engen, 27, has signed a two-year contract with the French champions that runs until 2027. Barcelona confirmed on June 11 that the versatile Norway international would be leaving the club after four years, during which she won 13 trophies with the Catalans. Midfielder Danielle van de Donk, meanwhile, has moved to London City Lionesses, who are also owned by Michele Kang. Capable of playing in defence and midfielder, she made 152 appearances for Barca and featured 35 times across Liga F and the Champions League last season. She was introduced as a second-half substitute during their Champions League final loss to Arsenal.
