CODI INVESTOR ALERT: Kirby McInerney LLP Notifies Compass Group Diversified Holdings, LLC Investors of Upcoming Lead Plaintiff Deadline in Class Action Lawsuit

NEW YORK, June 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The law firm of Kirby McInerney LLP reminds investors of the July 8, 2025, deadline to seek the role of lead plaintiff in a federal securities class action filed on behalf of investors who acquired Compass Group Diversified Holdings, LLC ('Compass' or the 'Company') (NYSE:CODI) securities during the period from May 1, 2024, through May 7, 2025 ('the Class Period'). [LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CLASS ACTION] On May 7, 2025, after the market closed, Compass issued an 8-K and attached press release titled 'Compass Diversified Discloses Non-Reliance on Financial Statements for Fiscal 2024 Amid an Ongoing Internal Investigation into its subsidiary, Lugano Holdings, Inc.' In this release, Compass announced that it 'has preliminarily identified irregularities in Lugano's non-CODI financing, accounting, and inventory practices. After discussing with senior leadership and investigators, the Audit Committee of CODI's Board has concluded that the previously issued financial statements for 2024 require restatement and should no longer be relied upon.' The release also announced that Compass intended to delay the filing of its first quarter 2025 Form 10-Q. On this news, the price of Compass shares declined by $10.70 per share, or approximately 62%, from $17.25 per share on May 7, 2025, to close at $6.55 on May 8, 2025. The complaint alleges that defendants, throughout the Class Period, failed to disclose that: (1) the Company's subsidiary, Lugano Holdings, Inc., maintained unrecorded financing arrangements and irregularities in its sales, cost of sales, inventory, and accounts receivable; (2) the irregularities and undisclosed details in Lugano Holdings, Inc.'s financial statements rendered the financial statements of the Company as a whole unreliable, and would require restatement; and (3) the Company failed to maintain adequate internal controls related to its financial statements. Deadly crash leaves Garland County deputy hospitalized

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – A deadly crash Sunday left a Garland County Sheriff's Office deputy hospitalized and another man dead. Conditions were foggy before sunrise around 4:40 a.m. According to an Arkansas State Police crash report, 22-year-old Lane Murphy of Plumerville was heading north when he crossed the center line and struck 22-year-old Deputy Gavan Mason's patrol vehicle. Garland County deputy injured in fatal Sunday morning crash Mason's vehicle overturned after a collision, but Murphy went off the road and died at the scene. GCSO Public Information Officer Captain Joel Ware said Mason was rushed to CHI St. Vincent Hospital with internal injuries and a broken arm, which required surgery. 'Those affected by it, our hearts go out to him,' Ware said. 'For the damage to be as severe as it was pretty scary. Very fortunate that Deputy Mason is still here with us.' It is estimated that it will take 12 weeks before Deputy Mason can return to work. He was already on track to be moved out of the patrol car and into an investigator position. GCSO Chief Deputy Steven Elrod said Mason has that 'X factor.' 'He is a team player. He has great camaraderie. He is versatile in so many different areas. Wherever you need him, he's able to respond,' Elrod stated. Arkansas State Police trooper injured in Easter Sunday crash in Garland County Although Mason can't respond right now, the community and coworkers have to help the 22-year-old deputy with his medical and financial needs. Elrod said in the last year, the new stretch of Highway 5 where the crash happened has had 17 accidents. Garland County is collecting data to ask the Arkansas Department of Transportation what can be done to make the area safer. 'Deputy Mason certainly wasn't the first person to be injured out in that stretch. We want him to be the last if we can,' Elrod said. Arkansas Capitol police officer injured in hit-and-run crash Those willing to assist with Deputy Mason's recovery can make donations to any First Security Bank in his name. Washburn law professor honored by Kansas Supreme Court

TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Kansas Supreme Court recognized a local woman for her decades of dedication this week. Linda Elrod is the latest recipient of the prestigious Justice Award. A Washburn University Law professor for 50 years, her passion for the rights of children in the legal system exceeds well beyond the classroom. Elrod wrote the Kansas Family Law Handbook, founded the family law certification program at Washburn, served on the Governor's Kansas Child Support Commission for more than three decades and served in leadership roles for organizations around the globe. She stays active in child advocacy to this day. Even through a storied career, she says one of her happiest moments was two weeks ago serving as a moderator for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program. 'The two people sitting next to me were both family law certificate holders of mine,' Elrod said. 'One was the child advocate, the guardian ad litem, and the other was the prosecutor, and both of them were trying to help parents and that was their ultimate goal, was to help parents do a better job of parenting their children. They're doing what I wanted them to do, which is to make sure children are protected.' Jasper High School students ‘stuff the bus' on High School Radio Day

JASPER, Ind. (WEHT) – Students at Jasper High School are celebrating National High School Radio Day while helping those in need. The annual celebration collects donations for Community CHEW, a Dubois County non-profit that helps feed families. Evan Elrod runs the school's radio station, 91.7 The Curve, giving students the chance to broadcast live for Stuff The Bus. 'One of the things that we don't do a lot of that other radio stations do is go live on location,' says Elrod. 'This gives the kids an opportunity to get out of the studio and have that live pressure moment of, 'Okay, what am I supposed to say now?'' 'It kind of has helped me find exactly what I want to do and exactly how I can use that in real world experiences,' says Jasper senior Ava Bower. Grant Seibert, a junior, says the event helps personally and professionally. 'It just makes me feel good that I'm able to give back for all the great things that the community has provided for me,' says Seibert. Honor Flight mail sorting begins in Evansville 'I was not expecting this many people,' adds Bower. 'It's just really nice to see how many people we impact with The Curve, because you're behind the radio station, you are talking to yourself, basically,' she says, 'so it's really nice to know that we are heard.' For some students, it's a chance to see what a future in broadcasting looks like with a live report from a special event. For others, like senior Caelyn Lenardo, it's a cause that hits close to home. 'Personally, for me, I have been on the other side of this. I have been a part of Community CHEW when I was younger,' explains Lenardo. 'I used to go to their Summer program and they would totally help a lot. They would feed me every single day when my parents were at work and I was 12 years old and didn't know how to cook anything other than an egg!' Lenardo goes on to say, 'I love that I'm part of something that helps give back to someone that I have been at one point.' Many students say the turnout for Stuff The Bus exceeded their expectations. Elrod says the community support was never in question. 'I will never underestimate the power of a strong community, and that's where we're at here,' says Elrod. 'We have a really strong community that isn't afraid to give back.' Tanger Med Port Reached Over $1.2 Billion Revenue in 2024

Rabat – The Tanger Med Port finished the 2024 fiscal year with a revenue of MAD 11.23 billion ($1.212 billion), marking an increase of 12.3% compared to 2023. The Tangier Med Group said the port reached a historic milestone in 2024 as it handled 10.24 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs). With these figures, the port reaffirmed its standing as a regional hub and its role as a key platform for national imports and exports. The statement described the port as the leading hub in the Mediterranean and Africa, recalling the latest ranking by Alphaliner, which placed the Moroccan port 17th worldwide. Tanger Med Group operates 25 terminals for handling containers and bulk cargo through Marsa Maroc, which also celebrated a record-breaking year with 63.3 million tons handled. This represents an 11% increase compared to 2023. The Group's total cargo volume, including performances from the operator of the Tanger Med Port Complex and Marsa Maroc, reached 187 million tons and 11.33 million TEUs over the past year. It also manages over 3,000 hectares of economic activity zones, hosting over 1,400 companies that are active in different key sectors like the automotive, aerospace, textile, agri-good, and logistics domains. These sectors generated a total business volume of MAD 174 billion in 2024, creating over 130,000 job opportunities. Annual growth recorded by the port has long been a concern for neighbouring countries, including Spanish media. Several news outlets have shared concerns about the Moroccan port outperforming major international hubs in Spain. In 2021, Spanish newspaper El País stressed the importance of Tanger Med Port, noting that its performance reflected a 'negative' impact on Spanish ports. 'Spain has been losing ground since King Mohammed VI inaugurated this infrastructure in 2007,' El País wrote. Several government reports from Spain also highlighted the Moroccan hub's impressive performance. One report in 2022 noted that Spanish port Algeciras risked losing up to 60% of its container shipments to Morocco's Tangier Med Port.
