Police are asking the public for help in finding a 15-year-old girl who was last seen at her home in the city's west end last week. (Ottawa Police Service/ handout) The Ottawa Police Service is asking the public for help in finding a 15-year-old girl who was last seen at her home in the city's west end last week. Police are concerned for the well-being of Elissa Friendship. She was last seen on June 11 at around 11:30 p.m. Friendship was wearing black biker shorts and a black Ottawa Senators jersey at the time. She is described as White, five-foot-four with a slim build, red hair, blue eyes and a freckle under the right side of her nose. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Missing Persons Unit at 613-236-1222.
