Jesinta Franklin reveals husband Buddy's VERY surprising reaction to her pregnancy announcement
Jesinta Franklin has recalled her AFL star husband Buddy's sweet reaction to her third pregnancy, admitting the news came as a shock to both of them. The 33-year-old AFL WAG said the former Sydney Swans player was delighted by the unexpected news and said he would even be open to having even more children. 'We thought we were two and done. But he's very excited... He would have way more kids if I let him,' Jesinta told 9Honey. The couple, who tied the knot in 2016, are already proud parents to daughter Tullulah, five, and son Rocky, four. The model announced the exciting news in an Instagram post on Tuesday morning. In a candid video, Jesinta shared a silhouette of herself cradling her growing baby bump while her two children played around her. 'Tullulah & Rocky are getting a baby brother or sister for Christmas. The most beautiful surprise of all,' the model captioned her post. She continued: 'Our hearts are full and yet, we share this news with deep sensitivity. I know that announcements like this can be incredibly hard for those who are walking the path of infertility or loss. My heart is with you, always.' Following the announcement, Jesinta admitted the last few months have been taxing. 'Looks cute but this person has given me a rough time the last couple of months,' she wrote alongside three sick face emojis. 'Sadly I'm not someone who thrives when they are pregnant.' In another slide, the model shared a candid selfie pretending to be asleep. 'The reality of the last 6 weeks. House, couch or bed bound given the odd occasion. Finally succumbed to medication and it's been game changing,' she captioned the image of her resting beside Buddy. Jesinta has previously admitted that motherhood was extremely difficult for her at first. 'I actually feel like I'm finally starting to really enjoy motherhood. It's not that I didn't enjoy it before, or that I didn't love my kids or they didn't bring me so much joy and love,' she explained to Stellar in 2022. Jesinta married former Sydney Swans star Buddy in November 2016 and he has since waved goodbye to his $10million Sydney Swans contract after a legendary career in AFL. Jesinta said in August 2023 that her husband has now turned his focus to fatherhood after retiring from sports. 'It was so sudden, so it's just about family time basically. I've got a lot of work on so it'll be daddy care,' she told the Herald Sun at the time.

The king of the sneaker world announced two highly anticipated releases scheduled for the vague 'Holiday 2025'. As it turns out, the Air Jordan 11 'Gamma' will be released on December 13 while the Air Jordan 8 'Bugs Bunny' is scheduled to release seven days later on December 20. Advertisement On the surface this should seem like sneakerhead catnip. With so many shoes being released in 2025 by Nike, one would think this is great news. The potential of scoring the Gamma 11s and the Bugs Bunny 8s absolutely moves the sneakerhead needle. The concern is that it does not allow consumers to recover. Grails are typically what gets someone into becoming a sneakerhead to begin with. For the uninitiated, a 'Grail' (as in 'holy grail') is a shoe an individual sneakerhead puts an irrationally high value on. In many cases a shoe will have limited quantities, usually high priced, rare or hard to find. It also suggests an all consuming need to find and purchase said shoe. In either case, the Gamma 11s or the Bugs Bunny 8s are both models most sneakerheads will want to buy. With many of those millions of people viewing either or both as a personal grail. Think Captain Ahab pursuing Moby Dick. The Space Jam connection is curious. Neither shoe technically falls under a colorway from the 90s film. However, there is a connection. The Jordan 8 began an affection for Looney Tunes, which many have speculated was a test balloon for a future Warner Bros project. The ones tied to the affectionate animated rabbit is essentially the 8s white version with reds and greys throughout. The Aqua is the mostly black version. In the movie Space Jam, the mostly black Jordan 11s seen in that movie would take on that name. 'The Space Jam 11s'. The Gamma is not that exactly. The outsole and logo details are 'gamma blue', but the rest of it is almost the Space Jam 11s. Making this release date quandary interesting to say the least.
