‘Super Robot Wars Y' Gets Ready For Its August Release

'Super Robot Wars Y' is released at the end of August. With the August release of Super Robot Wars Y looming, we've been graced with another trailer that shows off what the game has to offer. The full roster of series was revealed a while back, but it's still nice to see more gameplay footage, especially from the 'nemesis' viewpoint (shown below). However, the real meat of this trailer covers the game's new systems, such as the ability upgrades, shop, and other series staples. The interesting thing, though, is that we finally get an auto-save setup and, more weirdly, an 'auto mode'. The latter allows the game to effectively play itself, which is…odd. After all, the whole point of these games is that they are turn-based tactical role-playing games. You have a grid filled with enemies, and your plucky heroes have to take them out, This new auto mode means that all of the tactical planning and strategy is taken away from you, which is basically the core of what the game is. I get the desire for quality of life improvements in game series like this, but this feels a step too far. The good news is that it is an optional mode, which is a relief. The Japanese trailer also covers the Robot Damashii toy tie-in, which is absent from the English trailer. To be honest, I am still in shock that a mainline Super Robot Wars game is being released in a proper global way. In the meantime, feel free to check out my reviews for Super Robot Wars V, X, T, and 30. Super Robot Wars Y will be released on August 28 for the PlayStation 5, Switch, and PC, via Steam. Follow me on X, Facebook and YouTube. I also manage Mecha Damashii and am currently featured in the Giant Robots exhibition currently touring Japan.

Tired of too many ads? go ad free now The options extras offer helpful resources, stylish flair, and unique allies, integrating seamlessly into the demon-summoning detective work of players. To discover how to claim them is one of the first steps to accessing exciting additions. Let's dive into the process. How to access DLC items in RAIDOU Remastered The Mystery of the Soulless Army? Getting your hands on purchased DLC (there are 5 optional DLCs available for purchase) items is a straightforward process. First of all, ensure that the DLC is installed properly and that the content has been downloaded and recognized by the game. For it, do a quick check in the downloadable content section of the main menu. It will confirm it. If the items are not showing there, ensure to restart the game, and it will resolve the detection hiccups. RAIDOU Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army – Launch Trailer – Nintendo Switch 2 Once you have confirmed the items, progress through the early story. Your key destination will be the Narumi Detective Agency. Inside, navigate the menu and select the Receive Items options. The action will instantly gather all redeemed DLC consumables, cosmetic items, and skill books in the inventory. If you missed it initially, do not sweat. All unclaimed items wait here patiently to be picked up. Note: If your inventory is full, some of the consumables will not be transferred to it until space is freed. How to use DLC Demons and more in RAIDOU Remastered? The Guest Demons pack introduces 6 powerful allies (Huang Long, Zues, Mezuki, Gozuki, Fionn max Cumhaill, and Artemis) early on. You can summon them through the Devil Chart of Goumaden, found at the bottom. While it's tempting to deploy Zeus, Huang Long, or any other high-level demons immediately, be cautious. Tired of too many ads? go ad free now They can help in dominating early battles but would potentially reduce challenge/story tension quite significantly. So, use them strategically. For Mitama encounters or Aril Rifts, you must unlock Nameless Shrine's fast travel point after you complete your first Dark Realm visit. Then, interact with the left-side Fox Statue to access special battles and also some farming opportunities—Aril Drifts or the Mitama Farms. Just remember, cosmetic items, including special glasses (Raidou Glasses), reside in the consumables tab. Just select them to toggle appearance off/on during combat or exploration, giving Raidou a sharper aesthetic.

Forest officials raze ‘illegal' sheds of tribals in Nagarahole wildlife range

The forest personnel on Wednesday dismantled six alleged unauthorised sheds erected inside the Attur-Kolli forest area of the Nagarahole Wildlife Range. This was in response to repeated resistance by tribal families who had occupied the land in early May and were reportedly obstructing forest department officials from accessing the site. According to Nagarahole assistant conservator of forests (ACF) Ananya Kumar, members of the tribal community entered the forest on May 5 and felled nearly 42 saplings to clear space for new shelters. 'Despite being served a notice on June 17 and given another chance on June 18 to voluntarily dismantle the new sheds, the encroachers blocked entry routes of officials,' Kumar said. 'Forest staff, under heavy police cover, accessed the area through an alternative path and proceeded with the demolition.' He said that claims by the tribal families that asserted ancestral links to the land could not be substantiated. 'The tribals claimed that they were the original inhabitants of the forest and staying since decades. But the documents available with department and surveys conducted by NGOs and even Google Maps found no human inhabitant in the area earlier. According to the Forest Rights Act, the inhabitants should have constructed their huts and cultivated the land in the forest before December 13, 2005. But there were no signs of human living, and the tribals failed to provide any proof of it,' he said, adding that the sub-division level committee (SDLC) had already rejected their land rights petition. He further said that while six new structures were demolished, six earlier sheds built in May were left untouched. Officials clarified that while the SDLC had turned down the land claims on May 22 this year, the applicants still have the right to appeal before the district level committee (DLC) within 60 days. The eviction has sparked a backlash from tribal rights activists. JA Shivu, president of the Nagarhole Adivasi Jammapale Hakku Sthapana Samithi, said the affected families had long-standing ties to the forest and had only temporarily migrated for work. 'We are not demanding any new rights from government, it is our right which is given by the Act under the Constitution but forest officials are suppressing our rights. We will take up agitation till our right is given,' he said. In a statement issued by the Karadikallu Atturu Kolli Haadi Forest Rights Committee, residents claimed they had returned to their ancestral land on May 5. 'On 17-06-2025, we, the people of Karadikallu Atturu Kolli village, been served a we should immediately destroy the they threatened that they will bring down the huts and file criminal charges against our people. This is a serious and absolute travesty of justice,' the statement read.

2015 GOTY Getting Surprise DLC 11 Years After Launch

Although the critically lauded RPG has been out for 10 years, it seems CD Projekt Red isn't done making content for the popular game. According to a new report from Polish podcasters Rock and Boris, The Witcher 3 is getting DLC that will release sometime next year. Not much else is known about the small project, but it will be developed by Fool's Theory, the studio founded by former CD Projekt Red quest designer Jakub Rokosz. This is also the studio working on the upcoming The Witcher 1 remake. 'Let's move on to our main topic,' reads a translation of the video (H/T MP1st). 'From the information we have collected, it turns out that the announced, mysterious project by CD Projekt Red, made by Fool's Theory, is a story DLC for The Witcher 3. This is confirmed information from several independent sources.' 'What we know is that this is a DLC for The Witcher 3,' the video continues. 'Based on one piece of information, I can't confirm it any further, but the earliest it could be is in the future year. We also more or less know the order of the releases: first, mods for consoles, then the DLC for The Witcher 3, then The Witcher 4, and finally, the remake of The Witcher 1.' CD Projekt Red and Fool's Theory have not yet confirmed the existence of an upcoming The Witcher 3 DLC, so take this all with a grain of salt for now. Considering many are speculating that this new DLC will take place between the events of The Witcher 3 and The Witcher 4, we'll probably learn more as we inch closer to the fourth entry's release. Lies of P: Overture Will Be 'Reviewing' DLC Following Player Difficulty Challenges

Neowiz and the development team behind Lies of P: Overture have released a response to fan struggles with the DLC add-on, and the director promises he will 'review various adjustments' following complaints. Neowiz and the development team behind Lies of P: Overture surprised fans everywhere with a shadow drop during the SGF 2025 showcase. Since then, fans have taken to the internet —similar to how fans took to the internet following the release of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree— to complain about unfair difficulty and challenges the DLC brings. On forums like Reddit (which has now been aggregated into a 'megathread' due to the sheer amount of complaints), fans started by having reservations regarding a difficulty option and after deploying these options in practice, intense fan backlash followed on the painful difficulty spike brought by Overture. Elden Ring fans followed a similar path. On release, Shadow of the Erdtree fans initially complained there was a way to make the game 'easier' with Scadutree Fragments until realizing the DLC brought big difficulty enhancements. All of the fan complaints boil down to what one user, MagicThiccWaku, says: 'I think the DLC is hard in all the wrong places, no reactionary attacks, mistakes are far too punishing and fights last for so long.' Many players have also explained on NG+ base game enemies become nightmarish and finish players in 1-2 hits. After this immense backlash to the Overture DLC difficulty, a video from director Jiwon Choi titled 'Lies of P: Director's Letter' appeared in response. That video can be seen below. In the video, Jiwan Choi expressed his heartfelt thanks to fans who are so passionate about Lies of P and has addressed the issues facing DLC difficulty. He said 'We're reviewing all of it carefully and are already looking into when to implement some of your suggestions,' adding 'Among all the feedback, we are paying the closest attention to the combat experience.' Choi continued 'We identified areas that did not turn out quite as we intended,' then 'Therefore, we are reviewing various adjustments, including difficulty reduction.' Choi concluded, 'However, combat is one of the most fundamental experiences in Lies of P, so any modifications or changes require meticulous work and thorough testing.' While Overture is put through testing and a patch is being paid attention to, struggling fans should note the development team is working on fixing the problems plaguing the experience and fixes should come in due time.
