Man in critical condition following Chesapeake shooting: Police

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – A man is in critical condition following a shooting in Chesapeake Saturday morning, according to the Chesapeake Police Department. Officers responded to the 3200 block of Border Road with reports of gunshots in the area and found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds around 4:40 a.m. He was rushed to the hospital, where he was determined to be in critical condition. Jarred Michael Cabanban was last seen on Tuesday after being released from Riverside Mental Health and Recovery Center at approximately 12 p.m. He is described as being 5'10 and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
