‘90's Hits Kriti Sanon Dances To ‘Janam Samjha Karo', ‘Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai'
Mumbai: Actress Kriti Sanon is a '90s baby' for life as she was seen grooving to some of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's iconic tracks such as 'Janam samjha karo' and 'Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai.' Kriti took to Instagram, where she shared a video of herself getting all dolled up in her vanity van. While getting her make-up done the actress was seen mouthing the lines of the 1999 banger track 'Janam samjha karo' picturised on Salman and Urmila Matondkar. Kriti was heard saying: 'I love this song' as the 1999 song played in the backdrop. She added: 'What music yaar!' The song then changes to 'Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai' from the 2000 film 'Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge' starring Salman and Karisma Kapoor. 'Tere Ishk Mein' is said to be a spiritual successor to the world of 'Raanjhanaa', as it delves deeper into themes of unrequited love, longing, and emotional conflict. It was in January, when Kriti was confirmed to star opposite Tamil star Dhanush in 'Tere Ishk Mein.' The film reunites the 'Raanjhanaa' team as Aanand L Rai, Dhanush, and the Oscar-winning music composer, A.R. Rahman, are joining forces after their last venture, 'Atrangi Re.'. Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow present 'Tere Ishk Mein,' produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma, produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The film, directed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma, is an A.R. Rahman musical with lyrics by Irshad Kamil. The film is scheduled to release worldwide in Hindi and Tamil on November 28, 2025. Talking about Kriti, she was last seen in the film 'Do Patti,' a drama thriller directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi. It also stars Kajol and Shaheer Sheikh. The film tells the tale of twin sisters. Their carefully constructed lives are shattered when a police inspector uncovers a web of deceit that threatens them.

Kriti Sanon celebrates Mother's Day with her biggest critic and supporter
Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon, who was recently seen in the streaming film, 'Do Patti,' is celebrating Mother's Day. The actress took to her Instagram, and shared a heartfelt video featuring her mother Geeta Sanon. She called her mom her biggest supporter and her biggest critic. She wrote in the caption, 'Happy Mother's Day Mumma. To our sunshine of happiness and our pillar of strength. My Biggest supporter and the biggest critic! The problem solver and the drama-queen! The mother as well as the baby of our house. We love you more than you know. Happy Mother's day to all moms out there'. Earlier in the day, the actress' 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' co-actor Rajkummar Rao remembered his mother, and expressing the gratitude to different forms of mothers in his life on the occasion of Mother's Day. Aanand L. Rai, Hemant Dhome reunite for 'Krantijyoti Vidyalay – Marathi Madhyam'
Mumbai: Filmmaker Aanand L. Rai has joined hands with director Hemant Dhome after 'Jhimma 2' and 'Fussclass Dabhade' for their third collaboration titled 'Krantijyoti Vidyalay – Marathi Madhyam.' Colour Yellow and Chalchitra Mandalee announce their third film together on Thursday. Produced by Aanand L Rai and Kshitee Jog, the film is directed by Hemant Dhome, who also serves as the writer. Rai's production banner Colour Yellow Productions, on the occasion of Maharashtra Day on Thursday, made the announcement on Instagram. Sharing a poster of the upcoming film, the caption read: 'Marathi bhasha aani sanskruti tikvaychi asel, tar Marathi shala vachvavyach lagtil! Karan, aaplya matit rujavaan aani abhaalala bhidavaan… Krantijyoti Vidyalaya – Marathi Madhyam.' 'Aata Marathi shala punha bharnaar! Lavkarach aaplya jawalchya chitrapatgruhat! (If we want to preserve the Marathi language and culture, we must save Marathi schools! Because we must stay rooted in our soil to reach for the skies! Krantijyoti Vidyalaya – Marathi Medium. As per the statement, the film dives into the complexities of regional-language education in India, with a focus on Marathi-medium schools. Carrying the tagline 'Aata Marathi Shala Bharnaar,' which translates to 'Now the Marathi school will have many students,' the story promises a thought-provoking take on the realities, challenges, and emotional undercurrents of the Marathi education system. While plot details remain under wraps, 'Krantijyoti Vidyalay – Marathi Madhyam' is expected to deliver the same blend of heart, insight, and authenticity that audiences have come to expect from this creative trio. This also marks Colour Yellow's fourth Marathi-language venture. Colour Yellow Productions was founded in 2011 by Aanand L. Rai. Shanaya Kapoor, Adarsh Gourav partner up for 'Tu Yaa Main'
Actors Shanaya Kapoor and Adarsh Gourav will be seen together in the thriller Tu Yaa Main. Produced by Colour Yellow, the banner behind films Tumbbad and Haseen Dillruba, this film marks the first collaboration between Aanand L Rai and Bejoy Nambiar. On Tuesday, the makers shared the film's teaser which unfolds in the backwaters, offering glimpses of an experience that oscillates between romance and pulse-pounding thrills. Produced by Himanshu Sharma and written by Abhishek Bandekar, the film's core dynamic thrives on the lead pair's "strikingly different socio-economic backgrounds — a deliberate clash that speaks to the characters' conflicting worldviews." Nambiar said, "With Tu Yaa Main, we're pushing the boundaries of romance and survival in a way that's both emotionally charged and intensely terrifying. Adarsh and Shanaya's chemistry and their contrasting energies are what will make Tu Yaa Main a wild ride.
