Pratiksha Honmukhe and Paras Kalnawat have joined the cast after the leap.
The popular television show Parineetii continues to captivate viewers with its riveting plot and unexpected turns. The show has recently taken a major leap and introduced some fresh characters and twists. Pratiksha Honmukhe and Paras Kalnawat have joined the cast after the leap. Paras has been part of several TV shows now, but for this, his character in this daily soap is different and unique.
Speaking about his role as Aditya in Parineetii, Paras Kalnawat told IWMBuzz, 'Aditya is a strong character who loves his family. He is close to his Dadi, who wants him to achieve big roles. He is someone who does not believe in love. I have played lover boy roles, the cute and boyish roles, before. But this role is of a man who does not believe in love, has a back story and a depth in him. I am playing this side of any character for the first time. I have never played anything similar to Aditya before."
Moreover, Paras also shared why he said yes to the show. While he had seen glimpses of the Parineetii before, what persuaded him was the channel and the production house, Balaji Telefilms. 'What could be better than seeing a Colors and Balaji show again? I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to reconnect with the Balaji family," he said. Paras has earlier worked with Balaji Telefilms during his stint in Kundali Bhagya which went off air last year.
Parineetii, produced by Ektaa Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, started airing on February 14, 2022. The show depicts the emotional journey of two closest friends, Parineet Kakkar and Neeti Juneja, who unexpectedly marry the same man. This twist added levels of drama and intensity, drawing the audience in. Parineetii continues to do well in TRP ratings and is consistently ranked among the top 20 shows in the BARC rankings. Parineetii also features Tanvi Dogra, Ankur Verma and Aachal Sahu in pivotal roles since the show's inception.
