Perth Airport Click Frenzy: Cheap flights to Bali, New York, London as part of travel sale exclusive to WA

Perth Airport is set to launch a major travel sale in its first-ever partnership with Click Frenzy. Thirteen airlines — including Qatar Airways, Cathay Pacific, Air Mauritius, China Southern Airlines, Air Asia and Scoot — will offer West Aussies a chance to scoop up discounted fares on flights departing from Perth Airport. The four-day sale will begin at 5pm on Wednesday and includes flights to popular international destinations such as London, Shanghai, New York, Africa and Bali. Click Frenzy Head of Marketing Daniel Thompson said the sale event will offer some of the best international flight deals of the year. 'We're excited to team up with Perth Airport to unlock some of the best international flight deals of the year, making iconic destinations more accessible for Western Australians,' Mr Thompson said. 'This is Click Frenzy's first major sales event hosted exclusively for WA residents, and we're thrilled by some of the incredible deals and hotspots travellers will be able to venture to, particularly if they are looking to escape the colder months. 'Right now, when it comes to budgeting, a small break can go a long way, so we think this is coming at the perfect time.' Perth Airport's Chief Commercial and Aviation Officer Kate Holsgrove said the sale event gives residents facing cost-of-living pressures a chance to experience their dream holiday for less. 'Western Australia's global aviation network has grown significantly, and we are now more connected to the rest of the world than we have ever been,' Ms Holsgrove said. 'Western Australians love to travel, and our airline partners are committed to make it easier for you to connect to your dream holiday destination.

How Click-Frenzy can help you win the rest of the retail year

Click Frenzy may only last 96 hours, but the insights it reveals can shape retail performance for months to come. More than a sales spike, it serves as a stress test for operations, logistics, and customer experience. As the first big sales event of the year, Click Frenzy is your chance to pressure-test your logistics, fulfilment and customer experience, and to fix what's broken - and double down on what did work - before peak season So how did your business perform under pressure? And what should you take from Click Frenzy to improve your peak season playbook? Delivery is still the dealbreaker If you weren't able to meet your delivery promises during Click Frenzy, now is the time to understand why. Afterall, delivery remains the third most influential factor in shaping where consumers choose to shop. In fact, research from Shippit and Jarden shows that two in three (up from 62% in 2024 to 64% in 2025) would be unlikely to shop with a brand again if they had a bad delivery experience. If your orders arrived later than expected, was it a carrier issue, a fulfilment delay, or something else entirely? Conversely, if your deliveries arrived well ahead of schedule, your delivery timeframes might be too conservative, costing you customers. Our State of Shipping report shows that while the actual average delivery time is just 2.2 days, many retailers still advertise five days or more, potentially driving customers elsewhere in search of speed. Getting this right can make all the difference, especially as acquisition costs continue to rise. Clear and accurate delivery promises directly influence checkout conversion, particularly during time-sensitive sales events where speed is a deciding factor. As more customers hold out for peak sales events to make their purchases, it's crucial they remember who, figuratively and literally, delivered when it mattered most. A standout delivery experience during Click Frenzy can leave a lasting impression, increasing the likelihood that shoppers will return during the next big sales events. Treat Click Frenzy like a rehearsal – not just a rush Just like athletes review game footage after a big match, retailers should review their Click Frenzy performance with a critical eye: Where were the majority of your customers located? Could smarter inventory placement reduce delivery times and costs? Were there location-based opportunities to fulfil orders faster - or delivery bottlenecks that slowed you down? A tactic more retailers are adopting is micro-fulfilment hubs – smaller, decentralised centres near customer hotspots. Click Frenzy is the perfect lens to spot where they'll have the most impact. If most orders came from one region, staging inventory nearby can cut delivery times, lower last-mile costs, and reduce surcharges, turning fulfilment agility into a competitive edge. Sales period data is a goldmine for spotting operational inefficients. Yet many retailers can't answer these questions confidently – over a third of retailers struggle with a lack of centralised data and reporting. Investing in a multi-carrier shipping platform can help retailers gather granular data from high-pressure periods like Click Frenzy, enabling smarter decision-making, network agility, and a more resilient supply chain heading into peak season later in the year. Turning data into a better customer experience Having the right data is only half the equation – what you do with it matters just as much. One of the clearest signals that something's gone wrong in your delivery process is when customers start reaching out. "Where is my order?" (WISMO) queries are often a symptom of deeper operational issues such as gaps in communication, delayed fulfilment, or a lack of visibility. Left unaddressed, these costly WISMO enquiries can quickly snowball. Our data reveals over a third of retailers find themselves frequently responding to WISMO queries – draining valuable team hours, driving up support costs, and diverting focus from high-value tasks. Even if your WISMO volumes were low, now is the perfect time to examine your post-purchase experience. Can your customers track their deliveries in real time? If not, this is an easy win. Providing live tracking – whether through your carrier, a multi-carrier platform, or your own system – helps reduce customer anxiety, improves transparency, and builds the kind of trust and loyalty that keeps shoppers coming back when the next big sale rolls around. The real ROI of Click Frenzy is what you do next Click Frenzy may have just concluded, but the real opportunity lies in what comes next. Treat it as a diagnostic. Your ability to reflect, respond, and retool now will determine how well you perform when the stakes are even higher later this year. Whether it's optimising inventory placement, reducing WISMO enquiries, or investing in a multi-carrier platform, small shifts now can unlock significant value later. Peak season will be here before you know it – the retailers who learn from Click Frenzy will be the ones who win it.

From today (Tuesday, May 13) and ending at 11:59pm AEDT Friday, May 16, 2025, this particular event has been dubbed "Click Frenzy Mayhem" because, well, it takes place in May. Throughout the rest of this sale, you can expect price reductions across various categories, including tech, beauty, home, fashion, and more. Huge brands and retailers, such as Dyson, The Good Guys, Kogan and Sennheiser have started slashing prices, with massive markdowns on stacks of products. We've been covering Click Frenzy for some time now, and we will be on deck to help you find the best bargains throughout the sale. And while we'd love to help you find all the bargain buys, at Tom's Guide we will stick to what we do best — the electronics, lifestyle products and home appliances we've tested or used ourselves. So, if you've had your eye on something and haven't snapped it up, Click Frenzy Mayhem may be your best chance to grab it. Like other major sales we cover, we will keep this live blog constantly updated with epic new deals throughout the sales fest, so keep your eyes peeled for some bangin' bargains. Phones Apple iPhone 13: was AU$899 now AU$786 at The Good Guys Save AU$113 If you haven't upgraded in some time and are looking for the cheapest possible iPhone, grabbing the iPhone 13 at this price might be the move. It should continue to receive software support until around 2028 based on the support of previous devices and, while the iPhone 14 is newer, it only offers an improved main camera and safety features like Emergency SOS via satellite and Crash Detection. However, for just AU$200 more, you could opt for the iPhone 16e or discounted iPhone 15. Apple iPhone 16: was AU$1,399 now AU$1,149 at The Good Guys Save AU$250 This price on the iPhone 16 makes it a great option for those looking to snag a cheap iPhone. It offers a range of colours and the speed of Apple's A18 platform, combined with an excellent dual camera array and the new Camera Control button. We have a guide on seven differences between the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16e, but the big difference is the base model's camera. At full price, the 16e is the easy choice, but this discount makes the base model considerably more attractive to budget buyers. Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max: was AU$2,149 now AU$1,879 at The Good Guys Save AU$270 This discount makes the 16 Pro Max an enticing buy for those who need a little more size and power for work or play. The iPhone 16 Pro Max is Apple's biggest and most powerful iPhone ever, with a beautiful screen, awesome camera and a power and battery life that our reviewer said made it "the big-screen smartphone of your dreams". The iPhone 16 Pro – offering the same power in a smaller frame – is also down to AU$1,529. Headphones Sonos Ace: was AU$699 now AU$493 at The Good Guys Save AU$206 An excellent alternative to pricier headphones like the Apple AirPods Max, the Sonos Ace offers superb sound quality (including Dolby Atmos support), impressive noise cancellation, excellent battery life, stylish design and a very comfortable fit. The only thing these cans lack is the ability to connect to your Wi-Fi network like other Sonos speakers and devices. Appliances Ninja Creami Deluxe (NC501): was AU$399 now AU$298 at Amazon Save AU$101 Just AU$3 off the cheapest price we've seen, this is a great option for those looking to make healthy (and sugar-filled) ice cream from home. Incredibly easy to use with plenty of mixing functions for a variety of frozen treats, this deluxe model is a great choice if you'll be whipping up large batches of frozen desserts. The biggest difference between this and the discounted NC301 model is larger 700ml tubs. Oral-B Pro 800 CrossAction: was AU$99.99 now AU$50 at Amazon Save AU$50.99 Oral-B's Pro 800 CrossAction may not offer more than one cleaning mode, however, this electric toothbrush surpasses manual brushing with its rotating and pulsating head for superior plaque removal. It also includes a travel case and a replacement brush head. Shark FlexBreeze Fan: was AU$249.99 now AU$199.99 at Shark Australia Save AU$50 Shark's FlexBreeze Fan can be used both corded and cordless, thanks to its detachable head and rechargeable battery. It can even be transformed from a pedestal fan to a desktop fan in seconds, making it extremely versatile. Other stores: • Myer Laptops Tablets Televisions LG C4 OLED (48-inch): was AU$2,499 now AU$1,548 at Appliance Central Save AU$951 Even with the arrival of its successor, the LG C4 series television continues an excellent telly thanks to its outstanding picture quality, exceptional colour accuracy and stunning contrast. Gamers also love it for its low input lag, VRR support and multiple HDMI 2.1 ports. And at this size, it also makes for a great monitor replacement. Wearables ↑ Back to all deals
