Call of Duty tips & tricks: How to win in Warzone Verdansk Map in COD
Call of Duty tips & tricks: If you're diving into Call of Duty: Warzone and playing on the iconic Verdansk map, get ready for fast-paced, thrilling action. Whether you're a seasoned player or stepping into the battlefield for the first time, this map can be quite a challenge. With its updated graphics, improved mechanics, and new game features, the Verdansk map now feels more alive than ever. To help you survive longer and lead your squad to victory, we've put together 10 essential Call of Duty tips & tricks that will boost your gameplay in the Warzone Verdansk map. 1. Team Up with Friends for Better Coordination Playing in a team of 2 to 4 players who can talk and plan together is one of the best tips for Warzone. Communication is the key to victory in Call of Duty. When you're playing with friends, you can strategise, share loot, and revive each other when needed. Random teammates may not cooperate, and this can lead to early defeat. 2. Always Keep an Eye on the Minimap and Compass The minimap and compass in Warzone are vital tools. They help you know the direction of gunfire, the location of enemies, and safe areas. A useful trick: go to your settings and change the minimap shape to 'square'. This shows a larger area, giving you more information at a glance and improving your awareness on the Verdansk map. 3. Use Tactical Grenades Wisely Tactical equipment like stun grenades, flashbangs, and smoke bombs can completely change the outcome of a battle. Throwing a stun grenade at the right moment can stop an entire squad in their tracks. Use these to your advantage, especially when storming buildings or escaping ambushes. They're more powerful than they seem. 4. Adapt Your Strategy Each Match One of the best Call of Duty Warzone tips is to stay flexible. Every match in the Verdansk map is different. What worked in one game may fail in another. Keep learning, try new tactics, and don't be afraid to change your playstyle. Turning off background music also helps – you'll hear footsteps and gunshots more clearly. 5. Choose Weapons and Attachments Carefully In Call of Duty, every gun feels different depending on its attachments. Use the Gunsmith feature to study your weapons and customise them for your gameplay style. Pick weapons that suit close, mid, or long-range combat based on the situation in Verdansk. Smart choices here can win you more fights. 6. Manage Inventory Fast During Looting The updated looting system in Warzone makes it easier to pick up gear quickly. The faster you collect weapons, armour, and cash, the better your chances of surviving early battles. Drop anything unnecessary, keep what's useful, and always be ready to move. Quick decisions here can give you the upper hand. 7. Build the Perfect Loadout in Gunsmith Your loadout is your lifeline in Warzone. Go to Gunsmith and create loadouts that suit your playstyle. Have one for aggressive play and another for long-range defence. Switch between them depending on the match type and map conditions. A balanced loadout increases your survival chances in Verdansk. 8. Use the Ping System to Stay in Sync Warzone's ping system is perfect when you're not using voice chat. Use it to mark enemy locations, loot, or places to move. It's now more accurate and user-friendly, helping your team move and fight as a unit. Mastering the ping system is one of the smartest Call of Duty tips. 9. Complete Contracts for Extra Rewards During every match, you'll find contracts – small missions that give you rewards like cash, loot, and intel. Completing them gives your team more money to buy killstreaks, UAVs, or revive fallen players. They also give you objectives to focus on rather than just wandering around. 10. Use Vehicles to Cover Long Distances The Verdansk map is massive, and walking everywhere can slow you down. Use vehicles like ATVs, helicopters, or trucks to move fast across zones. Learn how each vehicle works, and practice shooting while on the move. A well-timed escape or vehicle push can be the difference between life and death. Mastering the Call of Duty: Warzone Verdansk map takes time, practice, and smart thinking. These 10 tips and tricks are designed to help you improve your game and survive longer, whether you're playing solo or in a squad. Keep adapting, stay alert, and soon you'll be leading your team to the final circle and grabbing that sweet victory. To stay updated on the stories that are going viral, follow Indiatimes Trending.

Call of Duty Warzone's June patch introduces multiple fixes
Image via Activision. After the highly anticipated Season 4 release, Call of Duty has now recently launched a new patch for several fixes in Warzone. Just a few days after Season 3, fans were already done with the season because of its alleged lackluster contents. However, that's not the case with Season 4 because it has already launched a huge array of brand new contents in the game, like a new POI in Verdansk, new maps like Fugitive 6v6, return of One in the Chamber game mode, and many more. But there have been several complaints regarding the persisting bugs and glitches in the game. Now, those have also been fixed. June patch in Call of Duty Warzone has fixed most of the issues Call of Duty Warzone players have been going through a lot of issues after the release of Season 4. For example, various crashes and stuttering issues were making fans' lives miserable. As a battle royale title, smooth gameplay is non-negotiable. But that wasn't the case with Warzone. There was even a bug that was allowing players to exploit even under the map. This way, players were taking unfair advantages of these spots and disrupting the whole gameplay. On the other hand, players were unable to get the deserving amount of Skill Rating after a Ranked match because of another glitch. The Search and Destroy game mode was clobbered with several bugs and glitches as well. In this game mode, the contract UI was not showing for the allies. Not only that, players have been losing certain functionalities if they were killed while planting a Search and Destroy contract bomb. There was a bug which led to displaying the bomb location indicator even after the Search and Destroy contract expired. That's actually a lot, but the good thing is that all of these issues have been resolved now, thanks to the June patch in Call of Duty Warzone. The new feature test which showed store content right up in the Loadout menus has also been removed as well. Players initially became hugely excited due to the contents coming with the Season 4 , but immediately became disappointed with bugs and glitches that the Season 4 update brought as well. However, this quick response from Raven shows how much the developers prioritise its fans. Read More: Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 4 roadmap and features explained

Classic Verdansk event may be making a comeback in Call of Duty Warzone
Image via Activision. It seems a fan-favorite classic event set in Verdansk might come back in Call of Duty Warzone . Since the release of this game, it has featured an array of maps, like Al Mazrah, Uzbekistan, and many more. But no other map was able to build a fanbase like the way Verdansk did. This map was launched alongside the release of the game and later on replaced by Caldera in December 2021 with the release of Call of Duty Vanguard. Caldera received immense hate from the fans because of its poor structure, and later on Verdanks again made its way into the game in the previous month. And it seems an iconic event based on this map is also making a return. Hunting of Verdansk is rumored to be returning in Call of Duty Warzone Hunting of Verdansk is rumored to make a return in Warzone. | Image via Activision. Those who have played Call of Duty Warzone five years ago know how popular this event became. This event brought zombies, spooky costumes, and many other additions to the game. It also introduced the night mode for Warzone. This event was actually held on the occasion of Halloween in Call of Duty Modern Warfare. As things stand, this event might become a part of Black Ops 6 as well. According to a credible dataminer COD Warfare, Hunting of Verdansk is returning in Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and in Warzone. The dataminer has claimed that specific elements of this event are being gradually added in the game and he might have found those by datamining the in-game files of Warzone. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Cardiologists: Losing a Hanging Tummy Comes Down To This 1 Thing Health Wellness Journal Learn more Undo Although Hunting of Verdansk made several returns before but as Verdansk hadn't been available till last month, the event never managed to bring back the legacy of the event. However, as Verdansk is back, now it seems possible to do that. As the OG one was a Hallowen event, the return of Hunting of Verdansk is also expected to be launched in the upcoming Halloween, that means around the month of October this year. This suggests that this event might make a comeback in the potential last season of Black Ops 6, which is in Season 6. However, all of these are just mere speculations and rumors, and should be taken with a grain of salt. Read More: When is Call of Duty Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 4 coming out? When is Call of Duty Warzone Mobile getting delisted
Image via Activision. As things stand, Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will not get any further updates. It's a sad ending for a huge mobile title which actually had so much potential, but never fulfilled it. However, players can still access present content and play the game with their friends. Call of Duty Warzone Mobile was released on March 21, 2024, in hope to bring the COD battle royale fandom to mobiles as well. Warzone is an absolute banger from Activision on PCs and consoles, so its mobile counterpart was supposed to carry forward that popularity as well, but that didn't happen. Call of Duty Warzone mobile will be permanently delisted — WarzoneMobile (@WarzoneMobile) by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Tukarkan Bitcoin dan Ethereum - Tanpa Dompet Diperlukan! IC Markets MULAI SEKARANG Undo Despite generating an initial revenue of $1.6 million, Activision has decided to delist Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. That means the game won't receive any further seasonal content and regular updates going forward. May 18, 2025 is going to be the last day when people will be able to download the game officially from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Besides that, the game's social linkings will be abolished as well. However, if players have installed the game beforehands May 19, then they can continue playing the game and enjoying the already existing seasonal content in the game. Online servers will be active as well, so matchmaking will be available. It's just that, they won't be getting any new content or not any kind of in-game support regarding bugs and glitches as Activision is going to stop developing for the game entirely. Those who are thinking about their Season 3 Battle Passes, need not worry as they can still progress on it even after the game is delisted. But there won't be any Season 4 unlike in Call of Duty Warzone for PCs and consoles . Players will also be able to access their COD accounts and shared in-game possessions through cross-progression for the already available content in the game. Players who have unredeemed COD points in their account can redeem them as well for pre-existing content in the in-game store, which won't be updated further. It's actually quite shocking at the beginning that Activision would take such a decision. But if you look at the tenure of Warzone Mobile closely, then we can understand that this was coming. The mobile port never made justice to its PC and console counterparts. With hoards of bugs and glitches, the game was huge in size as well for a mobile game. Also, players didn't like the idea of unlocking better graphics as they progressed further. If you want to play, install the game and keep it in your library, you have time until May 18, 2025.
