Class of 2027 California cornerback Joaquim Davis receives offer from Nebraska football
The Nebraska Cornhuskers offered a class of 2027 California defensive back last week. Joaquim Davis of Etiwanda High in Riverside County announced Thursday that he's received an offer from the Huskers.
This is Davis's second college offer. He announced Tuesday that he received an offer from San Diego State. He is listed at 6 feet, 160 pounds, and is coming off a solid sophomore season.
The Rancho Cucamonga, California native played his sophomore year of high school at Ontario Christian, only taking action in six games due to injury. Despite this, he finished the year with 24 tackles, three interceptions and four pass breakups.
He helped the Knights to a 6-5 season before the team lost the first round of the CIL Southern Section Division 6 Playoffs. Davis remains unranked for now but enters his junior season at Etiwanda.
