Since then, I've made it a point to reduce my plastic use. I always carry a reusable kit — metal cutlery, a steel straw, and a collapsible cup — it's become second nature now. I avoid packaged snacks and carry enough water for the day while travelling to the sets." She further added, "When you're always on the move like I am, these small changes really add up.
