Treetop networking event to host Wicklow businesses to ‘connect and collaborate'
Hosted by the Sustainable Tourism Network (STN), the event will bring together local businesses from across the Garden to connect, collaborate, share ideas, spark partnerships, and get practical about sustainability.
The event will include a guided tour of Beyond the Trees, showcasing its innovative and eco-friendly design, short talks and case studies from local sustainability leaders, structured networking sessions to foster new connections and opportunities to share challenges, solutions, and ideas in a collaborative environment
Designed to foster connections among tourism businesses, share insights from industry leaders, and inspire sustainable practices across the sector, the event will give attendees opportunities to share challenges, solutions, and ideas in a collaborative environment and gain valuable knowledge while having the chance to engage with peers committed to responsible tourism.
Alongside these activities, the morning will feature a lively panel discussion hosted by Roisin Finlay, with insights from Wicklow County Council climate action officer Jim Callery, founder of Niall Davis, Wicklow Uplands Council coordinator Lorna Kelly and new business development manager at Veon.
'We're excited to create a space where businesses can come together to exchange ideas and experiences,' managing director of the Sustainable Tourism Network Rob Rankin said
'By learning from one another and seeing sustainability in action, we hope to inspire even more positive change within Wicklow's vibrant tourism sector.'
