Reseda Apartments Acquired for $51 Million by Beverly Hills Investment Firm
The Candlewood North apartment complex in Northridge was acquired by Beverly Hills-based Post Investment Group for $51.1 million, or $270,000 per unit. The 189-unit community at 9830 Reseda Blvd. had been acquired by the seller, Waterton, for $43.6 million in 2016. The three-story, three-building apartment complex was originally built in 1964. It is located near the Northridge Fashion Center. Amenities include renovated interiors, redesigned lobby and corridors, controlled building access, covered parking and a sundeck. The event is described as a gathering of "the best FC Mobile competitors from across Asia and the Middle East, global football icons, top influencers'. It will see passionate fans unite for the EA SPORTS FC Mobile Festival, Bangkok — a two-day event presented by Visa, happening June 14–15 at BCC Hall, Central Ladprao in Bangkok, Thailand. It was reported previously that Ferdinand had rejected a contract extension at TNT Sports, which suggested that the split between the two parties was amicable and that he wasn't forced out. Reflecting on his departure from the broadcaster, Ferdinand said at the time: 'Since retiring from football, it has been a privilege talking about the game I love for a decade. 'I want to acknowledge the tremendous support from the team behind the scenes, whose hard work often goes unseen but has been essential to our success. As I turn the page to the next chapter, I carry with me countless memories. In a dual plane breast augmentation, the upper part of the breast implant is inserted below the pectoral muscle, while the lower part is just under the breast tissue. 'Half under the muscle' is considered one of the most natural-looking placement methods. When Jenner says 'silicone,' she's talking about the material of the implant she used. There are many different options, including saline implants (which are filled with salt water), gummy bear implants (which are thicker than traditional silicone implants), and silicone implants (which Jenner has).
