Capital Partners, a global alternative investment firm. BVM, headquartered in Brookfield, WI, is a provider of print and digital advertising solutions to over 30,000 local small and medium-sized businesses ('SMB'). The transaction represents Bertram's [21]st exit since its launch in 2006. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
