Summer is here, and it is everyone's favorite time of the year, scouting time. Every year, we do Summer Scouting to preview college football for Vikings fans, but also give them an idea of names to follow and watch in the fall as needs pop up for Minnesota.

Player Summary
Jack Endries was Mr. Do-it-all for the Cal Golden Bears in 2024, so he became a hot commodity when he hit the portal. He ultimately committed to Texas and is now poised to bring his complete skillset to the Longhorns and the SEC. Endries shined as a blocker and showed he has the strength and awareness to keep doing that as he goes from the ACC to the SEC. Where he will take his biggest leap as a prospect is as a receiver, where he has already showcased his ability to have contact balance, maintain momentum through it, and also have a burst after the catch to pick up extra yards. Look for him to be in contention for the top tight end spot when the NFL Draft rolls around next April.
