Astrid & Miyu launch 50% off summer sale on earrings, bracelets, rings and more
Metro journalists select and curate the products that feature on our site. If you make a purchase via links on this page we will earn commission – learn more If you're anything like us jewellery obsessed, every finger is laden with a ring (if not two), our wrists carry bangles and welded bracelets it's like our own Pilates wrist weights, while our necks are jangling with chains galore. And we wouldn't have it any other way. Whether you have an extensive jewellery collection you wish to expand on, or you are in the market for new arm candy to start a capsule edit of your own, you're in luck. Our favourite jewellery brand, Astrid & Miyu, is set to launch an unmissable summer sale in the coming weeks. The leading jewellery label is slashing the price of select jewellery items by up to 50% from June 16, but for a limited time only. The sale is set to run for two weeks ending on June 29. We have got our eyes on a few pieces to (hopefully) hit the sale. For our wrists we are waiting for the Trace & Twist Double Chain Bracelet, which is already a two-in-one design, so if it gets reduced it would feel like you are making an even bigger saving. Of course, we need the matching Trace & Twist Double Chain Necklace too. While the Dome Link Bracelet is giving us major Cartier vibes. Charm bracelets and necklaces are all the craze for yet another sample, which is why we are hoping to secure the Bold Link Chain Necklace, and additional charms, including the Grey Pearl Charm or Cosmic Locket Charm for less. If you have a single ear piercing the Crawler Crystal Stud Earrings can give the illusion you have more, while those with a curated ear can stack the Hidden Heart Molten Huggies in the second hole. For our fingers, you simply can't go wrong with a pearl ring like Astrid & Miyu's Mother of Pearl Cocktail Ring. The best part is no discount code is needed to shop the sale as the products included in the offer will be reduced already, which makes for super easy and fuss-free shopping – exactly the type of shopping we like. The sale may not stretch sitewide, and the discount may vary depending on the collection. It's also important to mention that the solid gold collection and gift sets will not be included in the offer. More Trending Astrid & Miyu has a whole host of jewellery pieces to shop, whether you are shopping stacking rings, earrings for your curated ear, or chains and pendants, it has it all. Astrid & Miyu not only offers affordable jewellery staples, but demi-fine jewels, as well as showstopping statement pieces too – depending on your style. If that wasn't enough, Astrid & Miyu have a birthstone range, pearl designs, and a new charm collection so you can shop dainty pieces embellished with precious stones, your initials or charms that are sentimental to you. Let's not forget to mention Astrid & Miyu offer in-store piercings, welding for permanent jewellery, as well as tattoos, though these experiences are not included in the sale. We are waiting in anticipation for the sale to drop, and as soon as we know exactly what will be included in Astrid & Miyu's sale we will update you, of course. Jewellery meets astrology at new birthstone pop-up event
The starry event, featuring birth chart readings and astral stacking sessions, is running from June 12 to June 15th Attention, jewellery enthusiasts: Astrid and Miyu is sprinkling its signature glitz across the UK with a temporary pop-up event in Manchester's Spinningfields to commemorate the unveiling of its fresh birthstone collection. Running from June 12th to 15th, the immersive affair allows devotees of the cult label to discover the newest offerings in an environment radiating celestial vibes. Famed for its stackable items and fashionable ear adornments, Astrid and Miyu's latest line is all about personalisation with an astrological edge. Envision zodiac-themed clip charms, vibrant beaded bracelets and necklaces, and jewellery that feel as unique as your astrological chart. Guests at the Manchester pop-up can do more than browse. The brand offers birth chart readings, astral stacking sessions, and the opportunity to mix and match charms to create bespoke pieces. Adding a delightful twist, Astrid and Miyu has partnered with Gooey to serve creamy delights throughout the day. London fans may have already had a chance to enjoy the event, as it recently took place at the capital's iconic Battersea Power Station until June 8th. If you're yet to get acquainted with the new collection, anticipate standout pieces designed for layering, stacking, and personalising. This includes the Gemstone Energy range, teeming with a plethora of colourful beaded items, reports the Manchester Evening News. Astrid & Miyu has unveiled a stunning new collection of birthstone jewellery, featuring an array of beaded bracelets (£130) and necklaces (£120) crafted from 9K gold and 9K white gold. Customers can personalise their pieces by selecting their birthstone, such as agate for May or garnet for January, and adding bespoke charms to create a truly unique accessory. The adjustable bracelets, available in medium and large sizes, are designed to fit comfortably on the wrist. They also make a thoughtful gift for loved ones. Although the collection has only just launched, it has already garnered positive reviews. One customer raved: "I have this style in a number of colours, and this is one of my favourites, as it is eye-catching." Another reviewer praised the delicate design, saying: "So dainty, perfect to add a little colour to your look." While the collection has yet to receive any negative feedback, the price point is on the higher side, making it a considered purchase rather than an impulse buy. For those shopping around, Abbott Lyon is another excellent option for bespoke jewels. The brand offers everything from personalised necklaces with a sweet message to charm bracelets to reflect cherished memories. Alternatively, PYRA is a charming choice, boasting an array of personalised designs. This custom name bracelet, currently on sale for £36, has earned an impressive 4.88-star rating. In addition to the new birthstone collection, Astrid & Miyu has also introduced birthstone clip charms (£55). Each charm is set with a coloured gem representing the birth months and is available in 18k gold-plated sterling silver and rhodium-plated sterling silver. These petite gems can be attached to bold link bracelets, chain necklaces and even earrings, offering fans the chance to mix and match. Much like the beaded jewellery, there's an option to send them as presents. We've yet to spot any reviews for these delicate accessories. However, similar to the beaded items, they do come with a hefty price tag. For a more budget-friendly option, this seller on Not On The High Street offers these lovely stones for £17.50 each.

Astrid & Miyu to open Cosmic Airstream pop-ups
British jewellery brand Astrid & Miyu, which is known for its customisable and stackable designs, is prepping for the launch of its first-ever Cosmic Airstream trailer pop-up, what it says is 'a unique pop-up experience celebrating the arrival of the new Birthstone Collection and expanding charms category'. It's happening in London and Manchester with the mobile store appearing at the Battersea Power Station mall later this week and at the weekend (from 5-8 June) and at Spinningfields Manchester seven days later (12-15 June). The pop-ups will offer 'an immersive, personal experience designed to help customers connect with their jewellery in meaningful and memorable ways'. What that means in practice includes birth chart readings, astral stacking sessions, and charm mixing and matching, with the Cosmic Airstream described as 'the ultimate personalisation suite'. Astrid & Miyu is also partnering with Gooey to provide bespoke cream treats throughout the two events. The direct-to-consumer jewellery brand was set up in 2012 by CEO Connie Nam from her flat in London's Notting Hill after she 'struggled to find contemporary jewellery at affordable prices'. Earlier this year it opened its first store in Manchester with a standalone in the Royal Exchange. This was prompted by 'significant customer demand', it said. Last autumn it opened a significantly upsized flagship in London's Soho at 5-7 Foubert's Place.

Taylor Swift just rewore this initial necklace at the Super Bowl – shop these similar styles now
All eyes were on Taylor Swift as she arrived at the 2025 Super Bowl. Cheering on her boyfriend, the Kansas City Chief star Travis Kelce, as his team took on the Philadelphia Eagles, the singer was seen in a box alongside her mother, the Haim sisters and Ice Spice. For the sporting occasion, Swift wore a white blazer, tank top, sparkly denim shorts and tall white boots. But it was her choice of jewellery that stole the spotlight. Repurposing the initial 'T' charm that she wore as a thigh chain to the Grammys last week, the singer plumped for the bespoke piece again, this time choosing to wear it on a pendant chain for the Super Bowl. Swift's 'T' necklace is a Lorraine Schwartz piece, which was designed in collaboration with the jewellery brand ahead of the singer's red carpet appearance. Fans of the star have debated if she was referencing the Tortured Poets Department song, Guilty as Sin, with her Grammys look, which saw the ruby-jewelled pendant worn on a thigh chain and styled with a matching ruby red Vivienne Westwood dress. As for the hidden meaning behind Swift's Super Bowl look, some have said the 'T' on the necklace is in fact for Travis. In her 2017 song Call It What You Want, Swift sings: 'I want to wear his initial / on a chain 'round my neck, chain 'round my neck / Not because he owns me / But 'cause he really knows me.' Whether it's in homage to herself or her boyfriend, Swift's jewellery choice nods to the timeless appeal of personalised pieces – think Carrie Bradshaw's signature necklace or Kate Middleton's monogrammed pieces. So, whether you're channeling Swift at the Super Bowl and Grammys or searching for an Eleventh-hour Valentine's Day gift, these are the initial pieces to shop from Missoma, Astrid & Miyu and more. Missoma's bestselling molten initial pendant is a contemporary twist on the classic jewellery style. The delicate gold chain is complete with your choice of letter in a bespoke hand-drawn font. Designed with 18 carat gold plated vermeil on recycled sterling silver, the adjustable chain lends it to layering and stacking with other pieces. Mejuri's initial necklace has a vintage feel thanks to the accordion pattern. Handcrafted from 18 carat gold vermeil, each pendant comes with a 20-22in dainty gold chain. The generous size of the charm makes it a real statement piece, à la Swift's style. This bold style from Astrid & Miyu is available in 18 carat gold plated recycled sterling silver or rhodium plated recycled sterling silver. The large charm contrasts the delicate chain, with the letter characterised by its fluid, unique shape.
