Celebrating 50 years of service at the Assistance League of Albuquerque
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Assistance League of Albuquerque is an all volunteer nonprofit that aims to transform the lives of children and adults through community outreach. The organization currently supports nine philanthropic programs.

Judy Parker is celebrating 50 years as a member of the Assistance League of Albuquerque. Joining in 1975, she has served the organization in a variety of roles. Parker was president of the chapter at one point and spent time on the National Assistance League Board as the Director of Philanthropic Programs. In 1978 Parker helped establish a gift shop in Old Town where senior artisans could sell their work.
