ISB dominates platinum jubilee badminton championship

The Indian School Bahrain (ISB) celebrated its Platinum Jubilee with a landmark badminton tournament that saw both strong hosting and remarkable student performances.
The ISB @ 75 Junior & Senior Open Badminton Tournament, held from May 6 to 10 at the school's Isa Town campus, attracted top players from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
More than 400 matches were played in the five-day event, making it one of the largest badminton competitions in the Kingdom. Conducted under Badminton World Federation (BWF) regulations and overseen by certified umpires, the tournament highlighted ISB's dedication to sporting excellence.
ISB students secured top honors across multiple age categories, with standout performances from Arjun Arun Kumar, Aadhya Anuj, Baron Biju, and Sai Sreenivas Arunkumar. The tournament served as a proud showcase of talent and organization during the school's milestone 75th year.
