The battle with the Israeli enemy, the aggressor against Iran, with what it has committed before that of crimes against the Palestinian people and genocide, and the ongoing attacks on the Lebanese and Syrian peoples, and the aggression against Yemen, then it turned to a comprehensive aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran, under the title of changing the face of the Middle East, that the Israeli enemy seeks complete control over the region, and implement the Zionist plan with open American support and American partnership, and is trying to remove the Islamic Republic of Iran, because it considers it the greatest obstacle to achieving its plan. Therefore, any American attack and aggression that supports the Israeli enemy against Iran within the framework of the same objective, aiming to enable the Israeli enemy to control the entire region, this is something that cannot be ignored, Because it means confiscating the freedom, independence, and dignity of our nation, enslaving it, humiliating it, distorting its identity, occupying its homelands, plundering its wealth, and establishing a system of permissible shedding of blood, honor, land, and holy sites. Therefore, the battle is the battle of the entire nation, and salvation, glory, and victory for the nation lie in mobilization, in jihad for the sake of Allah Almighty. As Allah Almighty says: {And fight in the cause of Allah and know that God is Hearing and Knowing.} Allah Almighty said: {O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.} Allah's words are true. Accordingly, if the US involves in an attack and aggression against Iran with the Israeli enemy, the armed forces will target its ships and warships in the Red Sea. The armed forces are monitoring and observing all movements in the region, including hostile movements against our country, and they will take the necessary legitimate procedures to defend our beloved country and its proud people. Dear Yemen, with its beloved people, faithful leadership, and mujahid army, will stand by any Arab or Islamic country subjected to Zionist aggression or that decides to confront this aggression in self-defense or in support of the mujahideen in the Palestinian resistance. We will not abandon our brothers in the Gaza Strip, and we will not allow this American-backed criminal entity to implement its plans in the region. Clinic-on-Wheels Phase-II project launched: CM says doorstep health-care delivery her dream
LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif said, 'It was my dream to provide free and immediate treatment to the poor at their doorstep. I have always used my power and authority for the welfare of the people. The real work of serving the people in the health sector was done during the tenures of Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.' While addressing the launching ceremony of Clinic-on-Wheels Phase-II project, the CM said, 'The people of Punjab have suffered immensely in the last four years after the tenure of Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif. The cancer patients had to come on the roads for being denied free medicines. Thanks to Allah Almighty that not only cancer but also hepatitis, cardiac diseases, medicine and insulin doses for two months are being delivered at the doorsteps of patients. The health services on 911 Clinic-on-Wheels will be provided across Punjab from today onwards.' She outlined, 'It is a real revolution, a revolution in terms of providing access to the best health facilities to the people at large. Medicines are being delivered to people at their doorsteps. I congratulate Provincial Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, Health Secretary Nadia Saqib and the entire team on the timely launching of Clinic-on-Wheels Phase-II project, which was initially started with 245 vehicles a few months earlier, is receiving excellent public feedback. Doctors, LHVs and allied staff are working in the rural areas as field hospitals on Clinic-on-Wheels. Clinic-on-Wheels also provide maternal, pediatric treatment and other minor medical procedures.' She revealed, 'Since there was no facility of air conditioner in the Clinic-on-Wheels vehicles in the phase-I, now excellent air conditioner vehicles have been purchased for phase-II. I flet immense pleasure by getting treatment like a normal patient in a government hospital. I got treatment by getting admission slip from the hospital. Underwent MRI scan and the doctors administered me injections.' She added, 'I feel profound pleasure over coming to know that the best and talented orthopedic surgeons are available at Mayo Hospital. By the grace of Allah Almighty, more than one crore patients have been provided free treatment immediately through Clinic-on-Wheels project. Clinic-on-Wheels also provide facilities for getting checked blood pressure, undergoing screening and treatment of other diseases.' She emphasised, 'Children suffering from malnutrition in South Punjab will be treated immediately through the Clinic-on-Wheels. Clinic-on-Wheels will also be tracked to prevent misuse of vehicles. 45,000 people are getting free treatment on a daily basis through the field staff and Clinic-on-Wheels. A few weeks ago, I felt overjoyed to inspect a field hospital in Harbanspura. The patients present at the field hospital expressed their profound happiness and joy over getting free treatment. The field hospitals have the best facilities for providing mother and child care, preventive vaccinations, family planning, malaria, diabetes, skin diseases and children's diseases.' The CM said, 'Free medicines are being provided in government hospitals across Punjab, The Punjab government is allocating Rs.100 billion in the new budget for provision of health services and free medicines. I visit the hospitals and take feedback from every patient myself. People are running their own pharmacies and patients are not getting medicines in government hospitals. I myself witnessed that medicine cartons were lying in the hospital store and patients were being denied of getting free medicines. Now, an announcement is being made for free medicines in every hospital across Punjab, No doctor in any hospital can order medicines from outside.' She revealed, 'We are laying a network of health facilities in the new year 2025-26 across Punjab. Every fatal disease will be treated in the Nawaz Sharif Medical District going to be established in Lahore. 100-beded Children's Hospital, Blood Diseases, Bone Marrow, Orthopedic and other hospitals are being built. Punjab CM hails ‘tax-free' budget
LAHORE: 'Neither new taxes imposed nor their rates increased, 'said Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif while expressing gratitude to Allah Almighty for presenting a tax-free budget with the biggest development program in the history of the province. The CM added, 'We will eliminate a gap between development and facilities in cities and villages. Fruits of development will now reach every village. 1800 villages in Punjab will be made model villages.' The Chief Minister said, 'Besides Lahore Development Program, Punjab Development Project is also being brought in. Development will no longer see a difference between rich and poor. It will be rather equal for all.' She underscored, 'We have come with a spirit of serving the common man, and may Allah Almighty grant us success. We are sincerely trying to fulfil the mission of welfare of the people of Punjab. We will fulfil promises made to the farmers. More than 129 billion are being allocated for the purpose.' She noted, 'Not thousands but millions of farmers will benefit from the Green Tractor Scheme. Rs 15.5 billion are being given for more tractors. The construction and expansion of more than 12,000 kilometres of roads will be a record.' She added, 'Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital and Sargodha's Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology will be completed this year. Nawaz Sharif Medical District will be the first center in Pakistan where all deadly diseases will be treated, and research will also be conducted.' The Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif said, 'Students will be given meritorious scholarships and laptops. Children will not sit on floor in any school in Punjab. Rs 40 billion are being given to provide them all missing facilities. Layyah and Bhakkar along with other remote districts will be given access to the motorway, besides extending better communication links to Muzaffargarh and Mianwali.' ‘Success comes with sincere intentions and hard work,' says Punjab CM
LAHORE: 'Public funds are trust of the people, we are accountable to Allah Almighty,' said Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif while addressing the 27th meeting of the provincial cabinet. The CM added, 'Success comes with sincere intention and hard work, this year we will work even harder than the last year. We are not only giving a zero tax budget, but the largest development budget. The previous development budget was also a record; we will break all our own records. We not only gave a surplus budget of Rs 740 billion despite fulfilling IMF conditions, but also delivered by imposing emergency in the province.' The Chief Minister said, '100 new innovative programmes and projects started in Punjab, 700 roads are being built, construction and expansion of 12,000 kms of roads is a big record. Full attention is focused on the people; there is no example of such a hefty budget in health and education in the history. Free medicines will be available everywhere. We will also meet our target of providing essential facilities in government schools during this year.' The CM underscored, 'A record of cleanliness was set across the province on Eid. It is easy to increase taxes by increasing their rate, but instead we will focus on enhancing the tax net. If we build two or four big projects, it seems as if a big job has been done, but we have brought 100 new programmes. More than 40,000 houses could not even be made in 40 years but we have made them in just one year.' Maryam Nawaz Sharif said, 'I have memorized figures related to each department in 2025-26 budget which will prove to be an unprecedented budget in the history of the country. We will review the provision of bonus to government employees based on their performance, while minimum wage of a labourer is fixed at 40,000/month.' She emphasised, 'Wage system should be digitalized. The rate of local debt in Punjab has decreased by a record 94 percent. We are presenting a historic package of public service. Governance is improving due to financial discipline.' She added, 'The entire progress will be presented in the provincial assembly, everyone will tell how much funds were spent where. No scandal surfaced due to e-tendering and good governance.' She flagged, 'senior minister worked all night to finalise the budget, and I congratulate her for this. I also congratulate Chief Secretary and his entire team; Nawaz Sharif also praises them. Success achieved was given by Allah Almighty, the intention is good, and we will continue to work even harder.'
