MindsEye Guide: Missions 13-15 Walkthrough
MindsEye Guide: Missions 13-15 Mission 13: Penthouse Gamble Back to top ↑ Exit the car and head north, over to the marked door (pictured below). The game doesn't actually tell you this but unlike with Claudia's apartment, you don't need to send your drone all the way to the roof, despite what the instructions tell you to do. Instead, head over to the red door north by the garage and press R1 and B to short-circuit the panel. Inside, use the elevator to head up and follow the linear path all the way to the penthouse. When you get near the ladder, you'll need to hop down to the exterior and run along the edges When prompted, smash the glass with your gun and head inside. Work your way through the building, being sure to use your Linebacker given the close-quarters combat that will come at you. Be sure to turn on your torch too by pressing the right directional button for clearer visibility. Eventually you'll reach the office. Inside, approach the painting opposite the computer and scan it by pressing the down directional button. Press Triangle (Y) to crack the safe and to get the digits, simply wait for the marker to hover round to the red pin and press X (A) to trigger. Do this five times and you'll gain the Achievement: Robin Of Lock Keys. When you leave the room, watch out for the five enemies here waiting for you. Kill them and once they're dealt with, head to the elevator to trigger a cutscene. Mission 14: The Mole Back to top ↑ Exit the house and drive over to Claudia's. Deploy your drone and wait for Claudia to exit when you get there, then use your drone to keep near to her car. It doesn't really matter if you bump into her with the drone or even hover it in front of her face, the game isn't intelligent enough to register this as a fail. However, you do need to keep it close enough for the hack to complete and the files to copy so you'll need to follow for a while. When the copying reaches 100%, follow the route across to Claudia at the parking lot. When you get there, you'll need to fight through the enemies that will ambush you. It's a good idea to use your SMG for maximum effect here as they're generally spread out and mid-to-long-range distance. Afterwards, you'll need to use your drone to enter the office. To do so, deploy your drone, stay in cover behind the nearby barricade (enemies will attack as soon as you unlock the doors) and fly it outside. Look out for an open office window (pictured below) then fly in and stun the door with a hit of R1 and O. Kill the enemies that arrive and exit out the stairwell. Kill the next set of enemies on the ground floor and enter your car. When you exit out the parking lot, make sure you turn left, not right, to stay close to Claudia as a car chase will ensue. You'll now need to chase Claudia all over the city and it does go on for a while. Finally you'll reach the Solar farm out in the desert where she'll stop. Once here, kill the enemies, being sure to use your scan (pressing down) to locate any strays that may have got stuck on the terrain. With the enemies dead, and Claudia riding out into the sunset to fight another day, return to your car and it'll trigger another cutscene. Mission 15: Seeking Doctor Morrison Back to top ↑ Drive all the way over to the Perez mines and some drones will attack. Be sure to use your SMG for maximum effect and scan your environment to mark these on your map. When they turn their green light (docile) to red (attacking), be sure to keep cover and attack with your long-range weapons. Once they're all gone, follow the marker into the mines. Eventually you'll find an area with a large yellow door (pictured above). When you approach, another cutscene will ensue. It's quite a long one to be fair and once it's done, you'll need to head up the long corridor and stairwell to retrieve your weapons. Then, you'll need to double-back on yourself to trigger the next cutscene and end this mission.

MindsEye Guide: Missions 7-9 Walkthrough
Mindseye Guide: Missions 7-9 Mission 7: This Means War Back to top ↑ When you gain control of Jacob Diaz, you'll be driving with Rigby and need to lose your tail. Thanks to the terrible AI in this game, you can actually cheese this encounter by ramming into the car as hard as you can. They don't bat an eyelid, nor does it end the mission. If you do it enough you can actually destroy the car quite a bit but a better idea is to ram them over the bollards so they take an age to follow you (pictured below). Either way, once they're out of sight, be sure to cross back and forth over the streets to properly lose them, then head back to base. Depending on how quickly you lose the tail, you might have a 3 mile trek. When you get near the base, it'll trigger another cutscene. In the middle of this, we'll have a QTE section to complete. You need to press L2 and R2 at the exact same time when the circles hit the middle of the crosshairs. If you miss over 50% of these, you'll need to replay this section until you get it right. After the chess compressions, you'll now need to give mouth to mouth. The game doesn't tell you this but you need to move both the left and right analog sticks in-sync up and down following the wave to get through this section. Again, if you miss too much, you'll need to replay it from the beginning again. With this complete, you'll gain the Achievement: Razed Anatomy. Mission 8: Robin Hood Back to top ↑ At the start of the mission, get in your car and drive to the target area. A cutscene will trigger when you get near to the trailer park and then you'll be heading in by foot. To begin with, circle around the trailer park to the left (south on the map) until you find a camper you can climb up to enter the area (pictured below). Inside the trailer park, you'll need to find the pictured trailer on the right hand side of your screen. This is quite easy to find from this spot – take a left and head all the way west in the trailer park to find it. When you get near, a cutscene will trigger. Afterwards, you'll need to fight your way out the trailer park. Be sure to stick to cover and keep moving forward to your car. Don't forget to scan the area as there are two weapons we can collect from enemies here – Weapon #3: Linebacker & Weapon #4: Wraith. As you enter your car after grabbing these two weapons, you'll need to chase after the truck on the road. Don't try to run it off the road, or get too close because it'll fire machine gun fire at you and you have no gun to defend yourself. Just stay back at a comfortable distance and wait for it to enter the residential area. When it does stop, you'll have another shootout. Make sure you keep cover behind your car and watch your back as this is one of the rare occasions where enemies will flank and attack you. Watch out for the approaching car too and before approaching the house, be sure to tap down to scan the enemies. Some of them will be holding Weapon #5: DPR. When you're ready though, approach the house. After another cutscene, we'll now have unlimited ammo in a car with goons incoming. Don't worry about missing, you can literally hold the trigger and keep firing to your heart's content until these guys are dealt with. It's quite a long section though but eventually Robin Hood will drive you up to Silva's safehouse. Once this is done, you'll gain the Achievement: Robin Hood. The mission isn't over quite yet though. Get back in your car and drive over to the factory. Then, enter the security office to finally finish this mission. Mission 9: Meeting Marco Silva Back to top ↑ After the next cutscene, get in your car and drive over to Silva's house. The path is quite straightforward and when you arrive at the house, you'll have another cutscene. When you regain control of Jacob, we'll now have the 'exposition and tap forward' part of this game. You literally just need to continue forward, ascending high enough that you don't hit any buildings. As you approach your target, hover over the helipad and descend, then another cutscene will trigger. When it's done, and Silva is out of commission, we'll now need to fight through a whole bunch of soldiers that show up. The gun you have has horrible recoil so it's actually a good idea to switch back to your pistol. Either way, stick to cover and keep working your way up the hill. Regardless of if you kill all the enemies or not, enter your car after and chase after the drone. This mission actually has a good amount of leeway and you can get quite far away from your target without triggering a Game Over. For that reason, it's a good idea to stick to the roads for a while to get some speed up before heading into the wilderness. Eventually, the drone will land at a gas station and you'll need to fight your way through waves of enemies. If you're trying to brute force your way through and cheese the fight, you can avoid almost all the soldiers and head round the back. If you play it straight, be sure to target the gas pumps to trigger a big explosion and take out some of the enemies in the process. If you take the path round the back, enemies do spawn here, but it's nowhere near as many from the front. If you sprint through near the end of the path and do end up dying, you'll actually respawn midway through the fight, saving you time. Either way, stick to cover as often as you can and keep moving west. Eventually you'll reach the drone so hop on inside and ascend, taking it back to Silva's house. When you get near, another cutscene will trigger and with it, the Achievement: Good First Impression.

MindsEye Guide: Missions 4-6 Walkthrough
Mindseye Guide: Missions 4-6 Mission 4: Industrial Espionage Back to top ↑ As the mission begins, press Triangle (Y) to interact and select 'Cameras' on the options. Every camera feed here will begin with a static screen that will linger for a second or so. The game doesn't tell you this but you need to be patient and stick to each camera until it loads on the feed. On the top left side you'll notice a mini-map and a red marker by the Camera marked 07. The idea here is to track Conti's whereabouts as he wanders through the facility, using each camera along the linear track. First up, go down to Camera 07: Labs Exit, and follow this guy as he makes the rounds. When he's finished the path, you'll grab the Achievement: I Spy. After, you'll be in charge of the Raven XCS drone. You'll need to follow our target all the way up the road without getting too far away. Conti drives relatively slowly and doesn't really do anything recklessly so you don't need to worry too much about zooming forward, but it's a good idea to stay above the cliffs on the right hand side and zoom in enough so you can read the back-plate when prompted by the gang back at base. Eventually Conti will veer off-track to the right by billboard. Follow him up the dirt path until he parks the car and gets out. When he gets back in the car once more, land the Raven XCS up on the adjacent rooftop marked on your map. It's here: Once you've dropped the drone down, a cutscene will trigger. Mission 5: The Missing Genius Back to top ↑ When you regain control, hop in one of those buggies outside and head out the facility. Go round the corner so you can enter the front showroom office. After entering, progress all the way forward into the back office. Then, follow the signs across that show two people side by side. You'll find the elevator inside on the left hand side. Press Triangle (Y) to interact with the elevator and head on up to Morrison's Office. Inside the office, you'll need to search for clues. The first is up on the wall just next to the front door you entered, on the left. There's a menu on a little black table just to the left of this too, along with two computer terminals. However, our real target is up on the wall with a ton of diagrams around it (pictured below). Hit Triangle (Y) to interact and trigger a cutscene. Side Content – Battlefield Throughout the adventure, various portals will show up like it's some weird Assassin's Creed cross-over, allowing you to jump into tiny side-skirmishes. To begin with, approach the portal and you'll automatically be whisked across to the first. Although these do come naturally across the play-time, the side content missions are an excellent way to rack up kills and headshots for two of our combat-specific trophies – Soldier and One Shot, One Kill – so be sure to make the most of these! Work your way through this scenario, getting close to the hostage and take out the soldier nearby to end the mission. Mission 6: Watch and Observe Back to top ↑ After some chatter from Rigby, you'll need to watch some goons nearby to the drone. Unfortunately for us, they're getting dangerously close to discovering the Raven XCS. So off we go to stop them! Head out the building by going down the elevator and make sure you jump into your brand new car. It'll be marked on the map but it should be bright red so it won't be difficult to miss! Drive to the drone spot and as you get nearby, a cutscene will trigger. As you step outside and engage in combat, you'll automatically jump into a firefight with enemies. Now, it's worth bearing in mind that as you approach and work your way up the building, these guys do hold Weapon #2: VT-9 in their arsenal so be sure to run over their corpses to pick it up. If you tap down on your directional pad, it will also scan nearby enemies too, helping to pinpoint where these guys are located. The path is quite linear but you basically need to wipe out enemies on every level, using the stairwell on the south east side of the building to head up and eventually make it to the rooftop. As you approach the drone, more cars will arrive. It's actually possible to take out most of the enemies as they park up too. If you shoot at the windshield and the passenger doors as they drive up, you can get lucky and take a few out. They also approach quite slowly and don't fire up at you either so it's a good opportunity to take out the enemies as they approach. If any stragglers get by though, run down the stairwell and take them out. As you get near to the empty cars, another cutscene will trigger. Eventually you'll head back home and end this mission.

MindsEye Guide: Missions 1-3 Walkthrough
Mindseye Guide: Missions 1-3 Mission 1: Welcome To Redrock Back to top ↑ Welcome to MindsEye! This action adventure title is rather linear (and very buggy) but it's also got a few confusing missions that you may need some guidance for. This guide will get you through the entire campaign and point out any tips, tricks or workarounds to known issues along the way. We'll get you through this one to the other side quickly and in one piece. There aren't any collectibles to grab beyond enemy weapons (of which there are 11) so there's no danger of missing anything unless you're actively avoiding combat. There's also Mission Select from your main menu too so you can replay any chapter at any time. Aside from one trophy (which we'll get to shortly) there's no danger of missing out on anything so it should be a relatively straightforward ride. First off, you'll be graced with some cutscenes. These total around 8 minutes, and as subtitles aren't on by default, if you go into the menu and select 'HUD' you can change that option there if you like. It's something the game doesn't actually tell you, hence why it's included here! As the cutscenes continue, you'll automatically grab the Achievement: Through a different Lenz. When the cutscene ends, walk with Seb up the linear path. There's not much to see here and none of the NPCs will interact with you either. Eventually it'll trigger another cutscene and end the hardest mission you will ever see in a video game. Mission 2: First Day at Silva Back to top ↑ Inside the Silva facility, jump up the buggy by pressing Triangle (Y) and drive it along to the marked location on your map. Park up the buggy next to the one already stationary and it'll trigger another cutscene. When Rigby hands you a gun (Weapon #1: Delta .45), follow her out the room. You can interact with the big map in the middle of the room but there's not really much you can do with it. In the corridor, you'll be prompted to tap the down directional pad to activate your scanner. This is quite a handy tool to get used to using, mostly because it'll mark nearby enemies or any locked doors that you might need to hack. Unfortunately, it's not as in-depth as Watch Dog's interactive elements but it serves its purpose all the same. Mission 3: A Strange Happening Back to top ↑ Enter the buggy and drive outside the facility. Follow the marker and pick up Seb. Once he enters, follow the marker on your map all the way out to the desert. Make sure you don't drive too far away (over 600 yard away) on the road as you'll activate a Game Over screen if you do! Drive toward the smoke in the distance in the desert, and you'll find a bunch of rogue robots marching about. Park up nearby and hit the down direction to mark the enemies. After, holding L1, select your weapon and then take cover by pressing O (B) near to the rocks. The game doesn't have a blind cover option which is lovely but the enemies don't hit too hard here so go ahead and take them out without too much fear of getting shot in return. Running over the corpses will net you some Light Ordance pick-ups but not much else. When you're ready, get back in the buggy and return to the security office. Approach the console by the wall (pictured below) and hit Triangle (Y) to interact.
