Frankly speaking, I did not have to go through any rigid preparation for the role." Reflecting on his Hindi dialogues, the actor recalled the challenge of dubbing all his lines, 'It was tough but the writer Hemanshu and editor Hemal guided me all through the pauses and punches." He also credited Sonam Kapoor for supporting him during filming, adding, 'She helped me understand so many things… it must have been difficult for her to act with me." Director Aanand L Rai has always believed Dhanush was the perfect choice. 'I needed someone who could look vulnerable on screen. When I saw Aadukalam, I liked him immediately—he looked honest and ordinary, which was the demand of the character," he had told India Today. Raanjhanaa was re-released in theatres on February 28, 2025, rekindling love for its music and storytelling. New Delhi: Dhanush and Kriti Sanon have joined forces for the first time for the romantic drama Tere Ishk Mein. The film, directed by Aanand L Rai, will release in the theatres on November 28. Now, a leaked image of Dhanush from the movie sets has surfaced on the internet. The photo, posted by an X user, shows the Tamil actor rocking a moustache and short hair. Actor Dhanush and Aanand L Rai have reunited for another romantic drama, Tere Ishk Mein. The actor's first look from the film showed him with a heavy beard and long hair. However, a new look from the set has now surfaced online, hinting that he may be playing an IAF officer, and fans can't keep calm. While some thought he looked leaner and stronger, others were reminded of cricketer Hardik Pandya after seeing the look. One of the comments read, 'Looks like Hardik Pandya.' However, all details of the film are being kept under wraps. The team is prepping to finish the shoot soon, as they are eyeing a release sometime in 2026.
