Aamir Khan explores 'sabka apna apna normal' in 1st poster of Sitaare Zameen Par
The first poster of Aamir Khan's much-awaited film Sitaare Zameen Par was unveiled today. Described as a thematic sequel to the 2007 film Taare Zameen Par, which focuses on differently-abled individuals, the film is set to release in theatres on June poster shows Aamir Khan with 10 young new actors, hinting at a fun, emotional story filled with fresh energy. The film will launch these 10 debutants - Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar, under Aamir Khan 'Sitaare Zameen Par', the audience will witness Aamir Khan's return to the big screen after a long time and this time he will be seen opposite Genelia Deshmukh. The poster gives a hint at the role of lead actor Aamir Khan as a basketball coach in the movie, which is quite similar to his art teacher character from the original. The film is directed by R.S. Prasanna, known for Shubh Mangal Saavdhan and On A Quest, and stars Aamir Khan along with Genelia Deshmukh. The music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya, and screenplay by Divy Nidhi Sharma. It is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit under the banner of Aamir Khan Watch
