Botify Expands its AI Agents and MCP Server Integration

Botify's new AI agentic capabilities give brands the advantage of speed, enabling optimisation at scale and driving meaningful visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms. Botify, a provider of AI-driven search optimisation tools for SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), has announced expanded platform capabilities and service offerings, including new AI agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration. These updates connect Botify's data with other agents to support holistic workflows, while empowering resource-constrained teams to build efficient processes and immediately act on opportunities to boost their search visibility. AI platforms, agentic technology, and traditional search indexes are changing how and where consumers, bots, and agents discover brands. Search is being reinvented and rebuilt in real time by AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google, with companies under pressure to grow fast, show results, and stay visible. 'Our philosophy prioritises meaningful results through automation and effectiveness, building a set of solutions that not only informs but acts, enhancing how quickly they see results and scale impact for companies,' said Adrien Menard, Co-Founder and CEO at Botify. ALSO READ: Botify Launches Botify Assist With ChatGPT 'With these innovations, we're accelerating the shift from human-only optimisation to agentic workflows, laying the foundation for tomorrow's hybrid teams of humans and AI agents working in tandem. 'We've been leading the way in AI and automation for years, and this marks a major milestone in our continued mission to help companies be found wherever consumers, bots, and AI agents are.' 'The future of search will be powered by hybrid teams where humans and intelligent agents work side by side to accelerate brand visibility, ROI impact, and sustained growth.' Built for both global enterprises and growth-focused companies, Botify's new agentic capabilities, technical workflows, and service offerings give brands the advantage of speed, enabling optimisation at scale and driving meaningful visibility across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms. The latest release includes: Expansion of AI Agents: Botify has introduced new conversational agents designed to help brands better understand and improve their search performance. Botify Assist, the platform's AI copilot, helps marketers navigate website data, surface recommendations, and take direct actions. MCP Server Integration: The new MCP server allows teams to connect Botify data with other tools or integrate their own agents within the Botify environment. This supports more connected workflows by enabling additional context from other systems, helping teams streamline tasks and reduce data silos. AWS Partnership : Botify has joined the AWS ISV Accelerate (ISVA) Program to bring its leading AI technology to Fortune 100 companies and help them get discovered in AI Search. Botify customers can now use their software purchases to fulfil their AWS commitments. Botify Growth Offerings: New service offerings have been built to help level the playing field for growth-focused companies. By combining AI-powered technology with expert-led services, Botify supports in-house teams at scale with a fully managed solution for companies without a dedicated search team. With these updates, Botify aims to help customers work more efficiently, improve search visibility, and achieve measurable results more quickly. ALSO READ: Quad/Graphics, Inc. Amazon's cloud business is revamping its AI app strategy and even considered sunsetting the Q chatbot

Amazon 's cloud business is planning a major revamp of its AI application strategy, with a new bundled service, Business Insider has learned. Internally called Q Business Suite (QBS), the new service is described as a "unified workspace" that combines business intelligence and generative AI capabilities from existing Amazon tools such as QuickSight, Q Business, and Q Apps, according to internal documents obtained by BI. QuickSight is Amazon Web Services 's data visualization software, and Q Business is the company's flagship AI chatbot service. Q Apps lets users create generative AI-powered apps, using natural language and company data. Amazon even considered the option to "retire" the current standalone version of the Q Business chatbot once QBS launches, according to one of the documents and people familiar with the matter. These people asked not to be identified because they're not authorized to speak to the press. The launch of QBS would mark a significant shift in AWS's AI application strategy. Amazon rolled out Q Business last year as its premier AI assistant for professional users, but the product faced early challenges after a rushed debut, BI previously reported. Now, with the Q Business app falling short of internal sales targets, AWS is expected to prioritize QBS, according to the people familiar with the matter. Amazon hasn't decided on the external brand of QBS, but "Quick" is one of the names being considered, these people added. An Amazon spokesperson said the company is seeing "strong growth" for Q Business, with customers such as Nasdaq, Smartsheet, and the NFL. "If anything, we are investing even more in this area and expect to be delivering a ton of new features and capabilities over the coming year," the spokesperson said. 'Single entry point' According to the internal documents, QBS aims to provide a "single interface" for accessing data across various business applications such as Asana and Microsoft Excel. It will be capable of responding to queries and automating tasks, such as closing a Salesforce ticket or sending an Outlook email, enabling "agentic" workflows, the documents explained. One theoretical example outlined involves a business manager asking QBS for recent sales figures in a specific region. Drawing on Salesforce data, QBS can deliver insights on sales performance, top customers, and potential deals. The manager can then generate a report with this information and email it to their boss, all within the same application. Amazon sees QBS as a solution to a widespread challenge faced by business users: securely connecting various tools with existing business data and automating tasks with AI. Companies can spend months setting up even basic integrations, often relying on external technical partners to get the job done. Additionally, business users frequently waste time juggling multiple applications, manually building workflows, or copying and pasting information to complete tasks. This fragmented approach results in "duplicative work, inconsistent experiences, and errors," one of the Amazon documents noted, making it difficult for teams to standardize and streamline new processes. 'Unify all products' QBS is Amazon's latest bid to break into the business application market, often referred to as software-as-a-service. While Amazon dominates cloud infrastructure, such as storage and compute, it has long struggled to gain traction in the SaaS space. Amazon's spokesperson told BI that AWS Connect, one of its business applications targeting customer support agents, has "tens of thousands" of customers and more than 10 million contact center interactions every day. QBS isn't the only business application Amazon is working on. The company is also looking to build a new AI coding assistant, internally codenamed "Kiro," BI previously reported. QBS also comes as AI increasingly lowers the barrier to building custom software. Amazon CEO Andy Jassy wrote in a companywide email on Tuesday that the company intends to "make it much easier to build agents." AWS VP Dilip Kumar is overseeing the QBS project, the documents said. Kumar, who previously launched Amazon's Just Walk Out cashierless technology, recently combined the Q and Quicksight teams under a single organization, the people familiar said. Amazon has been targeting a July launch for QBS, but that timeline could change, these people said. Amazon plans to make QBS accessible with existing user credentials for Q Business or QuickSight, one of the documents stated. The company expects users to "appreciate the consolidated onboarding and subscription management," it explained. In the long run, Amazon wants QBS to "unify all products" under one umbrella, featuring a shared identity and governance framework, along with seamless integration across its various capabilities, according to one of the documents obtained by BI .

Gen AI adoption in India nearly universal, but training alone unlikely to bridge skills gap, says AWS survey

98% of organisations in India are using Generative AI tools and most are developing Gen AI training plans, but there is a limited understanding of employees' skilling needs, according to a study commissioned by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in collaboration with Access Partnership. The study that surveyed 415 senior IT decision-makers in India across industries noted that 83% of organisations in India have appointed a dedicated AI executive, usually a Chief AI Officer (CAIO), to focus on adoption and implementation. Another 15% are planning to do so by 2026, according to the survey. However, the surveyed IT decision makers cited challenges such as limited understanding of employees' Gen AI skilling needs, uncertainty about effective implementation, and budget limitations. 'Given these limitations, training alone is unlikely to bridge the skills gap,' noted AWS in a press note. Even so, Generative AI talent is expected to be in widespread demand in almost all organisations in India, per the survey. AWS shared it had launched a Generative AI Innovation Center through a $100 million investment in order to help organisations access AWS AI expertise and experts through free workshops and training. AWS previously said it planned to invest $12.7 billion into cloud infrastructure in India by 2030. Between 2016 and 2022, AWS invested $3.71 billion in India. 'We see a growing recognition of AI as a transformative technology that requires strategic leadership at the highest levels and a structured approach to change management,' said Satinder Pal Singh, Head of Solution Architecture, AWS India and South Asia, as he highlighted AWS' 'long-standing commitment to India.'

Could Buying AI Beneficiary CoreWeave Stock Set You Up for Life?

CoreWeave recently went public, and its stock is soaring. Revenue is growing quickly, but profits remain elusive. The stock is one to avoid right now due to its high valuation. 10 stocks we like better than CoreWeave › Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the game for many sectors. Cloud computing is no exception. The outsourced data center and computing strategy that has steadily gained market share in the last two decades is now seeing accelerating growth because of AI, which requires an immense amount of compute to train and operate. One cloud company to watch in the AI space is CoreWeave (NASDAQ: CRWV). It is an AI-focused cloud provider that just went public in 2025, with revenue growing 420% year over year last quarter. Could buying this AI stock help set up your portfolio for life? CoreWeave began its operations as a cryptocurrency mining operation. However, in 2019, the company pivoted its operations to cloud computing using Nvidia graphic processing units (GPUs). This decision -- either through foresight or luck -- set up CoreWeave to take advantage of the growing computing demand from AI companies. Buying up tons of the latest Nvidia computer chips, CoreWeave has been able to offer a cloud computing service built specifically to focus on AI. As a start-up, this has allowed it to operate much more nimbly than the big players in the space, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), leading to contract wins and spending flowing to CoreWeave. It currently has an order backlog of $25.9 billion. Revenue is growing rapidly. Sales grew 420% year over year last quarter to $980 million, making CoreWeave one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. With such a large backlog to work through, the company looks set to keep growing at a fast rate and eclipse $10 billion in annual revenue in the near future. It is exciting times for the company, which has led to optimism in its stock price. Just a few years ago, this start-up was not worth much at all. Now it has a market cap of $71 billion. Fast growth from CoreWeave has not come without a price. The company had a $27.4 million operating loss last quarter. This may not seem like much, but when you look at the company's interest expense on debt and capital expenditures, the picture is more extreme. In order to finance its data center build-out, CoreWeave has loaded up its balance sheet with $3.77 billion in current debt and close to $5 billion in long-term debt. This debt had $264 million in net interest expense last quarter, or 27% of the company's revenue, and will be a headwind for a long time as the company tries to scale. Free cash flow is aggressively negative, at a $1.35 billion burn rate just in the first quarter of 2025. That is an annual burn rate of over $5 billion a year. The company needs to scale up spending on its platform quickly to stem this cash burn. With only $2.5 billion in total cash and equivalents on the balance sheet, CoreWeave is going to have to raise money in the near future in order to finance its data center growth plans. CoreWeave fits the classic definition of a high-growth stock that just went through its initial public offering. Investors are rightfully excited about how fast it is growing, but the company is operating aggressively with huge cash burn that presents a risk to its viability if AI spending slows down or stops. What should temper your expectations and make you hesitant to buy this stock is the valuation. At a market cap of $71 billion, the company is trading at over 30 times its trailing-12-month revenue. Yes, if revenue keeps growing at 400% a year, this price-to-sales (P/S) ratio will come down quickly. This is not likely to occur forever, however, as the company is already generating billions in annual revenue. Plus, the company will not have sky-high margins because of all the interest expense it has to pay on its debt. It will likely need to raise more money shortly due to its heavy cash burn. To sum it up, there are a lot of ways for an investment in CoreWeave stock to go wrong. You need rapid growth to continue and a rapid transition to positive cash flow. If this does not happen, the stock will likely perform poorly for investors over the next few years, which is why you should not buy any shares today.
