Agentic AI Solutions Can Bypass Legacy Data Challenges, New ISG Study Says
FRANKFURT, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agentic AI solutions are being used to address complex enterprise data challenges, with agents being deployed for data monitoring, profiling and enrichment, a new study from global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) (Nasdaq: III) says. The new ISG State of the Agentic AI Market report says providers are designing agentic AI solutions that effectively bypass many legacy data challenges. The report findings will be presented at the ISG AI Impact Summit, June 23-24 in Frankfurt. Share The new ISG State of the Agentic AI Market report says 50 percent of organizations engage a service provider to deliver improved data management, but more than half still struggle with legacy data residing in old applications. To accelerate data management adoption and value, providers are designing agentic AI solutions that effectively bypass many legacy data challenges. The report findings will be presented at the ISG AI Impact Summit, June 23–24 at the Westin Grand in Frankfurt. Leaders from Henkel, Mercedes-Benz Tech Innovation, Pfizer, Siemens AG, Merck KGaA, Lufthansa Innovation Hub, FORVIA HELLA, fischer Group and more will join the event to discuss their organization's strategies for fully unlocking AI value. 'Agentic AI is not an IT solution – it's a new way of doing business,' said Olga Kupriyanova, principal consultant, ISG AI and data engineering and co-author of the agentic AI study. 'AI agents interact with data differently than humans. Many leading providers are turning to agentic AI to solve the problems inherited by their enterprise clients by bridging disparate data sources and managed context across domains.' Kupriyanova will present the findings during the ISG Insights session, 'From Hype to Impact: Preparing for the Agentic AI Enterprise,' on the opening day of the ISG AI Impact Summit. The event's opening day will also feature a keynote presentation by Peter Hartmann, head of digital transformation, and Victoria Sibatorkina, global digital transformation manager, on the GenAI journey of multinational chemical and consumer goods company Henkel. Publicis Groupe unveiled a Center of Excellence (COE) in partnership with Nvidia that supports clients as they reshape their enterprises around artificial intelligence (AI), according to a press release. The initiative, spearheaded by digital transformation agency Publicis Sapient, has three core objectives: building an 'AI factory' for developing diverse client use cases; upgrading Sapient's agentic AI platform, Bodhi; and launching solutions that help clients establish the infrastructure needed to manage AI strategy. The consultative approach speaks to the large opportunity agencies see in aiding brands along their journey with AI adoption. Publicis has pledged to spend hundreds of millions on AI as it tries to evolve into an 'intelligent system.' The launch of Publicis' Center of Excellence marks another step in the ad-holding group's yearslong effort to refashion itself as a tech-enabled platform versus a traditional agency network. The offering speaks to the high demand among clients for AI-driven transformation, which can be costly to realize and cumbersome to implement regarding IT software and other infrastructure. To that end, Publicis and its Sapient arm are deepening their work with chipmaker Nvidia, a leader in the current AI arms race. The idea is to blend Nvidia's tech sophistication with Sapient's transformation expertise. The COE represents a convergence of emergent AI technology with the consultative services agencies have ramped up as they look to stay competitive, not only with conventional category peers, but also consulting giants like Accenture, Deloitte and EY that have expanded their marketing divisions. Publicis plans to stand up an advanced AI factory that uses Nvidia's DGX systems, as well as a full-stack solutions service that assists with different areas of AI lifecycle management, including data ingestion, training, refinement and inference. The aim is to provide a 'a holistic approach to enterprise AI adoption,' per the announcement, bolstered by Nvidia's AI Enterprise suite. At the same time, the partnership will soup up Bodhi, Sapient's existing platform for creating AI agents. The goal is to produce virtual agents that can 'reason, plan and act independently.' 'By leveraging NVIDIA's advanced AI infrastructure alongside our Bodhi platform and digital business transformation expertise, we're creating a new paradigm for enterprise AI adoption,' said Nigel Vaz, CEO of Sapient, in a press statement. 'This partnership enables us to guide clients seamlessly through every stage of their AI journey — transforming strategy into actionable, autonomous intelligence that drives real business outcomes.' Accenture unveils on-premise AI for enterprise adoption
Accenture has collaborated with Dell Technologies and Nvidia to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI. The partnership introduces a new AI solution built on Dell Technologies' infrastructure and powered by NVIDIA AI Enterprise software. It is tailored to support organisations operating in regulated industries or those heavily invested in on-premises infrastructure, Accenture said. The collaboration enhances the capabilities of Accenture's AI Refinery platform by integrating it with Dell's high-performance and Nvidia-accelerated infrastructure. This enables one-click deployment of agentic AI capabilities, allowing companies to realise value and reduce total cost of ownership. Accenture said it will also support AI deployment with the Nvidia Enterprise AI Factory validated design, which serves as a blueprint for organisations to establish on-premise AI factories using NVIDIA Blackwell and a comprehensive ecosystem of AI partners. The solution is designed to help organisations rapidly scale AI in private, on-prem environments while supporting key requirements such as data sovereignty, compliance, resiliency, and high availability. It also addresses the need for security and privacy controls in air-gapped environments or restricted network zones, ultra-low latency for real-time applications, and edge or offline use cases where reliable internet access is scarce. Accenture chief AI officer Lan Guan said: 'Through this collaboration with Dell Technologies and NVIDIA, Accenture is bringing the power of AI Refinery to on-premises infrastructure, providing an open, interoperable, scalable and secure solution that paves the way for widespread AI adoption. 'Together, we're empowering organisations to accelerate reinvention and unlock new value from data while future-proofing their investments.' Dell Technologies chief technical officer and senior vice-president Ihab Tarazi said: 'Our collaboration with Accenture and NVIDIA will provide customers with scalable end-to-end agentic AI capabilities to bring AI to their data on-premises.' Accenture said that preconfigured packages combine AI Refinery with the Dell AI Factory and Nvidia, including Nvidia Enterprise AI software. This streamlines data transfer and indexing, fostering data-driven agentic insights. This full-stack solution facilitates enterprise AI transformation by allowing rapid service prototyping with modular frameworks, dynamic cloud-to-edge orchestration, and automated workflows. Nvidia enterprise AI products vice-president Justin Boitano said: 'Together, Nvidia, Accenture and Dell deliver a turnkey AI platform for enterprises to accelerate transformation, unlock new value from data and confidently scale AI in alignment with operational requirements.' In April 2025, Accenture expanded its alliance with Google Cloud, unveiling a suite of new capabilities to assist organisations in scaling advanced cloud and AI technologies.
