The case is being investigated by the State Crime Command's Sex Crime Squad. On December 20, detectives arrested a 16-year-old boy at a Condell Park home. He was charged with 24 offences including nine counts of sexual intercourse without consent, and eight counts of aggravated sex assault with offender in company with other persons. Simultaneously, officers also executed a search warrant at a Heckenberg property and arrested a 19-year-old man, who was charged with five counts of the same offence. Both men were refused bail, with the 18 year old expected to appear at a children's court and the 19 year old at Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday.
