Virginia woman arrested in connection with Netflix star's fatal hit and run
A Virginia woman was arraigned in court Saturday in connection with a hit and run in the Hamptons that left New York City-based luxury real estate agent and former Netflix star Sara Burack dead.
Southampton Town Police said in a statement Friday they arrested Amanda Kempton, 32, of Virginia, and that she was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident in which a fatality occurred.
Burack, who starred in the Netflix series 'Million Dollar Beach House,' was killed in the apparent hit and run on Thursday, police said. She was 40.
Police confirmed in a phone call that Kempton pleaded not guilty and was released on bail. Her attorney could not immediately be reached for comment.
Burack worked for the luxury real estate firm Nest Seekers International for more than a decade, according to her LinkedIn profile. The company has not responded to a request for comment.
The 40-year-old agent was best known for starring in the reality television series, which ran for a single season in 2020. 'Million Dollar Beach House' centered on the lives of several real estate agents, including Burack, who competed for listings of opulent homes in the Hamptons.
Netflix did not return a request for comment on Burack's death.
Police found Burack unresponsive on Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays early Thursday morning after receiving a 911 call about a woman lying unconscious on the busy road. She was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Desperate excuse of woman arrested for fatal hit-and-run of Netflix star Sara Burack in Hamptons
A Virginia woman accused in the fatal hit-and-run that killed famous realtor Sara Burack argued that she believed she struck a traffic cone, it was revealed Saturday. Amanda Kempton, 32, was charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident in connection to the hit-and-run death of the Million Dollar Beach House star, according to the Southampton Town Police Department. Burack, 40, was reportedly walking in the right-hand lane of a busy Montauk Highway, pulling a pink wheeled suitcase, when she was struck by Kempton's vehicle around 3 am. She had sustained severe head trauma and multiple fractures. Despite being rushed to Stony Brook University Hospital, Burack died later that afternoon from her injuries. Kempton, a marine biologist, pleaded not guilty and was released from police custody following the Saturday hearing, during which she claimed to have thought she 'hit a traffic cone,' rather than the reality television star. Officials said Kempton's family had posted collateral in place of the $100,000 bail. Her family resides in Manorville, a hamlet in Suffolk County on New York's Long Island, often referred to as the 'gateway to the Hamptons.' Kempton faces up to seven years in prison if convicted of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in a felony, The Independent reported. Prosecutor MacDonald Drane, who argued for the high bail, described Kempton as a flight risk due to her departure from the crash site, according to The New York Post. Holding back tears, the 32-year-old Virginia-native listened as the court noted she had plans to attend a wedding in her home state on Saturday. Kempton's attorney, William Keahon, told the court that alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the case, despite her having spent time at a tavern earlier in the evening. He added that visibility was poor due to heavy fog, and that his client did not see Burack in the roadway. Kempton left the scene and drove to a friend's house, where she later discovered Burack's pink suitcase lodged beneath her vehicle. Authorities identified Kempton as the driver using a license plate reader and located her vehicle at her family's residence, where it showed front-end damage. Kempton grew up in Virginia, and holds degrees in microbiology and marine biology from George Mason University and Nova Southeastern University in Florida, respectively, according to social media. She has been working this year at 4-H's Camp Jekyll, located on Georgia's Jekyll Island, according to a Facebook post. Burack was a licensed real estate broker with experience in the luxury real estate market. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she gained national visibility as a cast member on the Netflix series Million Dollar Beach House. She was also active in charitable work, including fundraising for leukemia research and animal rescue initiatives. Her sudden death has elicited an outpouring of grief from friends, former colleagues, and members of the entertainment and real estate communities. 'I want people to remember she was an amazing person who really cared for people,' close family friend and fellow realtor Paulette Corsair told Newsday. 'She was a hardworking real estate agent who was there for others. She was loved greatly by her friends and a close family.'

EXCLUSIVE Kanye West's wife Bianca Censori is nearly naked in wild outfit after calls for 'public indecency' arrest
Kanye West 's wife Bianca Censori pulled off another jaw-dropping stunt in New York City on Saturday. Since their secret 2022 wedding, Bianca has made a habit of turning heads with the barely-there outfits her husband styles her in — and the Big Apple outing was no exception. This latest near-naked moment only adds to a long list of viral looks, with her most unforgettable being that sheer, nothing-to-the-imagination dress at the 2025 Grammys. She's also sparked controversy abroad — notably during her scandalous, skin-baring strolls in Spain, where she even faced calls to be arrested for public indecency. Just two days ago, Bianca stepped out daringly in a plunging nude leotard that left little to the imagination. Saturday's NYC outing was no different, with the stunner hitting the streets alongside her famous husband in a black fur-trimmed coat that barely covered her breasts. Her skimpy black underwear also left her lower half practically exposed. Bianca and Kanye were spotted leaving a hotel together, with the rapper trailing closely behind the Australian beauty. While Bianca's daring outfit left little to the imagination, Kanye kept it low-key in an all-black ensemble of leather pants and a leather jacket. He completed the look with dark sunglasses, keeping a noticeably low profile amid the media frenzy. The couple's contrasting styles couldn't have been more obvious as they made their way through the city streets. The outing comes after 50 Cent wasted no time taking aim at Kanye and Bianca after the rapper made a surprise appearance at Sean ' Diddy ' Combs' federal sex trafficking trial last Friday. The 49-year-old Grammy winner, who has been an outspoken critic of Diddy, weighed in after Kanye showed up at the Manhattan courthouse alongside Diddy's son Christian Combs. West told reporters he was there to show support for the embattled Bad Boy Records founder. Diddy is facing explosive allegations from federal prosecutors, who claim he ran a criminal enterprise that facilitated so-called 'freak offs' — alleged drug-fueled orgies involving paid sex workers. Shortly after West's appearance, 50 Cent took to Instagram to mock the couple, posting an AI-generated photo of himself dressed in an all-white outfit next to footage of Kanye arriving at court in his own similar all-white ensemble. In his caption, the In Da Club hitmaker didn't hold back, even referencing Censori's nearly-nude look from the Grammy Awards red carpet earlier this year. 'We are wearing white in honor of the freak offs,' 50 Cent wrote. 'Damn Ye you should have brought your dirty little wife with that Grammys outfit! @50centaction' Meanwhile, Kanye was reportedly not on the approved attendee list for the day and was instructed to watch the proceedings via a closed-circuit video feed in the overflow room. He left the courthouse after about 30 minutes. Since walking down the aisle with Censori, the rapper has encouraged his wife to wear a number of very racy looks, which have caused a stir online. Last month, Censori angered locals after baring her breasts in a sheer bra during a shopping trip with West in Spain. Locals were 'left horrified' as the couple walked through the market in the revealing ensemble. One witness told People were horrified. They could be heard asking "is that her real nipple?" as they walked by.' Despite the backlash, women have been allowed to go topless in certain areas of Spain since 2020 under Catalan equality law. 'We have literally seen it all, even when we didn't want to,' another said, while a third wrote: 'So disrespectful to the country and their modest views.' 'How do they get away with this nudity? If any other non - celeb tried it, they would be arrested,' another asked. No strangers to scandal, West and Censori have continuously raised eyebrows over their choices in clothing, with Bianca's barely-there looks sparking fury from locals. During a previous Italian trip in 2023, Censori wore a slew of eccentric outfits during the couple's getaway. At the time, a source close to her husband told the New York Post claimed that Censori was 'talked into' wearing the nude dress. One of Kanye's earliest controversies with Kim came in 2016, when he released 'Famous' and included the line, 'I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex… I made that b***h famous,' which Kim later defended with secretly recorded audio 'She would have much rather worn a pretty dress,' the insider said. 'She would have enjoyed the evening a lot more.' West is said to have lost a $20 million deal to play in Japan as a result of his controversial stunt. A source said: 'Kanye is just ****ing up every opportunity that comes to him. The stunt was creepy beyond belief and has been greeted with horror in Japan.' He added: 'Japan is having a cultural awakening about women's rights and the MeToo movement is really strong here. What he did is being seen as an act of coercive control which is utterly unacceptable. He has completely culturally misjudged Japan.'

New Diddy texts reveal escort's 'instructions' for getting to multi-day freak-offs where they'd have sex 'like rabbits'
New evidence in Sean ' Diddy ' Combs' trial has unearthed text messages between an escort and the rapper's associate, giving him detailed instructions on how to get to and from one of the marathon freak-offs. Combs' sex-trafficking trial began last month and the latest bombshell is that a male escort named Jules was texting with a Diddy associate to arrange his travel, according to documents shared as part of the court record. It's not known who the Diddy associate is, as the screenshots of the text conversation only identifies the person as 'device owner.' In messages dated on August 26, 2009, 'device owner' asked Jules if he wanted to fly from Los Angeles to New York City for the freak-off. Jules was promised a 'tip' since the request was so last minute, according to the documents. A mere two minutes later, Jules replies back accepting the offer. The 'device owner' then texts the travel information to Jules, giving him the information about the Virgin America flight from LAX to John F. Kennedy International Airport. The mysterious Diddy scheduler also tells Jules to reach out when he's ready to book his return flight. In messages dated on August 26, 2009, the Diddy associate known only as 'device owner' asked Jules if he wanted to fly from Los Angeles to New York City for the freak-off. In this batch of messages, Jules says the people presumably involved in the freak-off are 'rabbits' In subsequent text messages between Jules and 'device owner' in December 2009, Jules appears to be trying to set up an alibi for himself so his girlfriend wouldn't find out about his alleged activities with Diddy Once Jules got to New York early the next morning on August 27, he texted the 'device owner' that he arrived and would be headed to his hotel room to shower and clean up. About an hour after that, the 'device owner' texted Jules to come to room 4901 and Jules responded 'OK.' Presumably after the freak-off, Jules texted around 2:45pm on August 27 that he wanted a flight to be arranged back to Los Angeles. The 'device owner' said that would be done, but not before Jules came back up to the room. He was wanted back in an hour. Jules responded that he need a little more rest than one hour and asked if that would be okay. He joked that hadn't slept in two days and added that 'u guys r rabbits lol.' 'Lol, Ok hit me when you wake. Sorry bro. No stress. U let me know,' the 'device owner' replied back. Almost four hours later at 7:45pm, Jules texted that he was coming to the room. Fifteen minutes after that, he writes that he was 'at the door knocking' and to let him know 'if u are there.' At 8:10pm, Jules assumes that occupants of the hotel room 'stepped out.' The 'device owner' finally gets back to him at 8:21pm and says, 'OK come up.' In subsequent text messages between Jules and 'device owner' in December 2009, Jules appears to be trying to set up an alibi for himself so his girlfriend wouldn't find out about his alleged activities with Diddy. 'Can u shoot me a text just saying you guys will be somewhere else this weekend so i can show her?' Jules asks on December 8. After some further correspondence, Jules tells 'device owner' that 'it worked.' He then offered which days he was available. In the texts, they don't call what's going on a freak-off, rather they call it a 'party.' Combs has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, two charges of sex trafficking and two charges of transportation to engage in prostitution. Prosecutors claim Diddy coerced victims into drug-fueled sex parties using sex and violence. The rapper has denied all the accusations, saying all the sex acts were consensual. The new text evidence against the former music mogul came after a damning day in court on Thursday, when prosecutors introduced a tranche of photos from the March 2024 raid on Diddy's in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles. Jurors saw pictures of high-powered rifles, drugs and hundreds of bottles of baby oil. Investigators also found bags containing ketamine, which were also photographed as evidence. The pictures show bottles of baby oil neatly lined in display cabinets, while dozen of boxes of the lubricant were also found stacked in the home. Defense Attorney Marc Agnifilo has said the star likes to 'buy in bulk like any other American' and claimed Combs participated in consensual sex.
