Deepak Builders has been selected as the L1 bidder for the Planning, Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of Unity Mall located in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate, Karnal. The project has a bid value of Rs. 120.85 crores excluding GST and Rs. 142.60 crores inclusive of GST.
The contract awarded by the HSIIDC Industrial Estate Authority includes all related works necessary for the completion of Unity Mall. The total duration allotted for the project completion is 24 months.
