Ivanka Trump pens emotional Mother's Day tribute to late mom Ivana

Daily Mail11-05-2025

Ivanka Trump has penned an emotional Mother's Day tribute to late mom Ivana Trump.
The 43-year-old took to Instagram earlier today with a heartfelt post about her mother who was married to President Donald Trump from 1977 to 1990.
She shared a carousel of touching snapshots of Ivana - who tragically passed away after sustaining injuries from falling down the stairs in July 2022.
The pictures included several touching moments enjoyed by the mother-daughter duo over the years - from sun-soaked holiday snaps to affectionate cuddles and birthday celebrations.
Ivanka then finished the post with images of her own journey into motherhood after welcoming Arabella Rose, 13, Joseph Frederick, 11, and Theodore James, eight, with Jared Kushner.
The mom-of-three candidly wrote: 'Happy Mother's Day to all the incredible mothers out there!
'Today, I'm holding close the beautiful memories of my mother, Ivana — her strength, humor, and love continue to guide me every day.
'I feel her presence in so many moments, especially as I raise my own children.
'I'm also deeply grateful for my grandmother babi who fills our home with wisdom, grace, and unconditional love.
'Her quiet strength is a gift to all of us, and I cherish the bond she shares with my kids.'
She concluded: 'To every mother, grandmother, and mother figure — thank you for the love you pour into your families and the light you bring into the world.'
Elsewhere, Ivanka shared a glimpse into her own Mother's Day celebrations today via her Instagram stories.
She showcased several bouquets of white flowers as well as a sweet treat consisting of strawberries and cream.
Ivanka recently spoke about the fond memories she had of her mom during a January appearance on The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast, sharing some of the best things that she learned from her parents.
She reminisced about the time spent with her late mom at New York's Plaza Hotel, where she served as the CEO.
'I used to go to her everyday after school, she was the CEO of the Plaza Hotel, the iconic hotel in New York, and I'd go with her on walks, and it was literally like a more well-behaved Eloise at the Plaza,' Ivanka revealed.
'I'd run behind her and watch her do her thing. My father was the same.'
During the interview, Ivanka also recalled that her mother, in particular, had an amazing and sharp attention to detail.
She then discussed one visit to see her mom at The Trump Castle, which was a casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, that she ran.
The heiress said that there were tons of chandeliers hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, and as the two were going down the escalator, Ivana could tell that one lightbulb had gone out without even taking as much as a look at the light fixtures.
'That level of crazy detail was my mother,' Ivanka said.

Justin Bieber sparks concern with cryptic ‘manipulation' & ‘flirting' posts hours after Hailey ditches wedding ring

JUSTIN Bieber has sparked alarm among fans after sharing a cryptic post about "manipulation and flirting" after his wife Hailey ditched her wedding ring. The Canadian pop star, 31, posted a video on social media which sees an unknown man miming along to a very aggressive rant. 7 7 7 It is not clear who Justin is aiming the clip at but he has shared it to his Instagram Stories in the wake of Hailey taking off her wedding ring. In the footage, the man fumes, "How about you take your manipulation tactics and your b****-ass flirting and all you fake-ass time-wasting and shove it right up your mama's throat! "Now what?!" The video was among a slew of clips Justin has shared to his Instagram Stories. Another shows a different man saying, "I want to remind you that not everybody hates you. Just a lot of people do. "A lot of people despise you. A lot of people really hate you. "But not everybody hates you. People in Tasmania don't hate you. But that's just because they don't know you." Taking to his main IG grid, Justin posted a grainy close-up selfie of his face, with only his diamond nose stud and chunky earring on show. The singer captioned it, "Yall think the business is a joke. But your drunk 🤬." Fans have been quick to reply, with many asking Justin if he is okay. One follower said, "Old enough to be his mom. I see a young man struggling." Another added, "Don't you give up 🙏." A third wrote, "What are these posts Justin, are you okay bro?" And someone else penned, "I never thought this day would come, but unfortunately Hailey no longer wears her wedding ring. It's so sad to see a family falling apart." NO RING This week, Hailey was seen without her wedding ring on separate occasions while in New York City. As divorce rumors reach fever pitch following Justin's recent bizarre behavior, Hailey did very little to hide her bare finger. Stepping out for breakfast at The Commerce Inn in the West Village, Hailey put her left hand on display and the ring was missing. Later that evening, the Rhode Beauty founder's $500,000 ring was also noticeably absent when she headed to Chez Fifi on the Upper East Side with fellow models Camila Morrone and Suki Waterhouse. The beauty billionaire deliberately made sure her bare ring finger was visible to photographers for the entire duration of both of her outings. Meanwhile, sources have said mom-of-one Hailey has "grown tired of looking after two children". A source told RadarOnline that she has "reached her limit" and is now focusing on the couple's baby son Jack Blues, 10 months, and her career. The insider told the publication: "Hailey has reached her limit. She's been covering for Justin for years, but now she's focused on her own life — her career, her son, and her sanity." Discussions of Justin being placed in a conservatorship by Hailey have now been raised following his increasingly concerning behavior. A legal expert detailed to The U.S. Sun how Hailey would have to prove three points to carry out what has been called a "nuclear" option. 7 7 7

Giants pitcher Sean Hjelle accused of 'abuse,' 'affairs' and 'abandoning' his kids in bombshell claims by wife

The wife of San Francisco Giants pitcher Sean Hjelle has accused him of abuse, affairs and abandoning their two young sons. Caroline Hjelle posted a short clip of herself with the two boys on TikTok, where she also included bombshell allegations against the 28-year-old. 'When my MLB husband abandons us on Mothers (sic) Day a week after this [video was taken] once I finally found out about his affairs and stopped putting up with his abuse so I've been raising two boys alone,' she wrote online. Daily Mail has reached out for comment to Sean, through Giants spokespeople, and to Caroline, via email. Her TikTok post shows Caroline's two sons both wearing t-shirts emblazoned with a drawing off their family. A tall baseball player (Sean is 6-foot-11) is pictured holding hands with a blonde woman and two blond boys. His No. 64 is also visible on the t-shirts. The couple was married in November of 2021 at a private ceremony in Richmond, Virginia, where their eldest son served as a ringbearer, according to Caroline's TikTok account has served as a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a Major League Baseball family, with many of her previous posts focusing on her husband's career and his extraordinary height. 'And we are Giants,' she captioned one clip in a reference to her towering husband and his employer. In other clips, Caroline jokes about her growing sons, referring to them as '7 foot toddlers.' Fans offered an outpouring of sympathy on TikTok in addition to a few critiques about Sean's performance in Friday's loss to the visiting Boston Red Sox. 'He just gave up a home run like 30 seconds ago!' wrote one Giants fan on TikTok, referring to a sixth-inning bomb from Boston's Ceddanne Rafaela. Other responses were more relevant to the allegations of infidelity and abuse. 'Let's normalize calling cheaters out regardless of who they are — I'm so sorry,' one person wrote. 'You and your babies are so cute.' One woman offered a pathway to a divorce. 'Be the first to file girlfriend,' she wrote. 'I just got to our final judgement after a year and a half battle - sole custody and can finally move on with our lives. It was hard but worth it.' A native of Fridley, Minnesota, Sean was the Southeastern Conference's Pitcher of the Year at the University of Kentucky in 2017. He would go on to be drafted by the Giants in the second round of the 2018 MLB Draft, but struggled to reach the majors after spending several years in the minors. This season, Hjelle pitched well enough at Triple-A Sacramento to get a call up to San Francisco, where he's posted a mediocre 4.66 earned-run average while walking as many batters as he's struck out.

Leonardo DiCaprio gets cozy with NYC's power crowd while dining at city's most exclusive restaurant

Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted breaking bread with political insiders and entertainment moguls in New York on Thursday. The actor, 50, dined at Rao's the legendary, ten-table East Harlem Italian joint where landing a seat is tougher than scoring an Oscar. According to Page Six, the A-lister sat down with Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman and entrepreneur Andrew Murstein, who hosted the gathering. DiCaprio's Wolf of Wall Street co-star Bo Dietl, ABC Radio's Sid Rosenberg, host of Sid and Friends in the Morning on 77WABC, New York's top-rated morning news talk show the actor's father George DiCaprio and his stepmother rounded out the party. 'Leo was extremely friendly and took a dozen photos with fans, and at least five video chats on FaceTime' with enthusiastic diners' friends and family members,' an Insider told Page Six. While the Titanic star drew plenty of attention, it was Blakeman who showed up with the muscle. 'A lot of security was there, but not for Leo. There were five security detail people for Blakeman,' the source added. During the hush-hush meal, guests reportedly overheard Blakeman pitching his vision to transform Nassau County into Hollywood East, citing the $533 million in economic impact generated by Grumman and Gold Coast Studios in Bethpage, where scenes from Wolf of Wall Street were filmed. Blakeman previously served as commissioner for the New York-New Jersey Port Authority, as well as a Nassau County legislator and Hempstead town councilman. Leo kept it casual for the occasion and sported a black shirt, beige jacket and a baseball cap accessorized with a gold chain. While the dinner was arranged through Murstein, even celebrities struggle to get through the door at Rao's. The 125-year-old Harlem hotspot doesn't accept walk-ins or reservations, and there's virtually no way to contact the restaurant unless you have an 'in'. The exclusivity is so extreme, one seat at Rao's recently hit $20,000 on the bidding site CharityBuzz. Menu prices at the famed eatery start around $16, with their signature beef lasagna coming in at $36 and their top-tier steak reaching $70, not including the sauces or sides. Other famous celebrities seen dining at Rao's include Al Pacino, Woody Allen, Frank Sinatra, Robert De Niro, Donald Trump, Pete Davidson, Kevin Costner, and Bethenny Frankel, among others. The exclusivity is so extreme, one seat at Rao's recently hit $20,000 on the bidding site CharityBuzz (Pictured: Pete Davidson attending Rao's Restaurant pop-up in February 2025 in New Orleans) While normally the preserve of the rich and famous, one man has managed to crack the code. Nicky DiMaggio, is a professional reservationist who charges $500 to $1,000 to get clients into New York's most exclusive restaurants - including Rao's. He first got into the restaurant at 17-years-old with help from a cousin and never looked back. 'I realized, if I walked through these doors, I could walk through any door,' he previouly told Daily Mail. Demand grew so much that DiMaggio launched his own business based on insider connections and impossible bookings. 'The whole reservation thing is a science,' he said. 'People want what they can't have. [Restaurants] want you to want it more and be frustrated that you can't secure a reservation.'
