
Free Screening of Seeking Haven For Mr. Rambo at the Cairo Opera House on April 30

The Cairo Opera House's Cinema Club offers a free screening of the film Seeking Haven For Mr Rambo on Wednesday, April 30, at 7 PM at the Small Theater in the Cairo Opera House.
Following the screening, film critic Marwan Emara will host a discussion with the film's producer, Rasha Hosny.
"Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo" tells the story of "Hassan", a young man in his thirties who rediscovers himself on a quest to save his dog and best friend "Rambo". He is forced to confront the fears of his past.
Hence, "Hassan" seeks to save himself and "Rambo" from an unknown fate after getting involved in a serious incident without guilt.
Overnight, his neighbour, Karem, as well as the residents of the neighbourhood, start chasing him. The events also shed light on multiple details in Hassan's life and his relationship with those around him.
The film is director Khaled Mansour's first feature-length narrative after directing a number of short films that were screened in several international and regional festivals.
It is written by screenwriter Mohamed El-Hosseiny, starring rising actor Essam Omar, as his first cinematic experience, Rakin Saad, Sama Ibrahim, co-founder of the musical group Sharmoofers, Ahmed Bahaa, as his first acting experience, Sama Ibrahim, and other young talents and guest stars.
"Seeking Haven for Mr. Rambo" is produced by Mohamed Hefzy from Film Clinic and by producer Rasha Hosny, who is making her debut in feature film production.

Pasant Elzaitony - Yara Sameh It's summertime and food blogger Aliaa Hassan has been searching for simpler recipes to make her life easier. Hassan shared with "SEE" one of her discoveries, the chicken and freekeh salad. She swears by the recipe and describes it to be "a quick, simple salad" and "a whole meal that satisfies my taste buds". Hassan recommends serving the salad with a light dressing and a drizzle of honey on top with fresh mint and coriander. Ingredients: One cup of freekeh was soaked in water for a couple of hours. Half a kilo of chicken breast 100 grams of feta cheese Fresh mint and coriander for garnish 1 tablespoon of flax seeds Chicken seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika Dressing: 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of honey Directions: In a medium-sized pan put the freekeh in water with a teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil and turn down to cook it for about 20 minutes or until it's just tender. Drain and leave it to cool down. In a larger skillet add a tablespoon of vegetable oil season the chicken and grill it for about 3 minutes on each side. Mix dressing ingredients very well and add them to warm freekeh. Then start mixing the meal. Add sliced grilled chicken on top of freekeh, then add cubes of salty feta cheese. Add fresh greens, flax seeds, and a drizzle of honey on top for more sweetness. Sherine to Conclude 20th Mawazine Festival
Yara Sameh Egyptian superstar, Sherine Abdel-Wahab will conclude this year's Mawazine Festival. Mawazine is a Moroccan international music festival that began in 2001 and is hosting its 20th edition this year. As one of the largest music festivals in the world, Mawazine attracts more than 2.5 million attendees each year. This year's Mawazine festival is scheduled to be held from June 20 to 28 in Rabat, Morocco. Sherine is set to perform at the festival's stage, Nahda, on June 28. She is set to present several of her popular and latest songs. Born on October 8, 1980, Sherine Sayed Mohamed Abdel Wahab, known professionally as simply Sherine, is a singer, actress and music judge. She was first discovered as a child by her school music teacher, who convinced her mother to take her to the Cairo Opera House to meet veteran musician Selim Sahab. Abdel-Wahab served as a choral member at the Cairo Opera House from the age of nine to twelve and was then given a chance to become a solo singer. She kept performing at the Cairo Opera House while searching for a music producer to launch her music career. At the age of 18, Abdel-Wahab was introduced to director and music producer Nasr Mahrous, who liked her voice and decided to collaborate with her via his 'Free Music' production company, where she met with superstar, Tamer Hosny, who was also a new talent-seeking opportunity. Her first recorded song was released in 2002 as a part of an album that included works of other artists. The album was released, under the title 'Free Mix3: Tamer and Sherine' and was a big hit all across the entire Middle East and North Africa.
