The SEC reveals TV windows for Auburn football Mark your calendars! The SEC has officially revealed the TV windows for every Auburn game
The football season is almost here, and it is time to begin planning for roadtrips to the Plains and beyond to watch the Auburn Tigers this fall.
Weeks after major networks revealed the start times for Auburn's first three games of the season, the SEC has now released the television windows for the remaining nine games on Auburn's schedule to better prepare fans for the season.
Auburn's start times are broken down into four categories: early (11 a.m. – noon CT), afternoon (2:30 – 3:30 p.m. CT), night (5 – 7 p.m. CT), and flex (2:30 – 3:30 p.m. CT or 5-7 p.m. CT). Several notable windows are its game with Georgia at home (night), Arkansas on the road (early), and the Iron Bowl against Alabama (flex).
Auburn's SEC opener at Oklahoma gets the flex treatment on Sept. 20, with the following week at Texas A&M beginning in the afternoon window at Kyle Field. The Tigers' home opener at Georgia will be under the lights at Jordan-Hare Stadium, with two of their next three games against Missouri and Kentucky being labeled as "flex." The game in-between the Missouri Tigers and Kentucky Wildcats at Arkansas will be an early kick. The next two games, against Vanderbilt in Nashville, and Mercer at home, will kick in the afternoon. Auburn vs. Vanderbilt will begin in the afternoon time frame while the game against Mercer will begin at 1 p.m. CT and will air on SEC Network.
Finally, the Iron Bowl at Jordan-Hare Stadium is flexed. However, as the trend has shown recently, fans can expect the game to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT.
The time and date for Auburn's first three games were revealed last month. Auburn will begin the season in Waco, Texas on Friday, Aug. 29 against the Baylor Bears at 7 p.m. CT on FOX. The next two games, against Ball State and South Alabama, respectively, will kick off at 6:30 p.m. CT and 11:45 a.m. CT.

Ray Fittipaldo says Joey Porter Jr.'s development caused one Steelers coaching change

Joey Porter Jr. has had an up-and-down first two years in the NFL — and according to insider Ray Fittipaldo, ex-Steelers DB coach Grady Brown may be at fault. On a recent episode of 93.7 The Fan, Fittipaldo connected Porter's development issues to Brown losing his job in Pittsburgh: "[Steelers DB coach Gerald Alexander] said he thinks [Joey]'s elite at the line of scrimmage, in terms of disrupting, but it's everything that happens after that where Joey still struggles. Like, your transition to your coverage, then once you're close to your guy — don't put your hands on him, and then be more opportunistic when the ball's in the air. He's been kind of behind the eight ball in all three of those things. "That's Gerald's job. That's why Grady Brown is no longer here. Joey Porter has not developed the way they hoped he thought he would as a No. 32 overall pick in that draft." The Steelers hired Alexander in February to serve as the new defensive backs coach, while Brown was picked up by the Saints to serve as their new cornerbacks coach. Porter could be in for a major breakout in 2025 alongside newly signed CB Darius Slay Jr., who's taken the third-year Steelers corner under his wing this offseason. Georgia make history with first Mixed Team World title on emotional final day in Budapest

The Mixed Team competition is about more than medals - it's about team spirit, unity, and the values at the heart of judo. Expect big throws, big emotions, and unforgettable moments as athletes fight not for themselves, but for each other. In the semi-final, Japan led early against strong contenders Georgia in an intense contest. But big throws from the imposing heavyweight Guram TUSHISHVILI and freshly crowned World Champion Eteri LIPARTELIANI flipped the script. Having built momentum Georgia powered through with another ippon from Mikheili BAKHBAKHASHVILI. Utana TERADA tried to even the score for team Japan. But in a repeat of the Olympic final, Lasha BEKAURI emerged victorious. Driving the passionate Georgian team into the World final with commanding Republic of Korean delivered a dominant performance in their semi-final against Germany, sweeping to victory 4 - 0. With sharp technique, relentless pressure, and outstanding team spirit, they left no room for doubt and secured their place in the final in emphatic fashion. It was The Republic of Korea VS Georgia in the final contending for the gold medal - who would rewrite history? LEE led with an ippon, setting the tone with a confident performance. But fresh off her World Championship win, LIPARTELIANI evened the score. BAKHBAKHASHVILI held his way to victory and TCHANTURIA took home another win for team Georgia. At 3-1 it was left to double Olympic Champion Lasha BEKAURI to take it home for his team. Gold for Georgia - and a new chapter was written in World Judo history. We are the happiest in the World now because it is the first time in our history. We are Georgians, we are the best! IJF President Mr Marius VIZER awarded the gold trophy. Mrs Filomena FORTES, IOC Member awarded the gold medals, and Mr Max-Hervé GEORGE, Director of International Partnerships of the IJF awarded the silver trophy. What an incredible celebration of judo it's been here at the OTP Bank World Judo Championships, delivering World-class action and true judo spirit from Budapest, Hungary. Until next time — thank you for watching.
