2 Penny Stocks That Wall Street Thinks Can Gain 118% to 160% From Here

Globe and Mail26-05-2025

Penny stocks are shares of small companies that trade for less than $5 per share. The advantage of investing in penny stocks is that you can buy a large number of shares for a small sum of money, and if the underlying company succeeds, the return on investment can be significant.
However, they can be very volatile and hence very risky. Investors who can stomach these risks may find these 'Strong Buy'-rated penny stocks appealing over the long run.
Penny Stock #1: Lantronix
With a market cap of $88.4 million, Lantronix (LTRX) is a technology company that makes devices that connect sensors, machines, and systems to the internet. These products are widely used in industrial automation, smart cities, healthcare, and transportation. It also offers software solutions that enable secure data access and management in the Internet of Things (IoT) and remote computing environments. While fiscal 2024 showed strong growth, recent quarters have been challenging.
The stock is down 45.8% year to date, while the S&P 500 Index ($SPX) is up 0.5%. Nonetheless, Wall Street rates the stock as a 'Strong Buy' with upside potential of more than 115%.
In fiscal 2024, Lantronix achieved significant milestones, with annual revenue rising 22% year-over-year to $160.3 million, with a 74% increase in adjusted earnings to $0.40 per share.
However, the momentum from fiscal 2024 did not carry into fiscal 2025. In the most recent third quarter, total revenue fell 30.8% to $28.5 million, while adjusted earnings per share fell to $0.03 from $0.11 in the year-ago quarter. The company attributed the declines to macroeconomic challenges and restructuring efforts.
Management stated that the company will continue to invest in high-growth areas like AI-enabled gateways and 5G connectivity. Lantronix is actively pursuing strategies to regain its growth trajectory. In the third quarter, it launched the Open-Q 8550CS System on Module (SoM), built on Qualcomm's (QCOM) QCS8550 processor, which targets next-generation industrial and robotics applications.
The company has also hired new executives to spearhead strategic expansion. Furthermore, it has collaborated with Teledyne/FLIR to enable AI-driven drone thermal cameras, demonstrating the capabilities of its Open-Q platform in mission-critical edge vision systems. These initiatives are intended to position Lantronix favorably in the evolving IoT landscape. Analysts expect Lantronix revenue and earnings to fall for the full year fiscal 2025. However, revenue and earnings could increase by 3.2% and 38% in fiscal 2026.
On Wall Street, of the five analysts that cover Lantronix stock, four rate it a 'Strong Buy,' while one recommends a 'Moderate Buy.' Needham analyst Ryan Koontz believes that while the recent quarter produced mixed results and a cautious outlook due to macroeconomic uncertainty, these challenges are temporary. He sees Lantronix's strategic shift to edge AI and compute applications as a key driver of future success. However, reflecting this balanced view, he reduced the price target to $4.50 while maintaining his 'Buy' rating. The mean target price for the stock is $4.90, which is 118% above current levels. The Street-high estimate of $8 implies upside of 257% over the next 12 months.
Lantronix's fiscal 2024 performance demonstrated its potential in the IoT market. However, given the company's fiscal 2025 performance, investors should keep an eye on whether it can reestablish its growth trajectory in the highly competitive IoT market.
Penny Stock #2: Ceragon Networks
With a market cap of $206 million, Ceragon Networks (CRNT) is a global provider of wireless backhaul solutions. It specializes in high-capacity, cost-effective wireless transport for mobile operators and private networks. Ceragon stock is down 50% year-to-date, compared to the broader market index.
In 2024, Ceragon reported revenues of $394.2 million, up 13.5% year on year. The company reported its highest revenue since 2012, thanks to strong demand in India and an increase in private network deployments. In the first quarter of 2025, Ceragon reported revenues of $88.7 million, a slight increase of 0.2% year-over-year. However, adjusted earnings per share fell to $0.03, compared to $0.05 in the year-ago quarter. Ceragon has introduced several innovative products to bolster its market position, including millimeter-wave solutions like the IP-50EX and IP-50CX.
In February, Ceragon completed the acquisition of End 2 End (E2E) Technologies, a U.S.-based systems integration and software firm specializing in private networks for the energy and utilities sectors. The acquisition is expected to contribute $15 million to $19 million in revenues for 2025 and be accretive to non-GAAP earnings in the second half of the year. Ceragon has set a revenue guidance range of $390 million to $430 million for 2025, including contributions from the E2E acquisition. Analysts predict revenue growth to be roughly 7.9% in 2026, followed by earnings growth of 44.6%.
On Wall Street, of the five analysts that cover Ceragon stock, four rate it a 'Strong Buy' while one recommends a 'Moderate Buy.' The mean target price for the stock is $6.10, which is 160% above current levels. The Street-high estimate of $10 implies upside of 327% over the next 12 months.
With the ongoing expansion of 5G networks and rising demand for high-speed data transmission, Ceragon's long-term prospects are promising. However, as a penny stock, investors should closely monitor the company's strategic plans and ability to navigate the competitive telecommunications market.

SteadyWise Unveils Next-Generation Debt Relief Program to Help Americans Take Control of Their Financial Future

An innovative, personalized approach to navigating debt relief with clarity, confidence, and control. SteadyWise, a next-generation debt relief company, is redefining debt relief for millions of Americans through its debt relief program. The consumer-first financial wellness company has designed a program that helps people understand their debt options clearly, making it easier to identify realistic, personalized solutions rather than generic one-size-fits-all solutions. Debt relief has proved to be a complex landscape for people to navigate. From consolidation strategies to non-profit debt management plans and settlement programs, individuals and families are presented with a lot of information and processes to sort through. According to SteadyWise, the majority of Americans drowning in debt do not know where to begin or even whether they qualify for legitimate relief options. Yet, they are served countless ads promising instant solutions, often without explaining how they work for each person's unique situation. As financial pressures rise for millions of Americans, SteadyWise is stepping in with a debt relief program that tackles this problem head-on. The smarter, personalized program puts people back in control of their financial future. 'With household budgets under siege from inflation, rising interest rates, and mounting debt, many Americans are struggling to stay afloat,' said Elige Carter, co-founder of SteadyWise. 'People are overwhelmed and unsure who to trust while their debts keep growing. That is why we founded SteadyWise. Our goal is to give people clarity, confidence, and help them make real savings.' The SteadyWise Debt Relief Program was created as an innovative financial assessment engine that takes a holistic view of an individual's financial life through custom consultations and personalized debt strategies. SteadyWise pairs individuals with its team of debt relief specialists who work closely with people to analyze their debt profile, income, expenses, and financial goals. From there, the specialists map out debt relief options that make sense for the individual and their unique needs. Whether it is reducing interest rates, shortening payoff timelines, or lowering the monthly payments, the program identifies the best way for people to get rid of fast – and fits into their lifestyle and goals. To match people with the right financial solution, SteadyWise's debt relief program has five simple steps. In step one, individuals are prompted to submit their application, which helps them connect with a certified debt consultant to review their financial profile. After reviewing, the consultant recommends either a consolidation strategy, non-profit debt management plan, or other structured debt relief solutions. In step two, individuals work with the consultant to review their options and tailor a debt relief plan that will help them consolidate their debt in line with their lifestyle and financial goals. In step 3, SteadyWise consultants guide individuals as they choose a plan of action, and in step 4, they begin tracking their progress. SteadyWise provides access to an online dashboard where people can monitor their progress. The last step to the SteadyWise debt relief program is for individuals to become debt-free and regain control of their financial journey. Unlike many debt relief services, SteadyWise is built around personalization and flexibility. The company works with a network of trusted partners, from non-profit credit counselors to accredited lenders, to ensure users get the best-fit debt relief option for their situation rather than the most profitable one. Through this approach, SteadyWise has established itself as a standout debt relief company and has helped many individuals and families start their journey to financial freedom. In addition to the debt relief program, SteadyWise provides financial education by demystifying debt relief. Elige shared that the lack of understanding around the subject has contributed to the confusion and frustration many Americans feel. SteadyWise, through its website, blog, program, and social media pages, seeks to clarify what debt relief really is, expose the red flags that many miss, and educate people on the debt relief options available to them, including debt relief/settlement, debt management plans, and personal loans. SteadyWise is built on the belief that debt relief should be accessible, understandable, and customized. The company is filling a critical gap in the market by offering context that guides people to solutions tailored to their real-life needs. SteadyWise's debt relief program is now available at 'Whether you are overwhelmed by debt or just unsure of your options, our program provides the bridge between where you are and where you want to be,' concluded Elige. WNP Launches All-in-One Hyaluronic Acid Skincare Set, Pioneering a "3-Step Scientific Skincare Method"

Culver City, California--(Newsfile Corp. - June 22, 2025) - Skincare brand WNP officially launched the "All-in-One Hyaluronic Acid Skincare Set" on its website, introducing its original "Three-Step Scientific Skincare Method." The set integrates five key skincare steps - cleansing, hydration, repair, brightening, and early-stage anti-aging - into a comprehensive skincare system based on four core innovations: nano-delivery, HTAC thermal water dynamics, 4D hyaluronic acid, and microencapsulation technology. This set offers a streamlined solution for everyday skincare needs. To view an enhanced version of this graphic, please visit: Four Key Innovations Nano-Liposome Delivery WNP utilizes nano-liposome technology to reduce Ceramide NP particle size to below 100 nm, enabling targeted delivery to the basal layer of the stratum corneum. Lab tests show it helps fill intercellular lipid gaps and reduce transepidermal water loss, offering industry-leading repair benefits for sensitive and barrier-damaged skin. HTAC Thermal Decomposition Water Dynamics WNP's toner features Italian patented HTAC technology, which protects red algae and recombinant collagen activity. Tests show it boosts natural hyaluronic acid production by 124% and cellular mitochondrial activity by 229%. 4D Hyaluronic Acid Multi-Layer Hydration Based on Bloomage Biotech's 4D hyaluronic acid formulation, four molecular weights of hyaluronic acid penetrate from the epidermis to the dermis. Combined with a water-in-oil lamellar emulsion structure, this provides deep, lasting hydration. Microencapsulated Time-Release Salicylic Acid Salicylic acid is microencapsulated for sustained release of active ingredients, delivering gentle exfoliation while minimizing irritation. Ideal for daily use on sensitive or combination-oily skin. Five Steps, One Streamlined Routine Gentle Cleansing: A non-soap amino acid cleanser with pH 5.5-6, refined through 45℃ natural crystallization to remove excess emulsifiers. Fine foam gently purifies without residue. Soothing & Hydration: A serum-texture toner that forms a water film on contact. Functions as both mist and toner for instant moisture. Targeted Hydration: 3% Hyaluronic Acid Capsules, a TikTok bestseller, delivers precise hydration without pilling. Brighten & Even: A matrix of niacinamide, SymWhite®377, and vitamin C derivatives to block melanin transfer and fade oxidized spots. Early Anti-Aging: Patented recombinant collagen, triple peptides, and multiple ceramides to rebuild elasticity and visibly firm skin within 28 days. Brand Vision "With this launch, WNP merges cutting-edge nano-delivery with a multi-dimensional hyaluronic hydration system to redefine what 'minimalist skincare' can mean," said WNP's Chief Product Spokesperson-Dr. Emily.
