Rawal's sudden departure from the third instalment of the Hera Pheri dfrew surprise and shock, with actor Akshay Kumar, one of the movie's producers, suing Rawal for his move.
Rawal shared an update on May 25, saying that his lawyer has sent an "appropriate response" regarding his rightful "termination and exit" from the film to the makers.
Taking to X, the actor wrote, "My lawyer... has sent an appropriate response regarding my rightful termination and exit. Once they read my response, all issues will be laid to rest."
While speculation initially suggested creative differences as the reason behind his decision, Rawal said that was not the case.
Hera Pheri 3 is being directed by Priyadarshan, and stars Kumar and Suneil Shetty.
Shetty, in an earlier interview to ANI, said he was left "completely heartbroken" after hearing of Rawal's exit from the movie.

BTS' Suga Officially Discharged from Military Service
It's official—Suga, member of global K-pop phenomenon BTS, has completed his mandatory military service in South Korea, making him the last of the septet to do so. His quiet discharge on Saturday, June 21, wraps up a major chapter for the band, setting the stage for a long-anticipated reunion. Big Hit Music, BTS' management label, confirmed in a statement: 'We confirm that Suga effectively completed his alternative service on June 18 by using his remaining leave. His official discharge date is June 21.' Unlike the public fanfare that surrounded some of his fellow members' releases, Suga opted for a low-key exit from service due to concerns over crowd control. The rapper and producer served as a social service agent—an alternative to active duty—following a prior shoulder surgery. He's been on hiatus with BTS since the group paused collective activities in 2022, when Jin first enlisted. What's next for BTS? With all seven members—RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—now free of military obligations, the road is wide open for a massive comeback. According to an NH Securities report, the band's biggest-ever world tour is expected to launch in 2026, although Big Hit has yet to confirm any dates. Shortly after his discharge, Suga took to Weverse to thank fans and offer a heartfelt apology, referencing a drunk-driving incident in 2023 that led to a court-imposed fine of 15 million won (around AED 40,000). 'I'm sorry for the disappointment and concern caused by what happened last year,' he wrote. Fans across the globe are already gearing up for what could be a historic return. One thing's clear—ARMY's wait might finally be coming to an end.

Bollywood diva Kriti Sanon vibes to Salman Khan's 90s hit iconic songs
Actress Kriti Sanon is a '90s baby' for life as she was seen grooving to some of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's iconic tracks such as 'Janam Samjha Karo' and 'Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai.' Kriti took to Instagram, where she shared a video of herself getting all dolled up in her vanity van. While getting her make-up done the actress was seen mouthing the lines of the 1999 banger track 'Janam samjha karo' picturised on Salman and Urmila Matondkar. Kriti was heard saying: 'I love this song' as the 1999 song played in the backdrop. She added: 'What music yaar!' The song then changes to 'Pyar Dilon Ka Mela Hai' from the 2000 film 'Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge' starring Salman and Karisma Kapoor. Kriti says 'All songs are amazing' as she discussed the film with her make-up artist. For the caption, the actress wrote: '90's Baby for Life!! Part 1.' On the work front, the actress is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film 'Tere Ishk Mein' with Dhanush. 'Tere Ishk Mein' is said to be a spiritual successor to the world of 'Raanjhanaa,' as it delves deeper into themes of unrequited love, longing, and emotional conflict. It was in January, when Kriti was confirmed to star opposite Tamil star Dhanush in 'Tere Ishk Mein.' The film reunites the 'Raanjhanaa' team as Aanand L Rai, Dhanush, and the Oscar-winning music composer, A.R. Rahman, are joining forces after their last venture, 'Atrangi Re.' Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Colour Yellow present 'Tere Ishk Mein,' produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma, produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The film, directed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma, is an A.R. Rahman musical with lyrics by Irshad Kamil. The film is scheduled to release worldwide in Hindi and Tamil on November 28, 2025. Talking about Kriti, she was last seen in the film 'Do Patti,' a drama thriller directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi. It also stars Kajol and Shaheer Sheikh. The film tells the tale of twin sisters. Their carefully constructed lives are shattered when a police inspector uncovers a web of deceit that threatens them. Meanwhile, Varun Dhawan and Kriti came together for a fun social media post recently. The two actors shared a video on Instagram, where Varun was seen holding a glass of chocolate shake in his hand, while Kriti was having something much less appetizing - a matcha drink. As Varun offered Kriti a sip from his chocolate shake, the dive ended up finishing almost half of his drink in one go. This left Varun extremely sad. The text on the video said, 'What she means when she says one sip.' 'Matcha is Chocolate is everything! Who can relate to that?', the caption read. As soon as the clip surfaced on social media it went viral. The netizens also flooded the comment section with some interesting remarks. Varun and Kriti are expected to be next seen sharing screen space in 'Bhediya 2'. The project will mark their third professional association after 'Bhediya' and 'Diwale.' Indo-Asian News Service

Salman Khan took inspiration from from ex-Indian president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam for 'Tere Naam'
More than two decades, Tere Naam remains one of Salman Khan's most memorable films — not just for its emotional story but also for his iconic hairstyle. Khan has revealed an interesting tidbit about his look for the romantic drama. In the first episode of The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show (Season 3), the 59-year-old actor shared his hairstyle was inspired by the former President of India, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. He also mentioned that the actor Rahul Roy had a similar hairstyle before, but for Tere Naam, he imagined a small-town character who would have long hair. "... All the old-school heroes had it too - that's (also) where the inspiration came from." Directed by the late Satish Kaushik, Tere Naam was released in 2003 and starred Salman as Radhe and Bhumika Chawla as Nirjala. It was a remake of the 1999 Tamil film Sethu, starring actor Vikram. Though the film received mixed reviews, it was remembered for Khan's intense performance. The film also marked Bhumika Chawla's Bollywood debut. During the show, Khan also opened up about a recent incident in which a woman managed to sneak into his Mumbai home. The topic came up when Sharma jokingly asked him about fans showing up at his residence with suitcases. "...There were security guards outside. A woman told them she wanted to head up to the fourth floor, and she entered. She rang the doorbell, and our maid opened the door," the actor said. "The maid was shocked because the lady said, 'Salman called me over.' Obviously, the servant saw her and was sure I definitely didn't call her. She was a fan, so she was escorted out."
