The Halo hitmaker, who recently toured her Cowboy Carter gigs in London, has allegedly been seen viewing land in the Cotswolds countryside with rapper husband Jay-Z, 55.

Beyonce, 43, reportedly took a helicopter ride with her spouse, with whom she shares three kids, to get a better look at the Oxfordshire pile.
The land supposedly spanned 58 acres and a source told The Oxford Mail: "In the past week, Beyonce and Jay-Z flew via helicopter between her London gigs to view a 58-acre plot of land.
"Located close to friends Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, and with Simon Cowell and the Beckhams as neighbours, she felt it would be an ideal UK home for her family, away from the city when they're in the country."
Her chopper is reported to have landed at Enstone Airfield, with the visit squeezed in between her London shows.
Sources previously told MailOnline the "land and space" offered in the Cotwolds proved a huge draw and previously said: "The wildfires have given them a good reason to look outside of Los Angeles to build new bases.
"They will always be based in LA but the UK is on the agenda.
"Beyonce loves the UK because they support everything she does."
Stars with homes there include the Beckhams and model Kate Moss, 51, while the Sun columnist Jeremy Clarkson, 65, runs a farm and pub.
Music star Calvin Harris is also building a rural compound in the area after snapping up three mansions.
Earlier this year, Beyonce and Jay-Z were declared the richest celebrity couple — with a combined fortune of £2billion.

LONDON LIVING
The speculation comes after the Alien Superstar hitmaker quit her £25K a night London hotel suite so fellow US chart star Mariah Carey could move in.
The Crazy In Love singer was staying at the Corinthia's £25,000-a-night penthouses for her Cowboy Carter tour dates at the Tottenham Stadium.
Yet when Mariah arrived on Friday, Beyonce packed up and checked into Claridge's for the final few nights of her stay.
A source said: 'Superstars as big as Beyonce and Mariah want to stay in only the best hotels.
'Beyonce had been staying in Corinthia's penthouses.
'But when Mariah flew in, Beyonce packed up so Mariah could take over her suites.
"It was like Beyonce was bowing down to another music queen.'

Exit story for EastEnders' Bernie ‘confirmed' as The Six is revisited

The Six may be quietly continuing with their lives after getting away with Keanu Taylor's (Danny Walters) murder in EastEnders, but their crime is set to be revisited as the soap builds towards Bernie Taylor's (Clair Norris) forthcoming exit. Back in September, café worker Bernie found out that Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) killed her brother in the Queen Vic on Christmas Day 2023, with Denise Fox (Diane Parish), Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth), Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Sharon Watts (Letita Dean) all helping her to cover it up. While Bernie has been distressed by the truth, she has so far kept quiet about what she knows, while the rest of Walford still believe deceased villain Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry) killed Keanu. After Nish died in January, a shock twist also saw Bernie become a trustee of Nish's businesses until his grandchildren Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) and Nugget Gulati (Juhaim Rasul Choudhury) are old enough to take over. It was recently confirmed that actress Clair Norris, who has played Bernie since 2017, will be leaving EastEnders later this year, and upcoming scenes see her exit storyline kick off. Next week begins with fresh fear for The Six, as Linda's son Johnny Carter's (Charlie Suff) relationship with Bernie's cousin Felix Baker (Matthew James Morrison) continues to blossom. Felix is keen for Bernie to give Johnny her seal of approval, unaware that he helped The Six cover up Keanu's murder. Denise fears that if Johnny doesn't win Bernie over, it could bring the past back to haunt them all. As the week goes on, however, it starts to look like Bernie is plotting something. When Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) is brought in to check the Panesar business accounts, she notices some strange invoices, which, when raised with Bernie, she quickly dismisses. After Vicki tries and fails to broach the subject with Bernie again, her partner Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) suggests speaking to Ravi Gualti (Aaron Thiara) directly. When she does, Ravi knows nothing about the suspicious invoices, and he and Suki go to confront Bernie about the irregularities. Has Bernie been fiddling the accounts? And what consequences might she face? Want to be the first to hear shocking EastEnders spoilers? Who's leaving Coronation Street? The latest gossip from Emmerdale? Earlier this month, Clair teased that her exit as Bernie will be 'very dramatic', telling Metro on the red carpet of the British Soap Awards: 'It's exciting. It's an exciting time. Also very dramatic. You'll have to stay tuned.' More Trending Reflecting on her experience as part of The Six storyline, Clair added: 'I absolutely loved doing that storyline. I loved working with the Six, they're amazing women. I definitely had to up my game when I was working with them. 'The scenes were amazing and it was nice to be given that storyline. Especially when the Taylors had left, it was nice to be given something that was dramatic. I absolutely, still to this day, love those scenes.' Dua Lipa shocks fans by bringing 90s singer on stage as she stuns in diamonte bodysuit in front of star-studded crowd

DUA Lipa gave her fans a surprise by bringing a 90s band on stage in front of a star-studded crowd. The singer, 29, stunned in a diamonte bodysuit as she performed at Wembley Stadium. 4 4 4 However, Dua's fans were in for a total shock when she brought out legendary 90s band Jamiroquai. Formed in 1992, vocalist Jay Kay, 55, fronts the acid jazz and funk band. Jay arrived wearing a black hat with purple trim, purple trousers and white fringe jacket. One fan wrote online: "She brought out Jamiroquai! She did that for me." Another shared: "Just saw Dua Lipa bring Jamiroquai out at Wembley. Some month and I haven't even got to glasto yet." It comes as Dua has emulated her idol Madonna by playing the iconic venue aged just 29. Dua 's first UK gig was at a 375-people capacity venue in Hackney nine years ago. She is the same age as Madonna was when she headlined Wembley in 1987 as part of her Who's That Girl Tour. Just five other women — Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Adele and Pink — have headlined the venue. Only Swift and Rihanna were younger than Dua, both performing there aged 28. 'Shaken' Dua Lipa in terrifying security scare after fans sneak into her hotel and are found outside her bedroom An insider told The Sun: 'Playing Wembley is a dream come true for Dua and to sell out both nights feels incredible. She's not even at the peak yet and has so much more she wants to achieve. 'To be headlining stadiums with just three albums under her belt proves how influential her music has been. Her world tour has been a huge success. She's on cloud nine.' Elsewhere, Lidl has recreated Dua Lipa's viral pickle and jalapeño juice Cola drink. The superstar previously divided fans after sharing her unusual recipe on TikTok. At the time, celebrities like Gordon Ramsay and Prue Leith even tried the concoction for themselves. In a post that received over 11.5K views Gordon mixed Dua Lipa's recommended spicy ingredients in with his Diet Coke, and took a large sip - only to end up spitting it out in disgust. "Dua Lipa, for God's sake, girl!" he shouted while coughing. Dua Lipa's love life: A history Who has Dua Lipa dated in the past? Isaac Carew Dua dated the British model and chef twice. The started dating in 2015 before splitting up two years later due to scheduling issues. They rekindled their romance in 2018 before splitting for good a year later. Paul Klein After she broke up from Isaac in 2017, she embarked on a new relationship that same year with the musician. They broke up after just five months of dating in 2018. Anwar Hadid One of her most high-profile relationships was with Anwar Hadid, brother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid. Although they quarantined together during the COVID-19 Pandemic they called it quits in 2021 as Dua wanted to focus on being single Jack Harlow In December 2022, it was claimed that both of the music pairing were 'hanging out' together. Although after a few months it seemed that the relationship fizzled out. Romain Gavras The French director was first linked to Dua back in 2023 when they were seen in London leaving the BAFTA Awards afterparty together in February. They later walked the red carpet together at the Cannes Film Festival in May. They were later pictured together over the summer that year in July and August as they celebrated his birthday. She has since deleted mentions of him off of her Instagram. Callum Turner In January 2024, Callum celebrated the release of his Apple TV+ series, Masters of Air. The pair were spotted together at the afterparty of the premiere in Los Angeles. They were then spotted getting close on a number of dates. Insiders since revealed that the duo have travelled together and have met each other's families. The pair then became more public with their relationship before rumours circulated of an engagement over the festive period. The singer appeared to confirm the news on social media, posting a photo with her huge ring in plain sight. "You'll ruin your vocal cords, s***," the restaurateur warned to the singer before ending the video. Speaking to Lorraine Kelly on ITV, Prue's verdict was: "The drink was 'far too sweet'". Continuing, the Bake Off judge added she "liked the jalapenos", but thought it could be improved with "a little bit of vinegar" to balance flavourss. Blue Ivy, 13, enjoys shopping spree in Paris ahead of joining mum Beyoncé on stage for Cowboy Carter tour

Blue Ivy was seen soaking up some well-earned downtime in Paris ahead of her second performance in the city, where she'll join her mum Beyoncé on stage for her Cowboy Carter tour. The 13-year-old looked effortlessly stylish as she stepped out for a shopping spree at Le Bon Marché on Friday. She rocked a black Bape T-shirt paired with grey denim shorts and sleek grey trainers. Adding to her cool off-duty look, Blue shielded her eyes with chic black sunglasses and appeared in great spirits as she sampled perfumes inside the luxury department store. The nepo baby showcased her explosive choreography as she led a troupe of her mom's backing dancers in front of 70,000 fans at California 's SoFi stadium in April. With music in her genes, it seems fitting that Blue has inherited a taste not only for the industry, but also the spotlight. Now, the Daily Mail can reveal the seasoned performer wants more than to saddle up beside her mother – she wants to take the reins and pen her own body of work. 'Blue is considering starting her own career in music,' our insider said. 'Some of Beyoncé's favorite writers are quietly penning demos for her in anticipation of a solo album.' With no shortage of industry bigwigs to lean on, the youngster has reportedly sought help from her famous aunt Solange Knowles and already has tracks lined up from The-Dream, should she want them. The American songwriter and producer has long worked with Beyoncé, co-writing songs including Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It) and Break My Soul from her Grammy-winning Renaissance album. He also worked with Jay-Z on his 2013 track No Church in the Wild. 'Blue is also writing material with help from Solange,' our source continued. 'The-Dream has been spearheading it, and he has two or three records for her. 'They know the fans want to hear a Blue record.' They added: 'She is only allowed to listen to age-appropriate songs from artists and has been listening to Infinity Song, Michelle Williams' Heart 2 Yours record and Goapele.' Blue Ivy's foray into solo stardom won't be her first shot at singing. The young teen, whose fan base is known as the Ivy League, had credits to her name long before reaching double digits. Dubbed 'the most famous baby in the world' by TIME, just ten days after her birth in January 2012 her coos and cries featured on her dad's track Glory. The following year she landed a credit on her mom's single Blue from her self-titled album. Aged seven, she sang on Homecoming: The Live Album – a collection of recordings from Beyoncé's record-breaking Coachella 2018 set – performing her own rendition of hymn Lift Every Voice and Sing. 'I want to do it again… I want to do it again,' she says at the end of the track. 'It feels good!' And do it again she did. In 2019 she became the youngest female artist to chart on the Hot 100 after featuring on her mom's single Brown Skin Girl – a title she later lost to her sister Rumi after she joined Beyoncé on Protector last year. The credit also earned Blue a Grammy and the Guinness World Record for youngest individually credited person to receive one of the famous gold-plated gongs. Soon followed a cascade of accolades, all before she had started secondary education, as well as a spot on her mom's record-breaking Renaissance World Tour - which saw her criticised for her moves. In 2023 she finally showcased her singing live on stage in Dubai with a duet with her mom who was making her return to the stage for the first time in four years. The one-hour set earned the pop superstar a reported $35 million. And Blue Ivy could challenge her mom's fortune if she is able to shake the nepo baby tag and deliver real talent. 'Blue Ivy could easily secure multi-million-dollar deals, lucrative brand partnerships, and significant earnings from streaming platforms and endorsements right from the start,' said PR expert Stacy Jones Founder and CEO, Hollywood Branded. 'Think Olivia Rodrigo or Billie Eilish, but amplified due to her family background. 'Could she become as big as Beyoncé? Honestly, that's an extraordinarily high bar, but if Blue Ivy delivers real talent, authenticity, and genuinely connects with fans, especially Gen Z, there's no reason she couldn't carve out her own substantial legacy.'
