Sarah Ferguson believes late mother-in-law Queen Elizabeth is ‘talking' to her through her corgis

New York Post16-05-2025

Talk about a doggone head scratcher.
Sarah Ferguson thinks her late former mother-in-law, Queen Elizabeth, is channeling her through the fallen monarch's beloved corgis, Muick and Sandy.
Prince Andrew's ex-wife, 65, revealed the bizarre revelation on stage at the Creative Women Platform Forum conference in London.

The exes inherited the dogs following the Queen's death at age 96 in September 2022.
'I have her dogs. I have her corgis, so every morning they come in and go, 'Woof, woof' and all that and I'm sure it's her talking to me,' Ferguson explained at the conference, posting a clip of the conversation on Instagram.
Her wild claims sparked laughs from the audience. However, their laughter quickly subsided when the Duchess of York began speaking about her late mother-in-law.

'The real thing is that I had the greatest honor to be her daughter-in-law. You know, that's really huge,' Ferguson continued. 'When I was driving here, I saw the Elizabeth [train] line… I want everyone to remember what an amazing lady she was.'
Queen Elizabeth's love of corgis was well-documented, with the former ruler of the Commonwealth owning more than 30 corgis and 'dorgi' mixes throughout her lifetime.
Muick and Sandy were gifted to the Queen by Prince Andrew and Ferguson in 2021, making them her last fury friends before her death.

After her passing, it was revealed that the exes would take ownership of her beloved doggos.
'The corgis will return to live at Royal Lodge with the Duke and Duchess. It was the Duchess who found the puppies, which were gifted to Her Majesty by the Duke,' a source told People at the time.
Ferguson has spoken out about Queen Elizabeth sending signs through her pets before.
'They are national icons, so every time they run chasing a squirrel, I panic,' she said in 2023 about the corgis. 'But they're total joys, and I always think that when they bark at nothing, and there's no squirrels in sight, I believe it's because the Queen is passing by.'
She also revealed her tight bond with Muick and Sandy, sharing, 'They're with me a lot, and they think I'm very funny.'

Ferguson never misses an opportunity to gloat over her animals, reminding her followers last month that she has several other dogs in the family.

Dedicating an Instagram post to her cute canines for International Pet Day on April 11, Ferguson shared several behind-the-scene snaps of her seven pups at home.

'From their wagging tails and comforting cuddles, to the calming presence and loyal companionship they give every single day, life is simply brighter with these amazing furry friends by my side,' she captioned the sweet shots.
The Queen's beloved corgis stuck by Ferguson's side as she battled two cancer diagnosis between Summer 2023 and the beginning of 2024.
She underwent a single mastectomy after discovering she had breast cancer in June 2023. She was also diagnosed with malignant melanoma, a form of skin cancer, in January 2024.
Ferguson and Prince Andrew share two kids: daughters Princess Eugenie, 35, and Princess Beatrice, 36, who revealed in May 2024 that her mom was 'all clear' after the double health scare.

Sorbet Nails Are Literally The Coolest Manicure Trend For 2025

All linked products are independently selected by our editors. If you purchase any of these products, we may earn a commission. I won't pretend sorbet nails are a brand-new trend. Let's be real — they look a lot like the pastel manicures that pop up every year at this time. But while they're not exactly groundbreaking, there's no denying that the biggest nail artists are obsessed with them right now. From Iram Shelton's shimmering strawberry manicure to Harriet Westmoreland's mint sorbet French tips, sorbet nails provide a cool pop of colour among the wave of neutral princess nails and milky manicures. For the sceptics amongst us, there is a subtle difference between this year's sorbet nails and more traditional pastels: 'Though they're in the same family of soft tones, sorbet shades are slightly more vibrant versions of pastel colours,' explains session manicurist Ami Streets. 'Inspired by their namesake edible summer treat, they're even brighter and juicier, often with a sheer or jelly-like finish that gives a gorgeously glossy and playful vibe.' Think of fruity hues inspired by your favourite ice cream flavours, such as banana, peach, strawberry, or pistachio, if you're unsure where to start. View this post on Instagram A post shared by faye louise dennis (@fayelouisedennis) How do you wear sorbet nails? Streets points out that sorbet shades lend themselves beautifully to nail art looks. 'Soft ombré gradients in sorbet colours are a dreamy nail look... effortlessly blending shades like pinks and peaches, for example, creates a sun-kissed effect that feels light, airy, and totally on-trend,' says Streets. Additionally, for minimalists, French tips, half-moon manis, and simple, dainty dot designs are a great way to wear sorbet hues more subtly. This strawberry milk and lemon sorbet fade created by nail artist Ramon Duran is utterly delicious. Strawberry Sorbet View this post on Instagram A post shared by Iram Shelton (@iramshelton) We're with this sheer and shimmery delight created by nail artist Iram Shelton, and will be rushing to recreate this combination of soft sparkling base and juicy pink ombré. Peach Cooler View this post on Instagram A post shared by Victoria | Nail Artist (@nailsxgoldenhour) Juicy and ultra-glossy, this peach manicure created by nail artist Victoria is to die for. OPI's Infinite Shine Nail Polish in Dreamsicle, $25, has the same sheer, watery feel, but with a touch of shimmer. Lemon Ice Streets pointed to pale yellow being one of the 'huge breakout sorbet hues', and this monochromatic look created by @kkdnails proves that it isn't going anywhere. Try Manucurist's Mimosa Nail Polish, $23, for a similar buttery lemon hue. Watermelon Shine View this post on Instagram A post shared by Zanë Jashari (@zanasnails) Aura nails lend themselves beautifully to sorbet hues, as nail artist Zanë Jashari proves with this delicate blush-colored design. Mint Tips View this post on Instagram A post shared by Harriet Westmoreland (@harrietwestmoreland) The simplest way to dabble in sorbet shades if you're a minimalist at heart is by switching the color of your French tips. This punchy mint look by Harriet Westmoreland is so fresh and chic. Try OPI's Infinite Shine In Mint Condition Nail Polish, $24.95 to get the look at home. Machine Gun Kelly makes rare red-carpet appearance with daughter Casie: See the photos

Machine Gun Kelly may be an award-winning musician, but fatherhood remains the top gig. The Grammy-nominated rap-rocker (real name: Colson Baker) stepped out with his eldest daughter, Casie Baker, for a rare red-carpet appearance at the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on June 21. Kelly shares Casie, 15, with his ex Emma Cannon. He "definitely gives a lot of advice. He's more like a hype man, though," Casie told People magazine in an interview ahead of the ceremony, to which Kelly replied, "Yeah, I'm a cheerleader." The teen added that her rockstar dad encourages her to be herself. For their Kids' Choice Awards appearance, Casie was dolled up in a strapless bubblegum pink dress, while Kelly kept things sleek in an all-black romper and matching boots. Machine Gun Kelly reveals baby's name, gives shout-out to ex-fiancée Megan Fox Kelly has been busy in the fatherhood department as of late. The "My Ex's Best Friend" singer welcomed a daughter, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, in March with ex-fianceé Megan Fox. "Megan is in the no sleep club, for sure," Kelly, 35, told People. "Women are in the rougher trenches of the newborn process, but my specialty is music and laughs and whatever I can do to make her smile and kind of get introduced to the world with love." Earlier this week, Kelly revealed the baby's name in a June 17 Instagram post, which included an adorable video of the singer serenading the infant with a ukulele. Casie gushed that becoming an older sister has been "fun," adding, "It's really just so cute. I love her so much." 10 bingeable memoirs to check out: Celebrities tell all about aging, marriage and Beyoncé Saga marks Kelly and Fox's first child after calling off their January 2022 engagement. In a March 2024 interview on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, Fox declined to go into detail about their current relationship status. "I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption, so I think, as of now, I don't have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se," she said. "What I can say is: That is what I refer to as being my 'twin soul,' and there will always be a tether to him no matter what."

WWE monitoring US-Iran situation with two Saudi Arabia shows set for next weekend

The United States' recent bombings of Iran are leaving WWE's Night of Champions event in some question. The company is scheduled to have Friday and Saturday events in Saudi Arabia, with SmackDown and the Night of Champions premium live event on back-to-back days in Riyadh. WWE officials are closely evaluating upcoming events following the recent U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, according to Fightful Select. WWE via Getty Images While neither event has been officially postponed or relocated, a WWE insider told Fightful that the situation is being 'monitored accordingly.' The overall concern stems largely from an official warning broadcast on Iranian state television saying 'every American citizen or military personnel in the Middle East is now on Tehran's target' following the strikes. Advertisement A senior adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader added that any American in the region would be considered a target. Construction is underway in the Kingdom Arena, where production is proceeding 'full steam ahead,' a source told Fightful, anticipating no cancellation due to the significant investment and upcoming Royal Rumble taping also set for Saudi Arabia in January. Talent, as of now, is set to fly mid‑week by charter from the U.S. to Riyadh, with only around 10 names confirmed to travel so far, Fightful notes.
