Eddie Hall calls out Conor McGregor for cage fight - despite being 12 STONE heavier than UFC superstar - after former world's strongest man said he was open to facing TWO opponents at same time
Eddie Hall has called out controversial fighter Conor McGregor after claiming a destructive win on his professional MMA debut.
'The Beast', who was named the world's strongest man in 2017, broke his hand during a spectacular victory over fellow strongman Mariusz Pudzianowski at KSW 105 in Poland on Saturday.
Hall, 37, only made his MMA debut last year in a two versus one fight against the Neffati brothers but took just 30 seconds to defeat his opponent on the weekend to go 1-0 up in the sport.
Following his stunning victory, he called out McGregor, who is more than 170lb lighter.
During a fan Q&A session he uploaded on YouTube, he said: 'I would love to fight Conor McGregor.
'I think the weight difference would be absolutely comical. There is weight classes for that reason. It would be dangerous, on Conor's behalf.'
The British bruiser appears unbothered about becoming a serious heavyweight mixed martial artist and previously admitted he wanted to fight the 'freaks of the world'.
Earlier this month, he pushed for a new 2v1 fight with Jake and Logan Paul.
He said: 'Jake Paul and Logan Paul, I'd love to get them in a cage together… I think it would be very uneven, 100 per cent [I would kick their a–], powerbomb, smack them straight across the jaw. That's it.'
Asked what was next after defeating Pudzianowski, Hall replied: 'I've got no aspirations to be number one in KSW.
'That's just not for me. I want to come and have fun.
'I want to fight my heroes. I want to fight the freaks of the world.'
Hall touted the possibility of a bout with Brock Lesnar but ruled out a fight with Thor Bjornsson, who beat him in the boxing ring in 2022.
As well as being a multi-time strongman winner, Hall has also carved out a celebrity career thanks to his YouTube channel, which includes videos centred around food challenges, fitness and weight training.
Meanwhile, Conor McGregor hasn't fought in four years and has attempted to enter the world of politics, announcing his bid to run for Irish president last month.

He picked Irish beauty Megan before getting her to lay on her tummy on the floor. Conor then hovered above her as they giggled and he said: "Pump." Tommy, who Megan is currently coupled up with, watched on in horror and shook his head. Welsh beauty Emily, who Conor said he was most invested in, then said: "If he carries on, he'll never find out how I am in bed." Elsewhere in the racy game, Helena lands on a dare and Dejon dares her to kiss the person that she'd chose to recouple with, she kisses Harrison. When she pulls a truth card, Harry asks Megan how she genuinely feels about Conor. She tells the group: 'Me and Conor got on from the start and that got cut short so I feel like there's unfinished business there, as you would say [Harry]'. Toni is asked how she feels to know that Harrison isn't just interested in her, given Helena's kiss in her dare. Toni responds 'When we talk to each other, he says the best chats are with me so he knows where home is'. Terrified Love Island star reveals relief after 'surviving' hot air balloon ride Yasmin then puts Harrison on the spot: 'Do you think the best chats are with Toni?' Harry is dared to kiss the Islander he's best suited to whilst Shea is dared to tell each Islander the first word he thinks of them, to mixed reactions. In the teaser trailer for tonight's episode, which was shared with viewers on Friday night, In the brief clip, it was clear that Tommy snogged Welsh beauty Emily as Irish beauty Megan looked on in horror. Tommy is coupled with Megan, but now it looks like there might be tension between the two. He then sensationally smooched Shakira as well. Meanwhile, the real bombshell of the game looked to be Shakira's steamy smooch with Harry. In the teaser clip's edit, it seemed as though the Islanders were asked to snog who they'd most like to be coupled up with. It then cut to Shakira smooching Harry as Helena and Ben looked at their current love interests with disgust. "Is that Shakira and Harry kissing?" said one viewer in reaction to the teaser clip, at the time.

Stand-in captain James Anderson sees Lancashire frustrated by Kent and weather
England's all-time leading wicket-taker Anderson has been handed the captaincy for Lancashire's next two games, with Marcus Harris having returned to Australia for the birth of his second child. Hopes of making early inroads at Stanley Park, though, were scuppered as Kent – put into bat – pushed on to 213 for three through 57.4 overs before play, having already seen a delayed restart to the afternoon session, was eventually called off for the day at 5.30pm. Captain James Anderson. With red ball in hand. Tap below to watch — Rothesay County Championship (@CountyChamp) June 22, 2025 Kent opener Ben Compton was unbeaten on 86, with 10 boundaries, while Zimbabwe batter Tawanda Muyeye had earlier made 63 off 95 balls. George Balderson finished the day with two wickets, while Anderson went for 36 runs off his nine overs which included four maidens. All eyes at Chester-le-Street were on the return of Jofra Archer to first-class action for Sussex in their Division One match against Durham. England bowler Archer – who last played in a red-ball match for Sussex more than four years ago following a litany of injuries – made a swift late cameo with the bat, chalking up 31 off 34 balls as the visitors reached 322 for nine on the back of a fine unbeaten 117 from James Coles. Durham bowler Bas de Leede took four for 83 from his 21 overs. It was an emotional day at Bristol for Gloucestershire, where tributes were paid to David 'Syd' Lawrence, who has died at the age of 61 after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease last year. Lawrence, the first British-born black cricketer to play for England, took 625 wickets in 280 matches during a 16-year career at Gloucestershire. A minute's silence was held before the start of the Division Two match against Derbyshire, with players wearing black armbands. Before the start of play, Gloucestershire players and staff, alongside @DerbyshireCCC , held a minute of silence in memory of David 'Syd' Lawrence MBE, Gloucestershire's President. — Gloucestershire Cricket 🏆 (@Gloscricket) June 22, 2025 Derbyshire took control after Gloucestershire were bowled out for 187, only captain Cameron Bancroft showing some resistance with a half-century, as Jack Morley took six for 55. The visitors ended the day at 116 for two, with Harry Came unbeaten on 29. Elsewhere in Division One, leaders Nottinghamshire reached 298 for six against Yorkshire at Trent Bridge. Opener Ben Slater fell just short of a century on 96, while Ishan Kishan was 44 not out at stumps on his Nottinghamshire debut. Champions Surrey took control against Worcestershire at New Road. Worcestershire, who sit bottom of the table, won the toss and went in to bat, but were dismissed for 209, Matthew Waite making 68, as Matt Fisher and Jordan Clark both took three wickets. That concludes a strong opening day for Surrey at New Road. 💪 A late flurry of Ryan Patel boundaries means we reach 47/0 in response to Worcestershire's 209. 🤎 | #SurreyCricket — Surrey Cricket (@surreycricket) June 22, 2025 At stumps, unbeaten Surrey had reached 47 without loss from 15 overs. An unbeaten century from Charlie Allison, 101 not out, and a resolute 71 from Matt Critchley helped Essex make 292 for eight against Hampshire at Chelmsford, where Kyle Abbott took three wickets. Somerset made a strong start against Warwickshire at Edgbaston, finishing the opening day 327 for three. Tom Kohler-Cadmore (104) made a century, sharing a first-wicket stand of 186 with fellow opener Josh Davey (67) – only to then swiftly head back to the pavilion a couple of overs later. Scored his first red-ball hundred against the division table-toppers! 👏 How impressed are we with young Asa Tribe 🙌#LEIvGLAM#OhGlammyGlammy — Glamorgan Cricket 🏆 (@GlamCricket) June 22, 2025 In Division Two, Glamorgan ended at 305 for five against leaders Leicestershire at the County Ground. Asa Tribe, 21, scored his maiden first-class century with 107, hitting 14 boundaries and one six. Middlesex piled on the runs at Northamptonshire. An unbeaten 106 from Joe Cracknell and half-centuries from Leus du Plooy (66) and Luke Hollman (51) saw the visitors make 397 for eight. Liam Guthrie picked up a six-wicket haul for 87 runs off his 19-over spell.

Jamison Gibson-Park and Hugo Keenan carry injuries as Lions land in Australia
Farrell's squad arrived into Perth after a 20-hour journey from Dublin via Doha ahead of Saturday's opening fixture on Australian soil against the Western Force. There is doubt over whether Ireland duo Gibson-Park and Keenan will be able to take part at Optus Stadium because of respective glute and calf problems, but Scotland centre Huw Jones has recovered from an Achilles issue and is available. Settling in for the long haul ✈️🇦🇺#Lions2025 — British & Irish Lions (@lionsofficial) June 22, 2025 'We'll see how they pull up in midweek,' Farrell said of Gibson-Park and Keenan. 'Huw Jones is good, he's been training. He trained fully with us last week so he's up and running.' Farrell confirmed that the team against Western Force will mostly be made up of players from Leinster, Bath and Leicester, who joined up with the Lions after last Saturday's United Rugby Championship and Gallagher Premiership finals. There were no fresh injuries arising from Friday's 28-24 defeat by Argentina at the Aviva Stadium, with Farrell keen not to dwell on the disappointing tour send-off. 'We're here to build for what's going to be a fantastic Test series. We want to play some good rugby along the way,' he said. 'We'll find out more about each other as we keep on going. Of course we'll analyse what went on against Argentina and why, but that's all part of the journey – to understand where we need to go next. 'It's great to be here, this is what it's all about. We're here for a good time. Hopefully we can start this part of the tour off really well on Saturday.'
