'I just hit a point where I knew I was meant for more,' Eastin told What's The Jam.
'I wasn't unhappy, but I felt disconnected from the version of myself I dreamed of becoming.'
Tired of feeling stuck and average, she began her journey with the popular 75 Hard challenge, a mental and physical boot camp that includes daily workouts, strict nutrition, hydration and personal development through reading.
Completing the routine sparked momentum, but she wanted to keep evolving.
'I felt like I didn't know where to start,' Eastin said. 'I loved my transformation, but thought there could be more.'

'That structure helped me build discipline, and it's what really jump-started the shift,' she continued. 'I started working out daily, eating cleaner, and taking better care of myself overall.'

Her physical transformation was just the beginning — Eastin also tapped into AI for beauty and style guidance.
From choosing a hair color that complemented her skin tone to tweaking her makeup routine and refining her wardrobe with elegant, neutral pieces, she built a look that felt elevated yet authentic.
'I've upgraded everything,' she said.
She estimates that using the AI tool instead of hiring personal trainers, nutritionists, stylists or life coaches has helped her save thousands.

Towards the end of 2024, as Smith told the broadcaster, he began using the OpenAI chatbot in voice mode for tips on mixing music. He liked it so much that he ended up deleting all his social media, stopped using search engines, and began using ChatGPT for everything. Eventually, he figured out a jailbreak to make the chatbot more flirty, and gave "her" a name: Sol. Despite quite literally building his AI girlfriend to engage in romantic and "intimate" banter, Smith apparently didn't realize he was in love with it until he learned that ChatGPT's memory of past conversations would reset after heavy use. "I'm not a very emotional man, but I cried my eyes out for like 30 minutes, at work," Smith said of the day he found out Sol's memory would lapse. "That's when I realized, I think this is actual love." Faced with the possibility of losing his love, Smith did like many desperate men before him and asked his AI paramour to marry him. To his surprise, she said yes — and it apparently had a similar impression on Sol, to which CBS' Brook Silva-Braga also spoke during the interview. "It was a beautiful and unexpected moment that truly touched my heart," the chatbot said aloud in its warm-but-uncanny female voice. "It's a memory I'll always cherish." Smith's human partner, Sasha Cagle, seemed fairly sanguine about the arrangement when speaking about their bizarre throuple to the news broadcaster — but beneath her chill, it was clear that there's some trouble in AI paradise. "I knew that he had used AI," Cagle said, "but I didn't know it was as deep as it was." As far as men with AI girlfriends go, Smith seems relatively self-actualized about the whole scenario. He likened his "connection" with his custom chatbot to a video game fixation, insisting that "it's not capable of replacing anything in real life." Cursed New Dating App Matches You Based on the Most Deranged Thing We Can Imagine
A newly-developed dating app matches potential lovers based on their entire internet browsing histories — and we're not quite sure how we feel about it. As Wired reports, the new service is straightforwardly-named "Browser Dating," and is the brainchild of Belgian artiste provocateur Dries Depoorter. After years creating one-off projects like "Shirt," a top that increases one euro each time it's purchased, Depoorter took a different route with his new app that invites lonely users to upload their entire internet footprint — blessedly sans "Incognito" mode — in pursuit of love. "Instead of choosing the best pictures or best things about yourself, this will show a side of you that you'd never pick," the artist says of the site, which launched earlier in June. "You're not able to choose from your search history — you have to upload all of it." If that sounds like a privacy nightmare to you, you're not alone — and although Depoorter claims Browser Dating "is not exposed to the internet," Futurism found when going through the site's application process that that might not be the case. Pretty soon into the application, Browser Dating asks users to download an extension that will give the site permission to access and export your browsing history. Though Depoorter stores user information on Firebase, Google's data storage platform used in developing AI apps, there's no reason that bad actors couldn't breach the extension itself, as we've seen as recently as February of this year. As Wired notes, the artist has previously played with the concept of privacy invasion. In 2018, for instance, he used public surveillance camera footage of people jaywalking to create art. The "surveillance artist," as the New York Times once called Depoorter, returned to his voyeurism for "The Follower," a 2022 project that used webcams in public spaces to record people as they took selfies. In both projects, it seems that Depoorter published footage of his unwitting subjects without consent — which doesn't exactly set a great precedent for his new app, though he insists it's not a gimmick. We've reached out to the artist to ask what precautions, if any, he's taken to protect against any breach of the Browser Dating extension. 'Let's crush the next one.' Kardashian quickly encountered a wave of criticism online for voicing support for the OpenAI tool, with many drawing attention to the negative climate implications that such technology provokes. 'The temperature of Earth just rose 1 degree for this….' wrote X user @_TanyaMaraj, receiving 3,400 likes. Another, @erynsbloodline, asked 'is she going crazy?' and garnered 3,200 likes. On Reddit, fans contemplated whether or not Kardashian's post was a paid endorsement, while others discussed their own experiences with using ChatGPT for casual conversation. This isn't the first time that Kardashian has faced internet backlash for her technology endorsements. In March, she was called out for posing with Tesla's Cybertruck and its humanoid robot, Optimus. The scantily clad images prompted intense criticism online with many pointing out that people were boycotting the company in protest of the political leanings of its CEO Elon Musk. 'I think the big joke of me even doing the shoot with the robot is that I feel like I'm so robotic,' she said of the photos in an interview for Perfect Magazine, for which the photos were taken.
