Jak Crawford secured his second win of the Formula 2 season after a crash eliminated seven drivers from the feature race in Monaco on Sunday. "Oh my gosh. That was the race of my dreams," said 20-year-old American Crawford. "Avoiding the crash at the start was just the first bit. Around the safety car and trying to get into the pit."Oh my god! It was the craziest thing ever. I'm so lucky, the pace was good too. It was an incredible day."Leonardo Fornaroli finished second, but while Arvid Lindblad crossed in third, his five-second time penalty Sebastian promoted Montoya to the podium.Luke Browning, who finished fourth ahead of Lindblad, moves top of the championship standings on 70 points, three clear of Dunne who led entering Sunday's race. The Formula 2 season continues with the sixth round in Barcelona next week.

HUGE football star and manager 'to star on the upcoming season of Strictly Come Dancing'

Football icon Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is reportedly set to appear on the upcoming season of Strictly Come Dancing. The former Chelsea and Netherlands striker and ex-England coach, 53, is believed to have signed up to the BBC flagship show, according to The Sun. A source told the publication: 'Jimmy has a huge fanbase from his years playing in the Premier League and is a very likeable character. 'Show producers are always keen to book a retired footballer as it gets footie fans tuning into the series and becoming unlikely fans of the show. 'Jimmy has a competitive edge and is going to get his head in the game.' The father-of-four was a professional player with Leeds and Middlebrough for two decades before he retied in 2008. MailOnline has contacted representatives for Strictly Come Dancing for comment. The rumour comes weeks after Strictly bosses announced the professional lineup for this year's show and revealed there will be two brand new dancers joining. Dianne Buswell, who lifted the glitter ball in December with Chris McCausland, will be joining Nadiya Bychkova, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk and Jowita Przystal in returning to the dance floor this September. They will be joined by Johannes Radebe, Aljaž Škorjanec, Nancy Xu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito Coppola who will all take to the floor once more alongside two new stars, who will be announced closer to the time. Pep Guardiola has predicted that Manchester City will actively trim their squad down before the start of the Premier League season. City took 24 outfield players and three goalkeepers to the Club World Cup in America and face Al Ain in the second group game looking to secure qualification in the early hours of Monday morning. Ilkay Gundogan is wanted by Galatasaray, while the injured Mateo Kovacic has had suitors. Jack Grealish, Kalvin Phillips and Kyle Walker are not part of the travelling party but are to be moved on. Guardiola claimed earlier in the year that he will need a larger squad in future after being rocked by a steady stream of injuries through the last campaign. But after making eight signings since January, he is also mindful that City cannot keep everybody happy if the size of the group remains the same. 'I don't know anything, I didn't speak with him, and if he will not be part he would not be here. 'But at the same time, we have - right now - a long squad, too many players, so we cannot go with 26, 27 players this season because there would be more without playing, and step by step maybe a few players are going to more.' Guardiola confirmed that Rodri is not yet ready to start a game despite featuring for half an hour during the 2-0 win over Wydad AC.
