Former England international James Haskell has undergone a major body transformation.
The ex-flanker, who won 77 caps for his country, has been rehabbing from a shoulder injury and going through a difficult period personally, following his separation from ex-wife Chloe Madeley and the recent passing of his father.
It seems the DJ and podcaster has been channelling his efforts into his exercise regime, with Haskell juggling his numerous other exploits with a fitness plan to get into incredible shape.
Posting on Instagram, he explained that his injury - sustained during a gaffe filming his rugby podcast - had made things more challenging.
"When Sarah @roarfitnessgirl first mentioned doing something with ROAR, I jumped at the chance," he wrote. "I knew their reputation for delivering serious body transformations and I was ready for the challenge. "Working with James and the team took it to another level. I'd done shoots before FHM, Gay Times, Attitude, GQ but never trained for them. I'd just wandered in off the pitch. This time, I wanted to see how lean I could really get. I'd just turned 40 it all lined up perfectly.

"Injury midway through (yes, tore a bicep off the bone), DJ sets in Monaco, Wales and Exmouth, no carbs, late nights, dad duties it was full-on.
"But I loved every bit of it. ROAR @roarfitnessldn built a plan around me my goals, my injuries, my madness. They kept me focused, challenged me, and saw me through. "If you want serious results and a team that knows exactly how to get you there ROAR is the one. Can't wait to take on the next challenge. Let's see how far we can go. @jamescastlemason."
Haskell recently revealed one of the main reasons why his marriage with Chloe broke down. The pair split in 2023 after five years of wedlock.
Drinking was a big factor, Haskell admitted.
"If I put more time into my marriage than I did Guinness, then I wouldn't be divorced now," he confessed to MailOnline while at Pub in the Park festival in west London.
"It's one of those things in life where some things don't work out, but I have so much love for my daughter and Chloe. It's teamwork."
"What we all forget is when you have children and a marriage finishes, it's all about the kids," he added. "Chloe and I are amazing co-parents. Our priority is always Bodhi."
Chloe previously refused to delve into the reasons for their separation, saying she wanted to protect Bodhi from the "dark and painful experiences" she went through.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: "When you tell people that you are divorcing, everyone sees it as such a negative thing," before clarifying: "They say: 'This is going to be so hard for you.' And, yes, it is, but the hardest bit was when we were married."

She also revealed that "the last year of the marriage was awful" adding: "It was so dark, painful, and one of the worst periods of my life. It's a good thing we ended it."

This weekend, Malin Andersson, who starred on the show in 2016, voiced her concerns about the way the series is made. She told The Mirror: "It should be axed. When I was on it, we were naive, it felt more organic – still scripted but more authentic. Even then, it wasn't pure, it was full of toxicity. Now millions watch it, especially young people, and their idea of love gets completely skewed." She added: "I felt disposable, like a piece of rubbish tossed aside. In there, you're fighting to be seen, to be a main character, seeking validation. It's not healthy – it creates unrealistic drama and messes up how viewers see love." Love Island has come under fire in the past for failing to support contestant that take part in the series - however, strict after care rules were introduced in 2019 after the deaths of former contestants Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis.

Kiera Johnstone, 26, who appeared on the Australian version of the series in 2021, insisted she has nothing to do with the shocking case after reports surfaced on Friday that a woman who starred in the reality TV show had been charged with a murder in Port Lincoln. A man's body was discovered in a home in the coastal town in Australia after emergency services were called to a property at about 3:25pm local time on Thursday following reports of a small fire. When crews arrived, they found a man dead inside the residence. A 34-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and later charged with murder. A suppression order preventing the publication of any information that could identify the woman, the victim, or the specific details surrounding the man's death was issued. However, after the news broke, speculation surfaced online attempting to link Keira with allegations stemming from the police report. Telling her followers there were rumours she had been involved in the murder for "reasons beyond my understanding", the reality star took to her Instagram Stories today. Insisting she wanted to be "absolutely clear", Keira said: "Hi everyone. A former contestant from Beauty and the Geek has been charged with a very serious crime. "Although no names have been released, for reasons beyond my understanding, there has been speculation online suggesting that I am involved. "Let me be absolutely clear: I am not involved in any way. I have not been charged with a crime. I have literally never even had a parking fine. The allegations being discussed have nothing to with me, and the fact that I even need to says this is incredibly upsetting. "It's deeply disturbing to see people spreading false information, making assumptions and sharing screenshots. I understand the internet can be quick to judge, but this kind of speculation is damaging and invasive and is something I take very seriously." Asking anyone 'fuelling the gossip' to "please stop", she continued: "If you are part of the group fuelling this - sharing, gossiping or silently watching - I ask you to please stop. "This is not entertainment. This is a serious situation, that involves real victims. you're literally sick if you think this is at all funny. "As this has nothing to do with me, this will be the only time I speak on the matter. Thank you to those who reached out with kindness and common sense." It comes after The Courier Mail reported on Friday that the woman arrested for the alleged murder was once a contestant on reality show Beauty and the Geek. South Australia Police have confirmed the victim and the accused knew each other and had been in a relationship. The woman was refused police bail and remains in custody. Assistant Commissioner Parrott said a cause of death had not yet been established and no further details could be released, as the victim's family had not yet been notified. The woman did not apply for bail and has been detained under the Mental Health Act. She is expected to return to court in December. The suppression order regarding the accused's identity is set to be reviewed by the court next week.
