ALDI BARGAIN BUYS
Websites like Trolley and Price Spy allow customers to check if they are getting the best deal across different retailers.
Aldi's launch follows recent garden sales from other major retailers. B&M has offered discounted garden chairs, Argos recently cut prices on outdoor essentials, and Wilko slashed prices on patio and bistro sets.
Last summer, Dobbies ran a major summer sale with up to 50 per cent off garden furniture and plants, and Dunelm cleared out seasonal stock with discounts up to 75%.
When's the best time to shop at Aldi?
WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.For reduced items - when shops open
Red sticker items are rare at Aldi's 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found - if you're quick.
A spokesman for the supermarket said: "All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates."
That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens.
Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store's times by using the supermarket's online shop finder tool.
For Specialbuys - Thursdays and Sundays
Specialbuys are Aldi's weekly collection of items that it doesn't normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.
New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.
For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store's opening time.
Remember: once they're gone, they're gone, so if there's something you really want, visit as early as possible

Aldi employee says £2.49 freezer item is 'best product in the supermarket'
Other shoppers have said that this products feel likes it's from Marks and Spencers or Waitrose. Named by Which? to be the UK's cheapest supermarket for the last four years, many Brits love heading down the shopping aisles of Aldi to swipe up some bargains. While selling all your must-have food essentials at decent prices, the supermarket is also known for its variety of home products, such as kitchen appliances and pilates machines. As the fourth largest supermarket in the UK, the German company also has a wide range of seasonal stock on offer that will get shoppers through the warm summer months. From bbq's to a range of fruity drinks and ice creams to keep us cool, shoppers will quickly find their own store favourites. For those who are regular Aldi shoppers, one employee has taken to TikTok to share the item he believes to be the 'best ever' product he has tried at the supermarket, reports the Mirror. Dylan McCormack has become popular on social media for making videos that highlight some of the products that the store has to offer every week. Many fans of his content also look forward to when he shares what is in the famous middle section of the supermarket. In a recent video, however, he chose to share with his followers what he believes is the best product in the entire supermarket. It also comes with the added bonus of being the perfect treat for summer. He said: "As you know, I work for Aldi. And the best products that I've ever tried at Aldi is in the freezer section. Once he arrived at the freezer section, the 25-year-old turned the camera to show off two flavours of gelato. He said: "It's hands down, the best product I've ever had from Aldi is the tiramisu gelato. Closely followed by the lemon meringue gelato." Price at £2.49 per tub in Aldi, these gelatos will offer shoppers a sweet and refreshing treat to help keep them cool as temperatures rise this month. He added: "They're absolutely stunning. Like, genuinely, these are so, so good. I could not recommend these any more. "If you've tried this new gelato in Aldi, let me know in the comments. Because I genuinely believe that this is fire." Many Aldi shoppers took to the comments section to share they that agreed with Dylan's assessment that the gelatos are the best product in the shop. One person said: "Not tried the gelato, but may have 'accidentally ' eaten half a tub of the chilled tiramisu in one go." Another person was intrigued to try the items, writing: "Will buy and try next time I go in." While a third shopper also added: "I knew it was going to be this when you said it! It feels like it's from Waitrose or M&S. I would love a pistachio one." However, other people had a different opinion on the best Aldi product. One person said: "King kebab is the best thing." While another TikTok user argued: "Wrong! The chicken spring rolls in the freezer section. Gimme." Another shopper stepped away from the freezer section and instead wrote: "The vanilla latte sachets .. 8 for just over a quid are unbeatable. Add half a spoon of coffee, dash of milk. It's been my go to for years." Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! Get the latest news sent straight to your messages by joining our WhatsApp community today.
