Graham Norton's stateside home along Manhattan's historic Sniffen Court is under contract after less than 50 days on the market. The Irish comedian and broadcaster asked $5.59 million for the jewel box home, in Murray Hill, in early May. Sources told The Post that the property sold 'almost immediately' for 'very close to asking price.'
