Now, almost a fortnight after sharing the 80-second video with her three million followers on Instagram, the ex-Suits actress has defended her decision to post the personal footage.

"It's a really great reminder that with all the noise or whatever people do, there's still a whole life - a real, authentic, fun life - that's happening behind the scenes.
"I'm just grateful that now, being back on social as well, I have a place where I can share it on my own terms."

Podcast host Emma, founding partner of SKIMS and CEO of Good American, admitted she was shocked to see Prince Harry dancing in the video.
She joked: "We maybe watched it like 20 times yesterday.
"I was like, is that Prince Harry there with the fingers? I was like, okay, Meghan and Harry, let's go.
"But that's you, right? That's you in a way that we kind of haven't been able to see you before."
Emma Grede's Aspire episode with Meghan is set to air today.
She posted it on the social media platform alongside the caption: "Four years ago today, this also happened.
"Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work - there was only one thing left to do!"
But it was slammed by royal experts as cringey and "hard to watch".
Meghan's twerking video was so cringey it was like parody, but it did exactly what she wanted
Commmentator Ingrid Seward accused The Sussexes of invading their own privacy.
She told The Sun: 'They can do what they like but why put it online?
"Does Meghan have no boundaries? I think it's vulgar, unnecessary, attention-seeking.
'They make such a point about privacy and security and then they put stuff out there. Meghan can't resist putting it out there.
'I think it's completely hypocritical for everything she stands for. It's very embarrassing.'
Meghan's comments came after she shared a rare personal video showing Archie and Lilibet to wish Harry a happy Father's Day.
The compilation showed photos and videos of Harry laughing, dancing and spending time with his children through the years.
Her Father's Day tribute to husband Harry followed the same pattern with the clips of her kids featuring the back of their heads only.

We're raising our children without rules – they don't have a bed time and they only go to school if they want to

A COUPLE who are raising their children without rules have shared an insight into their everyday life. The family-of-five described themselves as "unconventional", with the young children allowed to set their own schedules each day. Advertisement 2 A couple who practice 'unconventional' parenting shared an insight into their everyday life Credit: YOUTUBE Adele and Matt spoke to the YouTube channel the The Brighton-based pair shared 11-year-old son Ulysses and daughters Astara, six, and Kai, three. All three children are being raised with "no strict rules" in any aspect of their lives, including meal times, bed times, and school. "The children listen to their bodily cues, they sleep when they're tired, eat when they're hungry," said Matt. Advertisement Read More On Parenting He joked that this does mean that their diets include a lot of "junk food", such as crisps, cookies, chocolate, and pizza. Matt clarified that their "unconventional parenting" style was about giving their children the freedom to choose. This began at a young age as the kids decided when they wanted to stop breast-feeding and co-sleeping with their parents. While their oldest son co-slept until the age of 11 and stopped breast-feeding around six, his younger sister was happy to move into her own room at five and quit breast-feeding the year before that. Advertisement Most read in Fabulous Exclusive Exclusive Meanwhile the youngest Kai still sleeps in her parents' bed at three and continues to breast-feed, with Adele saying she didn't see either ceasing any time soon. This feeds into the couple's main parenting philosophy which involves attachment parenting their children when they are young as well as practicing gentle parenting. How one poly couple make it work while raising teenage sons This close relationship is continued all the time as the children do not attend school. Instead, Adele and Matt use an "unschooling" technique at home, though they clarified this is not considered homeschooling. Advertisement According to them, it lets the child lead what they learn, with nature playing a huge part in their education The family even have a garden farm, which includes a flock of chickens and roosters, as well as rabbits and dogs. "We do not worry about them not being in school, I'd worry about what they'd miss out on if they weren't in school actually," Adele said. Different parenting techniques Here are some widely recognised methods: Authoritative Parenting This technique will often foster independence, self-discipline, and high self-esteem in children. It is often considered the most effective, this technique is where parents set clear expectations - enforcing rules - whilst also showing warmth and support. Authoritarian Parenting This is opposite to authoritative parenting, as it is where the parent sets high demands but is low on responsiveness. It involves ensuring the child is obedient and often employ punitive measures. While this can lead to disciplined behaviour, it may also result in lower self-esteem and social skills in children. Permissive Parenting Permissive parents tend to be indulgent and lenient, often taking on a role more akin to a friend than an authority figure. They are highly responsive but lack demandingness, granting children a lot of freedom. This method can nurture creativity and a free-spirited nature but may also result in poor self-regulation and difficulties with authority. Uninvolved Parenting Uninvolved or neglectful parenting is marked by low responsiveness and low demands. Parents in this category offer minimal guidance, nurturing, or attention. This often leaves children feeling neglected, which can have significant negative effects on their emotional and social development. Helicopter Parenting Helicopter parents are extremely involved and overprotective, frequently micromanaging their children's lives. Although their goal is to protect and support, this approach can hinder a child's ability to develop independence and problem-solving skills. Free-Range Parenting Free-range parenting encourages children to explore and learn from their surroundings with minimal parental interference. This method promotes independence and resilience but requires a safe and supportive environment to be successful. Attachment Parenting According to Each of these parenting techniques has its own set of strengths and weaknesses. The key is to find a balanced approach that aligns with the family's values and meets the child's needs for a healthy, happy upbringing. "A conventional education I would say is definitely failing a large majority of children right now." Advertisement Astara shared her hopes to learn how to write when she's turns "seven or eight" but in the meantime she is focused on things like gymnastics and ballet. As well as "outside school", the couple's unconventional parenting approaching also relates to medical care. They opt to "respect our children's bodily autonomy" and try to steer clear of vaccines and medication unless absolutely neccessary. Instead, they use alternative forms of care, such as herbal teas and extracts or "anything holistic without outside effects". Advertisement And as for how they invision their children's futures, the couple said they are with whatever lifestyle they choose when they grow up. 2 The children are allowed to decide what they learn, when they go to bed, and what they eat Credit: YOUTUBE

Dee Devlin posts on social media for first time since McGregor punch incident

Dee Devlin has taken to social media for the first time since Conor McGregor was involved in an alleged incident at a nightclub in Ibiza. The UFC star's fiancée shared a number of photos on her Instagram story that McGregor had posted on his own social media account. They show the couple and their children enjoying the sunshine on holiday. Some of the images show them enjoying a meal, while others show them making their way to McGregor's luxury yacht, which is understood to be currently off the coast of Majorca, where the Dubliner met Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers in recent days. Taking to social media on Friday evening, McGregor shared a snap of himself with the Hoops boss, who was holding a baby in the picture. "LEGENDARY DOUBLE CHAMP LINK UP! NEXT YEAR, TREBLE! GOD IS GREAT! @CelticFC @ufc Congrats to the Rodgers family on the new addition to their family," McGregor wrote. Another image showed the couple cycling on bikes, while Devlin was all smiles as she enjoyed a glass of red wine. The Sun released footage during the week that allegedly showed the Dubliner appearing to peer down to address an unidentified man in the middle of the dancefloor at Pacha nightclub. Moments later, the former two-weight UFC champion appeared to throw two punches. The man hit the deck, and eyewitnesses have since come forward to have their say on the alleged incident. One person - who saw the incident unfold - claimed there did not appear to be any consequences for McGregor. "The guy seemed to fall to the floor, and his mates came to pick him up and get him away," he told The Sun. "There [didn't appear to be any] consequences for Conor." Another said: "About five people fell to the floor as the guy stumbled back. It was a bit like bowling pins, but the guy was really shaken." They added: "About a minute later, the bouncers came and got him on the back and took him out of the club." "It was right before close anyway," they continued. "There was no messing around; they just removed him. Conor left through the garden a bit later; he didn't look very happy." The incident occurred just hours after McGregor was spotted on the island with Katie Price. The MMA superstar was seen in red shorts, a cap, and sunglasses, enjoying a cigar. Price shared an Instagram photo with McGregor with the caption: "You legend," while McGregor gave her a nod in his story, writing: "Forever." Spurs' player Kevin Danso also posted a picture with the former featherweight and lightweight UFC champion on his social media. McGregor later updated his social media, writing on X: "You won't speak bad about my country and its people and that's ever. Vote McGregor." He later showed off some snaps on Instagram, including one with a group of lads and another where he's standing under a picture of Al Pacino from the famed 1983 film Scarface. This wasn't McGregor's first rowdy incident at an Ibiza shindig. Back when he turned 34, three years ago, he stomped on a punter's hat after it was thrown to him for an autograph. McGregor gave the person a mock thumbs up and then hurled jibes their way. McGregor last stepped into the Octagon in 2021 for a tussle with Dustin Poirier, his longstanding adversary. He eyed a UFC comeback against Michael Chandler last year but injuries obtained during training put a pin in those plans. It's still uncertain whether he'll return to competitive action. However, he's been dropping hints about a potential comeback by posting numerous training videos in recent weeks.
