As per industry tracker Sacnilk, Sitaare Zameen Par has an estimated collection of around Rs. 8.77 crore India net on its first day in all languages. Sitaare Zameen Par, which is being called the spiritual sequel of Aamir Khan's 2007 hit film Taare Zameen Par, witnessed a theatre occupancy of 17.73% in Hindi in the morning of the release day. On the other hand, the Aamir Khan starrer had its highest occupancy in the Jaipur region at 29.33%.
While the opening of the film was expected to earn more, it fell short and did not even cross the numbers of Aamir's last release Laal Singh Chaddha. The 2022 release had earned Rs. 11.7 crore on its opening day. In comparison, the Salman Khan-starrer Sikandar opened with a significantly higher figure of Rs. 26 crore.
Helmed by RS Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par features 10 real-life inspirations including Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu': Pawan Kalyan's film locks a release date

After multiple delays, Pawan Kalyan's movie Hari Hara Veera Mallu has locked its latest release date. The pan-Indian movie, originally shot in Telugu, is directed by Jyothi Krishna and Krish Jagarlamudi. The makers first aimed to release the movie on March 29, 2025. Anupam Kher, Jisshu Sengupta, Nargis Fakhri, M Nassar, Sunil, Raghu Babu, Subbaraju and Nora Fatehi are the other actors in the movie. The film will have music from Oscar-award winning composer MM Keeravani, while Manoj Paramahamsa has served as the cinematographer. Veteran Thota Tharani is the art director of the movie.
