This bowling alley at Zayed Sports City has a monster 40 lanes, making it the perfect place to get the whole family together for Father's Day. You'll never have long to wait to throw down a strike (or slam one into the gutter).
The bowling alley is used by the national team, and it has even hosted the World Bowling Championship in days past, so the facilities are excellent. There are also ping pong tables and arcade games to hop on to if the pins aren't falling your way.

Summer officially arrives in Abu Dhabi today (Saturday June 21), and is famously a time of year when temperatures are hot and humidity is rife. While there are a zillion fun indoor activities that are cool (in more ways than one), you may be wondering, 'How long does summer actually last in Abu Dhabi?' Don't worry, we've got the intel. How long will summer last in Abu Dhabi? Astronomically, it has been confirmed that summer will end on Monday September 22 in Abu Dhabi, meaning this year's summer period is exactly three months and one day long. 93 days in total, if you want to be precise. Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Board Chairman of the fun indoor activities and member of the Arab Union for Space and Astronomy Sciences, confirmed the duration of the UAE summer for 2025. He said: 'Summer will begin astronomically on June 21 with the summer solstice and will last for three months until September 23. 'During this period, temperatures will range between 41 and 43 degrees Celsius, accompanied by dry conditions and active winds.'
