In her glorious acting career, which spans over 25 long years, Bollywood's OG diva Kareena Kapoor Khan has transformed into various characters for the silver screen. But some of her roles have marked iconic milestones in her journey as an actor. One such memorable character that Bebo breathed life into was Geet Dhillon in Jab We Met (2007). The Imtiaz Ali masterpiece also starred Shahid Kapoor as Aditya Kashyap, a heartbroken businessman. Today, in the era of remakes and sequels, is there any actor who would be able to reprise the role of Geet? Well, Alia Bhatt admitted she would 'love to', but here's what Kareena thought of the idea of Geet 2.0. Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor
Back in 2023, sisters-in-law Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt graced an episode of Karan Johar's chat show Koffee with Karan Season 8. It was a fun-filled episode which was loved by audiences. During one segment, a throwback clip of which has now resurfaced on the internet, Karan asked Kareena, 'Sara, Janhvi, Ananya or Shanaya: who would you pick to reprise the role of Geet in Jab We Met 2?' Before Kareena could answer, Alia asked KJo, 'Why am I not in this list?' Alia went on to say, 'Okay fine. I'd love to.' Meanwhile, Kareena answered Karan's question and said, 'I don't think Geet can be done again.'
Well, netizens couldn't agree more with Kareena. Under this viral clip, one social media user claimed, 'EXACTLY!! Geet cannot be done again!!💯,' whereas another wrote, 'Geet means geet, geet means kareena, none other than kareena 😍.' Another comment read, 'Kareena tackle them soo smoothly😂😂😂,' whereas another internet user stated, 'Geet can be done again If only Kareena plays it again.' However, there were some who believe that Sara Ali Khan, actor and daughter of Kareena's husband Saif Ali Khan, might be a good Geet 2.0. One such netizen claimed, 'Sara would be very jolly to be a second geet ❤️🔥,' whereas another opined, 'Sara to real life geet hai.'

Why didn't Karisma Kapoor become Abhishek Bachchan's wife? Amitabh Bachchan once talked about...
In the glitz of Bollywood, few stories are as layered — and quietly tragic — as that of Karisma Kapoor. From a broken engagement with a Bachchan heir to a turbulent marriage that ended in divorce, her personal journey reads like a script that never made it to the screen. Before marrying businessman Sanjay Kapur in 2003, Karisma Kapoor was engaged to none other than Abhishek Bachchan. The two had even co-starred in Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya (2002), during which their real-life bond blossomed. Their engagement was formalised — but short-lived. The split sent shockwaves through the industry. Years later, Amitabh Bachchan finally addressed the broken alliance on Koffee With Karan. In a rare moment of candour, he said, 'It was a sensitive time. Relationships were being formed, and some were breaking. We didn't want anyone to get hurt, but when circumstances force you to part, it's better to let go.' He added that such moments build maturity, adding, 'If we are honest with ourselves, even heartbreak teaches something valuable. My father always said, 'If things go your way, it's good. If not, it's still good — because it's God's way.' In 2003, the same year her engagement with Abhishek ended, Karisma married Delhi-based industrialist Sanjay Kapur. The marriage, arranged under pressure, was rocky. Notably, the entire Bachchan family was absent from the wedding. By 2016, Karisma and Sanjay parted ways legally, and she has since raised their two children as a single mother. The past week brought another twist of fate — the sudden death of her ex-husband, Sanjay Kapur. Though long separated, the news cast a somber cloud over Karisma and her family. Through public heartbreaks and private battles, Karisma Kapoor remains one of Bollywood's most poised figures — her silence often saying more than words.

Salman Khan Opens Up About His Relationships: "I'm 59, But I Have Had Only 3-4 Girlfriends"
New Delhi: During his recent appearance on The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 3, Salman Khan addressed the perception surrounding his relationships over the years. What Despite being linked to several actors throughout his 36-year-long career, Salman said the actual number of relationships he has had is far fewer than commonly believed. On the show, comedian Kapil Sharma joked that Salman has been "lucky" in the girlfriend department. Salman responded, "Not true, if you take my average, it is very poor. I'm 59 years old but I have had only 3-4 girlfriends. So, if you consider that, those relationships have lasted about 7-8 and even 12 years sometimes. It's a very poor average as compared to the boys and girls of this age. You know how they keep hopping from one relationship to another. So, compared to them, I am old-school." Background During the same interaction, Salman also spoke about Aamir Khan's current relationship with Gauri Spratt, following his previous marriages to Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta. Taking a humorous dig at his colleague, Salman said, "Aamir stands in a league of his own. He is an outstanding personality. The whole world knows him as a perfectionist. So, until he achieves perfection in marriage, he will keep doing it. But I think this is his last. He will achieve perfection this time. She will ensure he achieves perfection this time." In the past, Salman has been linked to actors such as Sangeeta Bijlani, Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif, Iulia Vantur, and others. He once came close to marrying Sangeeta Bijlani, but during a previous appearance on Koffee With Karan, he revealed that he called off the wedding after getting cold feet.

Throwback to When Samantha Ruth Prabhu Shut Down ₹250 Crore Alimony Rumours and Health Hoaxes Like a Queen
Under the unforgiving glare of social media and constant public attention, Samantha Ruth Prabhu 's life has often been thrust into the spotlight, for better or worse. From her high-profile divorce to the relentless swirl of health-related speculations, the actor has found herself at the centre of countless controversies — many of which she didn't even actively participate in. The most recent flashpoint? A comment by Telangana minister Konda Surekha, which once again stirred up chatter around her split from actor Naga Chaitanya . The Alimony Myth That Took Over the Internet When Samantha and Naga Chaitanya parted ways after four years of marriage, the news sent shockwaves through the entertainment world. Among the many unverified claims that flooded social media was the sensational rumour that Samantha had demanded ₹250 crore as alimony. The gossip spread like wildfire — until Samantha herself addressed it head-on during her appearance on Koffee With Karan Season 7. 'First ₹250 crores, then ₹25 crores, and then the reality — I didn't even take a single rupee,' she clarified, putting the speculation to rest. Despite the statement, as reported by India Today, the rumour mill didn't stop churning. Bold Choices and Family Tensions? In the aftermath of the separation, more stories surfaced — this time hinting at possible friction between Samantha and her former in-laws. Theories suggested that her bold photo shoots and choice of glamorous roles might have caused discomfort within the family. Fuel was added to the fire when Naga Chaitanya, in an interview, cryptically remarked that he avoids projects that could 'embarrass' his family. Unfazed, Samantha continued charting her own path. Her electrifying appearance in the viral dance number Oo Antava from Pushpa was widely seen as her unapologetic response — a declaration of her artistic freedom and self-assured persona. Illness and Inappropriate Speculations In 2023, Samantha publicly revealed her battle with myositis, an autoimmune condition, and took a break from her film commitments to focus on recovery. But even her health became fodder for online misinformation. A bizarre rumour alleging she received ₹25 crore from a fellow Telugu actor for her treatment began circulating. She responded swiftly and sharply via Instagram: '₹25 crores for myositis treatment? Someone's definitely getting scammed. I've spent way less.' Her humour-laced denial once again showed how she handles untruths with a mix of wit and candour. Wellness Advocacy and Scientific Backlash Venturing into wellness content, Samantha began sharing her personal health routines — but not without critique. One of her posts about liver detoxification drew flak from a healthcare professional, who accused her of promoting pseudoscience. Samantha clarified that her post reflected personal experience, not a medical endorsement, emphasizing that she was simply sharing what had worked for her. Owning Her Narrative Despite being a frequent target of gossip, Samantha remains one of the rare celebrities who confront controversy on her own terms — sometimes with grace, sometimes with grit, but always with authenticity. In a digital age where misinformation spreads faster than facts, her willingness to speak out, correct the record, and reclaim her story has made her both a lightning rod and a symbol of resilience in Indian cinema.
