The biggest question fans are asking is: Where is the Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League 2025 being live-streamed?
The good news is, all 18 matches of the CCPL 2025—including the semifinals and the final—are being live-streamed on the official CCPL Website and Mobile App. For television viewers, Sony Sports Network is the official broadcaster, making it accessible for fans across India.
Whether you're on the go or at home, the live streaming of CCPL 2025 ensures no fan misses a ball. The streaming quality has seen notable improvements this year, including multilingual commentary options and match highlights on demand—perfect for a modern digital audience.
What Makes the Live Streaming of CCPL 2025 So Special?
Unlike traditional domestic leagues, CCPL has taken a fan-first approach to broadcasting. With free access to the official app, viewers can follow real-time scorecards, live commentary, and even behind-the-scenes footage of team preparations and locker room moments.
This makes the CCPL live streaming experience not just about the match, but the entire narrative around it—similar to what IPL has done on a national scale. The move to stream all games from the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium in HD quality also adds a layer of professional polish that fans now expect from top-tier T20 leagues.
Which Teams Are Heating Up the Leaderboard?
The action on the field has been no less electrifying. Raipur Rhinos, the defending champions, have once again emerged as early favorites. Their opening duo of Anuj Tiwari and Harsh Sharma—who lit up the 2024 final—have picked up right where they left off, scoring heavily and consistently.
Bastar Bisons and Rajnandgaon Panthers have surprised many with their aggressive brand of cricket, while Bilaspur Bulls are looking to redeem themselves after last year's final loss. The Surguja Tigers, known for their bowling depth, and the young, hungry Raigarh Lions round off a well-balanced tournament roster.
Who Are the Standout Performers So Far?
In terms of individual brilliance, Ashish Chouhan continues to dominate with the ball, while Mayank Yadav Jr is making headlines with his raw pace. For the batters, Anuj Tiwari and Shubham Singh have been consistent top-scorers, thrilling fans with their fearless hitting and tactical maturity.
These performances are not only making noise in Chhattisgarh but are also drawing attention from scouts and franchise leagues across India.
When and Where Are the Semifinals and Final?
The CCPL 2025 semifinals will take place on June 14, with one game scheduled at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai—a surprise move that adds national flavor to the state league. The grand finale is locked in for June 15 at the tournament's home ground in Raipur.
This decision to take one semifinal out of state indicates the league's ambition to go bigger and national in its appeal, riding high on successful live-streaming strategies and competitive cricket.

Ravi Shastri backs India's major share in ICC revenue
New Delhi [India]: Former India head coach Ravi Shastri has weighed in on the International Cricket Council 's (ICC) event revenue distribution model for the 2024-27 cycle, strongly defending India's large share of the earnings. Speaking on the Wisden Cricket Weekly Podcast, Shastri justified the allocation, asserting that India's dominant contribution to global cricket revenue makes the share fair. "I would want more (for India). Because half the money - most of the money - that's generated comes from India. So it's only fair that they get their share of... pound of flesh. And it's relative, you know, it's economies," said Shastri, as quoted from Wisden. According to the model, over 88% of the ICC's revenue is distributed among the 12 Full Member (Test-playing) nations. Of this, a significant 48.2% is split between the three traditional powerhouses of the game, India, England, and Australia. India alone receives 38.5% of the total share. Live Events "Tomorrow there might be another economy that's stronger. Money might come from there like it did in the seventies, eighties. And the chunk of the money went to... you know, went somewhere else," he added, as quoted from Wisden. "So I think it's only fair and it just shows in the revenues. When India travel, look at the television rights, look at the television, income that comes, for an India series. So it's only fair that they get whatever they're getting now, if not more," he noted. Shastri, who was recently honoured with a suite named after him at Lord's during the World Test Championship final, also voiced his disagreement with the idea of a centrally managed Test fund under the ICC, which has been proposed as a way to support the traditional format of the game globally. "Why do you need it? You know, from what is coming now and what the share is, there could be a certain amount of money kept for those countries to promote the game," Shastri said. He added, "There will be central support and it can come through this (fund), but you also have to question, why are cricket boards losing money hand over fist? Is the administration okay? Are they being handled properly? Is the game being run properly? And is there accountability? For me, that is the key. Is there accountability when there's money being paid?"

Temba Bavuma ruled out due to injury, Keshav Maharaj named South Africa captain for upcoming two-match Test series against Zimbabwe
New Delhi [India] June 20 (ANI): South Africa's ICC World Championship 2025 title-winning captain Temba Bavuma has been ruled out of the upcoming two-match Test series against Zimbabwe due to a left hamstring strain, according to the ICC website. Proteas veteran spinner Keshav Maharaj will take over as the captain for the red-ball series starting from June 28. Bavuma sustained the injury during day three of the World Test Championship Final at Lord's while batting in the second innings. He continued to bat with pain and put on a fight with a well-made half century, stitching up a match-winning partnership with Aiden Markram. Bavuma is set to undergo further scans to assess the extent of the injury, while experienced Maharaj will lead the side, which consists of five uncapped players. This is the third hamstring injury Bavuma has suffered in less than two years. He was injured during the 2023 ODI World Cup and played the semi-final, and then again during the Boxing Day Test against India that year. He has also had a series of elbow injuries and plays with a heavily strapped left elbow. The Proteas had faced Zimbabwe in a warm-up fixture before taking on Australia for the Ultimate Test at the Home of Cricket, where they were crowned the Test champions. Proteas will take on Zimbabwe in the first Test on Saturday, 28 June, followed by the second Test from Sunday, 06 July, with both matches taking place at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo. South Africa's next assignments after Zimbabwe, which Bavuma could be part of, are ODIs against Australia in August and England in September. South Africa Test Squad against Zimbabwe Keshav Maharaj (c), David Bedingham, Matthew Breetzke, Dewald Brevis, Corbin Bosch, Tony de Zorzi, Zubayr Hamza, Kwena Maphaka, Wiaan Mulder, Lungi Ngidi*, Lhuan-dre Pretorius, Lesego Senokwane, Prenelan Subrayen, Kyle Verreynne and Codi Yusuf. Watch: Pujara Trolls Vaughan For Old Tweet On India, Frames It And Makes Him Sign It
Last Updated: Cheteshwar Pujara framed an old tweet of Michael Vaughan in which he had predicted India's defeat to Australia and made him sign it. Cheteshwar Pujara left Michael Vaughan red-faced on live TV ahead of the first Test between India and England at Headingley (Leeds). Pujara framed an old Tweet of Vaughan in which he had predicted a 0-4 defeat for India after their horror show in the Adelaide Test of 2020 during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia. India were bowled out for a historic low score of 36 in the second innings of the day-night contest – the first of the four-Test series. Australia went on to win the contest but what followed is part of cricket folklore. India went on to win the second Test held in Melbourne before forcing a draw in the third Test in Sydney. In the series-decider, held in Brisbane, India completed a famous chase to win 2-1 and became the first visiting side to condemn Australia to back-to-back Test series defeats at home. The tweet that aged beautifully, for some 😜 #SonySportsNetwork #GroundTumharaJeetHamari #ENGvIND #NayaIndia #DhaakadIndia #TeamIndia — Sony Sports Network (@SonySportsNetwk) June 20, 2025 On Friday, Pujara, who is in England on broadcast duties for the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy, took the opportunity to remind Vaughan of his wrong prediction and asked him to sign the framed tweet. When shown the post, Vaughan said, 'I'd forgotten that. That's a long time ago!" Pujara, who was part of India's squad during that tour, said, 'I would like you to autograph this" leaving Vaughan and Sunil Gavaskar in stitches. The former England captain took it sportingly and posed with the frame after signing it. Pujara last played for India in the final of the ICC World Test Championship in 2023 following which he was dropped. He has played 103 Tests so far and scored 7195 runs at an average of 43.60. The 37-year-old on Friday presented debutant B Sai Sudharsan with his Test cap. Sudharsan, who registered a four-ball duck in his debut innings, is the 317th cricketer to play Tests for India.
