Mark Consuelos jokes he'd find a college girlfriend if he and Kelly Ripa split
With hope and faith, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos will be together forever.
If not, the author, 54, doesn't think the 'Riverdale' alum, also 54, would be able to survive without her.
On 'Live with Kelly and Mark,' Ripa read a study that said men 'place more importance on romance and they experience greater mental and physical health benefits from being in a relationship' and 'struggle more with the emotional toll of a breakup.'

The host, who tied the knot with Consuelos in 1996 after meeting on the set of 'All My Children,' then expressed how she thinks her other half would respond to a split.
'I know if you and I broke up, you would absolutely fall apart, completely,' Ripa stated.
No dispute there, as Consuelos quickly replied, 'That's true.'

'But I do feel like someone would be there on the other end just to pick me up and make sure I'm okay,' he teased. 'Pretty sure.'
The jokes didn't stop there, as Consuelos, who shares kids Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 22, with Ripa, noted: 'I'd have to get used to their college schedule and all that stuff.'
'Oh my God,' Ripa said through laughter. 'Oh, dear God, I hope I live to see your second wife!'
In 2023, the 'Hope & Faith' actress got candid on their 29-year union, revealing that Consuelos was 'insanely jealous' in the beginning.

'My biggest complaint about you over the course of our marriage—and this is not recent because it definitely changed — but you used to be insanely jealous and that was a hard pill to swallow,' Ripa said to Consuelos while on her SiriusXM podcast 'Let's Talk Off Camera.' 'It's very hard being married to somebody who is jealous.'
Recalling one event in particular, the talk show host said her husband had a 'perception of a scenario.'
'It was our first week of marriage, because we didn't take our honeymoon until later,' Ripa detailed. 'You were working and I went to visit you in Boston. We went to this Italian restaurant and the waiter was like a very cute old man, he's definitely in his 70s, if not 80s. He leaned down and he said, 'And for the principessa?''

Consuelos immediately chimed in, calling that his 'character flaw.'
'I remember that,' he admitted. 'Look, at age 25, I was pretty insane. But that jealousy thing definitely followed me for a while. I'm not jealous anymore.'
Ripa echoed his sentiments, sharing she is 'so grateful that you're not.'
'It's ugly,' Consuelos stated. 'As ugly as it feels to the person who has to be on the receiving end of it, it's such an ugly feeling inside. If this is any consolation, you know you're being crazy. The jealous person knows that this is wrong and it's ugly, but they can't help it.'

But the 'Queen of the South' alum made the necessary changes.
'I wanted to do some work on myself,' added Consuelos, 'and that was one of the major things that I needed to work on because it was getting in the way.'
Now with multiple decades of marriage under their belts, the two have continued to show their love for one another over the years.

Earlier this month, Consuelos gushed over his leading lady on their 29th wedding anniversary.
He posted a sweet montage to Instagram, sharing pictures of the pair over the years on red carpets, during vacations and outside the Las Vegas wedding chapel where they eloped.
Ripa simply wrote beneath the video, 'Best decision of my life! I love you.'

Heather Graham's secrets to fountain of youth as she admits she's happier than ever in her 50s
Heather Graham navigates the pressures of staying youthful in Hollywood with ease. Graham shared her secrets with Retreat Magazine about her philosophy when it comes to aging. Advertisement 'I think what matters most is how you feel inside. Decide that you're hot and enjoy your life. What other people think of you is none of your business. If you feel good about yourself, no one can take that away from you. Pursue the things that fill you with joy, and surround yourself with loving people,' the 55-year-old actress said. Graham continued, 'I don't drink or do drugs, and I get a lot of sleep. Eating healthy makes me feel good. I like cooking for myself and other people. And I love it when people cook for me. Basically, I like eating! Also, I do affirmations. I think they are very powerful. I work on strengthening my inner loving parent muscle, so I can be supportive and loving to myself. One of my affirmations is: 'This is the best time of my life.'' During an interview with People in April, Graham admitted to being a happier person after she turned 55. 'I feel like as I get older, I just care less about things that don't matter. Everyone gets upset sometimes, but I think that I'm happier. I've done enough hard work on myself that I feel like I'm a happier person now,' Graham, who turned 55 in January, told the outlet.
