Prostarm Info Systems shares made a positive debut on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, following the completion of its initial public offering (IPO). IPO listing was above grey market estimates. Ahead of the listing, the unlisted shares of Prostarm Info Systems were trading around ₹117 per share, reflecting a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹12, or 11.43 per cent, over the issue price, revealed sources tracking unofficial market activities.

Housing sales in top cities fall below 1 lakh unit, first time in 14 quarters: PropEquity report
New Delhi [India], June 22 (ANI): Housing sales in India's top cities in Q2 2025 (April-June) fell below one lakh unit mark for the first time since Q3-2021 while supply remained below this threshold for the fourth consecutive quarter as per a report. Sales fell by 19 per cent on year-on-year basis to 94,864 units while supply fell by 30 per cent on year-on-year to 82,027 units in the April-June period of 2025, according to a report by NSE-listed real estate data analytics firm PropEquity. Housing sales stood at 116,432 units and supply stood at 117,208 units in April-June period of 2024. According to the report, housing sales fell year-on-year in 7 out of the 9 cities with Mumbai and Thane witnessing the sharpest fall at 34 per cent each while Delhi-NCR at 16 per cent and Chennai at 9 per cent were the only two cities that saw a rise in sales in April-June of 2025. Similarly, housing supply fell in six out of the nine cities with Mumbai recording the sharpest fall at 61 per cent while three cities saw rise in supply, namely Delhi NCR at 37 per cent, Hyderabad at 19 per cent and Chennai at 6 per cent in April-June of 2025. Samir Jasuja, Founder and CEO, PropEquity said, 'This is for the first time since Q3 2021 (July-September) that housing sales have fallen below 1 lakh unit mark. Supply, too, has stayed below 1 lakh unit mark for the fourth consecutive quarter. There has been a decline in both sales and supply on Q-o-Q basis in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai as these cities recorded their high in 2023 and 2024, and are now stabilising to their normal pace.' 'Delhi-NCR has witnessed the maximum growth in this quarter owing to rise in supply in Ghaziabad and Greater Noida.' According to the report, housing sales in top 9 cities fell by 10 per cent while supply rose by 2 per cent on quarter-on-quarter basis. While Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and Delhi-NCR saw a rise in supply, the sales rose in Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Delhi-NCR. (ANI)

Zee Media share price in focus after promoter group buys 1.11 crore shares. Do you own?

On Friday, the media company stock fell over 1.85 per cent in the early trading hours to ₹ 13.25, however, recovered quickly surging to ₹ 13.47 per share. The stock finally closed at ₹ 13.42. According to reports, AUV Innovations LLP, part of the promoter group, has made a notable acquisition in Zee Media Corporation Limited by acquiring 1,11,00,000 shares at an average price of ₹ 13.6 through open market transactions. The transaction was total valued at ₹ 1,504 lakhs. This comes after earlier purchases in May 2025, when AUV Innovations LLP acquired 2,40,000 shares on May 16, followed by another 29,60,000 shares on May 19. In total, the promoter has accumulated 1.43 crore shares through these open market transactions. Zee Media Corporation Limited declared its financial results for the January–March quarter on May 5, 2025. As per the consolidated financial statements, the company's net loss for the fourth quarter of FY 2024–25 surged by 464% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹ 36.76 crore, compared to ₹ 6.51 crore reported during the same period last year. The media company reported a 13% decline in its core operational revenue, which fell to ₹ 155.80 crore in the January–March quarter of FY 2024–25, down from ₹ 178.98 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Meanwhile, Zee Media's total expenses for the fourth quarter rose by 6.39% year-on-year to ₹ 200.21 crore, compared to ₹ 188.17 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal. 'The Group has incurred a loss of Rs. 11,942 lakhs during the year ended 31 March, 2025 and the Working Capital stands negative as at that date. To address he same, the Group has been taking various steps including cost rationalization measures and has obtained credit period extension to discharge some of its contractual obligations,' said Zee Media Corp in the BSE filing. Housing sales are estimated to fall 19 per cent in April-June across nine major cities to 94,864 units on lower launches and subdued demand, according to PropEquity . In its report released on Sunday, real estate data analytics firm PropEquity mentioned that housing sales are expected to dip by 19 per cent to 94,864 units in the second quarter of this calendar year from 1,16,432 units in the year-ago period.
