Austin-area Best places to work - small category (25-49 employees)
2025 ABJ lists featuring Austin's Best Places to Work are open to any company in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell and Burnet counties. The small category is for companies that employ between 25 to 49 employees in the Austin area. Information is provided by company representatives through nomination forms and gathered from company websites. Companies are ranked by a proprietary calculation. Quantum Workplace conducted confidential online surveys with employees of nominees to measure employee attitudes across six themes: • Communication and Resources • Individual needs • Manager effectiveness • Personal engagement • Team dynamics • Trust in leadership Confidential responses — on a six-point scale — were then translated into a uniform 100-point scale and ranked.
